      Poor business customer service. I canceled my account a year ago and just noticed they have been reoccurring charges on my CC statement. I will never do business with Amazon again! In addition I will ***** my experience with anyone and all who I associate with now and in the future!

      Packages are always late, really late, or just never arrive. My last order never showed up, took weeks to get my refund.

      This company is trash and should be closed. Wasted numerous days waiting on items to be delivered and did not show on the delivery date. Using my leave days to be here and doesn't show. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!

      Amazon Prime is a SCAM! Most packages show the tracking with the order progressing fine, UNTIL delivery day! Then mere HOURS before it was due (If that soon) the package is listed as "delated" and will now take DAYS to be delivered! The *** coverage is also absolutely terrible! I see NO value whatsoever in maintaining a Prime account!

      Purchased book from amazon thru third party supplier, paid, arranged shipping and on the day it was to arrive amazon cancels the order saying no copies available. However, amazon posts the copy for almost 10x the price. Try to contact customer service but no one responds.

      I bought a brand new projector at 50% off on amazon.com and they sent me a used one. all I asked was to get an exchange they would not do that so I told them that I want a refund. they was not going to give me a refund for 30 days but i demanded a refund immediately it took a lot of arguing for them to give me a refund immediately and I sent the product back and now I went on the app to look at the product I clicked on to give a review and it would not allow me to give a review about that projector but when I clicked on the projector that was in dispute it took me to a different projector so Amazon is up to no good and it's pretty ridiculous you order a brand new product but they send you a used product that is no good and they put up a stink about giving you money back or exchanging it. so to warn everybody else about Amazon fair warning pay attention when you order stuff make sure you're getting new cuz they may be sending you junk.

      Same issues as everyone else. I search for items that say get it today, put them in my cart and after paying, find its says it'll arrive days later. Returns are a hassle too. I have had multiple items that were opened when delivered. Its a nightmare from ordering to delivery. I have a ring and multiple times the drivers toss the packages onto the porch.

      I have normally had a decent experience dealing with Amazon, but I felt compelled to submit this after experiencing gross deceit with a purchase of jeans. They were advertised as "Lee" brand, but when I received them, they were clearly labeled with a different brand name, not Lee as advertised. I had no problems with returning the jeans, but was surprised when my review on Amazon regarding this issue was subsequently removed, since "We investigated your concerns about product authenticity, and the information we have indicates that the product you received was authentic"! The product was clearly NOT authentic, and I find this level of deceit rather galling!

      **************** rep just repeatedly told me to f*#% myself. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that I could **** his d#%* instead and asked if I would like that. Unexceptable. Period.

      For about 6 years now Amazon has been using my name as a "Brand" to sell books. They have not only used it to sell other authors book but have also included the sale of my book and use of my cover image ( that I made) which has been out of print since 2016. I have notified them on several occasions to stop using my name/allowing someone to use my name to conduct business but with no effect. My book was print on demand 2015.- 2016 yet 2022 they were still selling it. This is poor business etiquet.
