I logged onto the Amazon app to look for ******s. I saw the Holiday 2022 ****** was listed at $19 but when I purchased, it said I was being charged full price. I cancelled the order yet every time I added the item it listed it at full price and not the still marked $19 price. When I asked them about this, I was first told I didnt understand how to read the product prices and then told they were running a sale but it was over and I would not get the listed discounted price. I took screenshots of all the pricing posted and it was definitely listed at $19.99 yet they refused to acknowledge this price.

I am just writing to inform you about the worst customer service that I experienced with ******************** and the third party seller. I order a gift for my husband of some autographed boxing shorts. This order was shipped via *** which has never been a problem for delivery. Unfortunately for me they were not able to deliver the item and sent back to sender on 11/21. I have reached out to customer care the moment I saw and was told in 48 hours I could file a claim. Also which I have an email verification as what I was told. I waited 48 hours and tried to file a claim. I was then told I had to wait 3 business days after estimated delivery to file a claim. I waited and filed the claim. Now I am being told it can take up to 7 business days for me to have a decision. The sender received their item on 11/29 and I should have received my refund the same day. There is no reason this should be extended out as long as it has. After I had an agent argue with me that my item was in fact delivered to me. NO IT WAS DELIVERED BACK TO SENDER!!!!!!

I ordered some tuna and carrots. The delivery is going to take nearly two weeks for the first part of the order. I'm Amazon Prime too.

Seller play me on a Restock policy. Allowing sellers to charge restocking fees here and there for ridiculous reasons and refusing to protect their customers by saying restocking fee is out of their control. It is ridiculous enough that the seller charge me restock fee for damage after I tried the shoes ( I cannot deny my garage floor is dirty, so the shoe bottom might be black when I return it. In the end, I got charged almost $100 total in restocking fees for trying out a bunch of ill-fitted clothes and shoes). Then, what really enrage me is that they charged restock fee claiming they did not receive the item within the return window period. Amazon.com return page states "return by" this date, not "receive return items by" this date. So I sent the item exactly on the deadline "return by" date, seller receive the shipped return item 4 days after Seller charge me a $10 restocking fee for a $55 item. Talk about easy money. Amazon is no help in getting my money back. Reps kept repeating the same **** when I asked them to show me proof from the seller that the item was damaged and the restocking fee was just (like where did my hundred bucks go). Even after I presented the proof of return window, they still gave me the same **** and indirectly refused to help me. So frustrated.

I like the ability to order almost anything and it arrives quickly, but since moving into my condo last year, about half my orders are misdelivered. My delivery instructions are clear, but obviously are being ignored for myself and the other residents. They simply don't read the actual address. My packages have been delivered to several neighbors and every time I call to complain, they apologize and it still keeps happening. Also, there's no repercussions when Amazon doesn't deliver something to the right address or in two days... no money back... but you can go through the hassle to return if it arrived too late or go walk around the neighborhood until you find it. Amazon has gotten so big they don't seem to care about customer service. If I didn't order packages for my parents, I'd probably cancel my membership since the price has gone up and service has gone down.

I purchased a Black Friday item from Amazon that was selling for Under $20.00, went to look at my delivery time frame saw Amazon charged me $27.88, went to take a second look at the item I am to purchase and the newly added Cyber Monday price tag changed from under $20.00 to $22.13 (Let's not forget I was charged $26.99 unbeknownst to me) after taxes, the item jumped up to $27.88... Who is deciding the charge amounts, to add a lovely butter cream to this cake, they want me to pay $6.00 to return this item. Isn't this called price gauging at check out or at the very least false advertisement on items being sold. Very disgusted.

I just received an order for my wife *******, and when I found it on the door step I became very furious. I am still very upset, as these pads are very personal to say the least and there was absolutely no protection of the items inside the package. These items are used daily in the most private of places on a woman's anatomy. If the package had a hole or a rip the items inside would of been contaminated. The safety and privacy of these personal items needs to be a standard practice and at least put in a sealed shipping envelope, not slapping a shipping tag on the outside and say its done. I called up customer service, but it did not seem me stressing the importance of protection of these items needs to be corrected, and I know my wife does not want our neighbors know she uses these. This needs to be a standard practice to protect the public.Signed,Very upset customer ********** have tried a way to send this to Amazon, but there is none.

Amazon prime membership for streaming does not clearly let you know what all it provides and it tells you that you get free services such as free Amazon music with prime membership and then on other advertisements it says it is $8.99. Amazon is constantly contradicting itself on what they provide and they are not being straight forward and honest making customers confused and losing their money at the same time. They need to come up with a streaming guide and stick with it.

Sorry to one of my favorite online shopping website. With recently experiences, I feel corporate should know the actual status.Your customer service is useless when dealing delivery issues. Following is my story,I placed an high priced item with Amazon.com and selected rush delivery (expected delivery between 8-4) On the delivery day, the driver sent me an attempting delivery at 5am. I reached out customer service, they info me it just a new driver for the area and will noted the item shall deliver around 1pm. At late, 1pm on the date, we still see nothing. I reached out again. Customer representative told me no need to worries, its on the way, item is priority delivery and will deliver before 4pm. Around later 4pm, still not seen package arrived. I reached out again. Received another no worries, package is in the way, it will deliver around 9pm the customer representative also provided $10 promo for inconvenience experience. At 10pm same day, we still not seen any delivery. I feel Amazons customer lost its credibility already. I felt it wont delivery at the end of day and even though it delivered, I am not sure the driver will carefully handle the package.

Amazon uses too large and too many cardboard shipping boxes to deliver product orders to customers: Amazon should do better to minimize its waste. While I like shopping through its website, when products are delivered I am appalled by the size and number of shipping boxes the company uses to complete shipment; I've noticed this with household orders, orders from work, and friends have mentioned it, too.
