      This company Amazon is taking my money every month for Amazon prime but I cannot get or receive Amazon prime on my television. I call them to update my account or to get reimbursed it for the money they are taking for me they hanging up on me they switching me to other people it's still not help me to update my account. And I want my money back for the past 3 months for not receiving services from them.

      Upon returning an item, purchased via my debit card, Amazon chose to credit me on my Amazon account, then forcing me to purchase additional Amazon merchandise instead of reimbursing the ***ginal *** form of payment, which was my debit card. Several emails were exchanged with Amazon and the business third-party owner, and there was no resolution.

      I ordered a table for my living back in august I never received my table because of a stolen package. Amazon told me to send them a police report so I can they can issue me a refund. After that they was trying to get in touch with the police station for more information but I whoever they was trying to reach never picked the phone up. Amazon left voicemails but still no call back. So in middle of all that time they was trying to reach the police station Ive been waiting on my refund. I have all the dates I called up there to check the status. The last time I called someone said they was gonna just refund my money on their own because the police station wasnt cooperating. When I checked my card sadly I was not refunded so when I called Amazon back they told me they couldnt give me a refun because its been over 60 days. I was very hurt and in tears because I went thru too much trying to get my money back.

      If I could give less than one star I would. They repeatedly charge me twice for products purchased. And when contacted, they claim the bank takes authorization money but it isnt Amazon charging me. Then they charge me a second time and claim its the banks job to refund the first sum charged. They transfer me around a bunch of times because nobody wants to solve the issue, and I get so frustrated I end up just canceling my order. Has happened a few times now. I am telling everyone and their mother not to shop with the ***** called Amazon!!!

      I pre-ordered a ****** Pixel 7 Pro on October 11, 2022. I am also a Prime member. It was supposed to be delivered on October 17, 2022. It wasn't. Rescheduled for October 31, 2022. It was not again delivered. The item was delivered on November 1, 2022.It was a high-priced item. Since it was a pre-order, Amazon should not be able to sell PRE-ORDER online what they do not have on their warehouse. Clearly, the 15-day delay tells me that they do not have the item on hand.It being a Pre-order and me being a Prime member are 2 reasons why I should get it on time.I chatted with the Amazon chat support. Told me they would escalate it to supervisors and I should expect an email from the supervisors.I got 2 responses:1. They credited me $ 5 on my account for future purchases.2. I should call to verify my concerns.I called. Talked to 2 different customer agents. Finally asked for the supervisor. She could not do anything more than the $ 5 credit even if it was a 15-day ldelay in delivery.Here was my contentions, and told the supervisor that *** be she could discuss it on their next meeting or whatever. If you Pre-order an item, Amazon should have it in their warehouse before trying to sell them online. Especially if it is a highly-priced item. My second contention is, if you are a Prime member and your item was delivered 3 days late, you should get "AT LEAST" a free Prime membership next month. Because Prime membership guarantees your delivery to be early and on time. In my case, it was 15 days. I just do not know if these will ever be discussed.I appreciate the $ 5 credit, but it not even half of the Prime membership.

      I generally dont do business with Amazon because they are slave drivers. Early in the pandemic I ordered masks from them. They created an account for me without my consent. I only recently found out I had an Amazing account when they notified me that someone in ******* tried to sign into my account. Told them I never signed up for an account, how did this happen. Apparently when you opt for package tracking you are automatically given an account! They could not close the account for me and said I had to do it on line. Well they dont make it easy and the site just stops functioning. After several attempt I called Amazon and explained the problem. I insisted that the person on the stay with me until I completed the task. Well she too had difficulty and put me on hold several times while she sought technical support. It took hours away from my day! The next day I get an email from them that another individual in my area tried to sign into my account. I was not worried because I knew I had closed the account. Today a week later I got an text from them asking if I really wanted to close the account. Well I could not of made any clearer so why are they pussyfooting around? I had this account for several years but apparently there must have been a recent breach in their security for this to have happened. I wonder how many others have had this experience?

      I placed a order on Nov 9th that cost $21.99 , I never received the package I got a refund on Nov 14th . About a week ago I did receive the order and they charged me $37.17. I had already cancelled that order and never placed the order again. It was disappointing.

      Amazon sent me a damaged computer monitor. I immediately called customer support and they instructed me to return it. I returned the monitor through **** Two days later my package arrives to the destination. Amazon is showing the package is still waiting for package to arrive. Waited two weeks. Same status. Called customer support multiple times, one rep said the monitor went missing in their warehouse and another said they received it. They could not get their story straight and it was very obvious they have no idea what they are talking about. They first said 3-5 days for a refund and then It changed to 15 days. Then it changed again to 30 days. After 30 days I called and then and only then did they do the refund. They claimed it takes them 30 days to process the item which is absolute BS. It almost seemed like they had no intention of processing the refund unless I kept calling asking about the return. The customer service reps kept repeating the same lines over and over again and never helped me and refused to give any answers. One of them just hung up on me after refusing to give me any information. BTW the status of my order is still showing the package is yet to be received by them to this day. Utterly ridiculous. Never buying from Amazon again.

      I purchased what was said in the description, a lightweight wheelchair. It weighed 95 pounds and I weigh 102 pounds. It was to heavy so did not take it out of the box. The order was placed on September 26, 2022 and send back on October 4. I have had many excuses but still to date no refund. I am disabled and a widow and have no assistance. I needed a wheelchair and purchased a "light weight" from Amazon. I just want my refund for the first chair. The amount I need refunded is $860.
