This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I place an order on Amazon. Pay for it and then I then get an email that states "your guaranteed delivery date is ". Once the item ships the item delivery date changes drastically. This time by nearly a week. This order was guaranteed to be delivered by Feb 1st. Once shipped the delivery date changed to Feb 7th. Pretty low after having already sent an email with a guaranteed delivery date that was obviously a lie. Dishonest company with cooked policies.

There was a discrepancy with my bank account and payment for three products, and without warning the debt collection company descended upon my bank account and caused me to accrue over $100 worth of fees associated with my bank and their customer service department hung up on me several times and rerouted me about 8 to 10 times before I finally found an English-speaking person who helped me resolve part of the issue. All in all Amazon had the nerve to then charge me penalties. They were ***** to harass my bank account, but when it came to be my turn to be heard I had to answer numerous ridiculous questions before they would even believe that it was me talking about my bank statement. And yet they thought nothing nothing of invading my account.I will never shop with Amazon again. I will tell all the people I know about their disrespectful discourteous and **** standards, and I will be a better American for it. Thank you Amazon slaves for ruining my life for a short amount of time. It was the best thing that could have ever happened to me!

I purchased a dining table thru Amazon, from Bison on November 30, 2022.I first filed a claim with Bison. I am a disabled senior citizen living in a small house. I did not keep the original packaging because the boxes arrived beat up and tattered. I did not know that the table would be wobbly as it is. No one can eat on a table that is not steady. I told them my situation with the table. They wanted the paperwork too, but there was no paperwork that arrived with my purchase. All I have is the detailed in formation from my Amazon purchase. They wanted pictures too. How am I suppose to take a picture when they won't be able to see wobbling. It shipped out on December 1, 2022. I called Amazon on January 6, 2023, well within my return/exchange period. It was under review January 9, 2023. January 13, 2023 they closed my claim, and then January 18, 2023 the claim was denied. I called Amazon asking for their help on January 11, 2023. I don't remember her name, but she a was very cold talking lady with no good customer support skills. She lied and said she asked her supervisor and was told that I would get refunded. It would take 7 days and then a supervisor would send an email to me. On January 18, *************** says the same thing, but she told me they would not want the table back. She said to keep or give it away. January 30, 2023, spoke with ***** he saw nothing about me calling at all. Then he transferred me to ***** who claimed he saw nothing where I called in, but after reading the notes further, he did see some information. He also went to a supervisor asking what they could do. He says they are going to re-open the claim, investigate, and I should receive an email, he did not know when, as to if it was approved again. By this time, I was furious with the entire situation. I still have no table to eat on.

I AM A RETAIL MANAGER myself for a major corp and I assure you we would never speak to a valued customer the way they spoke to me!!!!!!!!! They claimed my refund was canceled and would not tell me why. THAT IS 300 DOLLARS!!!!!!!! The item was sent back to them and I can even see where it is in transit on the tracking so why is my money not on its way? Why are we sending emails that are lies?????????? BBB do something about AMAZON please. They have really forgotten the customer and are becoming a big problem.

Same nonstop issues over two years. My old computer doesn't allow me to use other delivery services. Since the pandemic I've used Amazon mostly for food (Fresh) delivery and I'm a Prime member. The only good thing was free shipping on food orders over $35 and for other items free shipping. As of end of February 2023 Amazon will charge for all deliveries (this is in addition to the monthly fee for being a member). Shoppers with small food deliveries four times per month like me will be charged $10 per order. It will add $40 to my monthly food delivery. I called and was told same charges will apply to ALL Amazon purchases. Customers will have to spend over $150 to get the lowest delivery fee. NO free delivery at all, which obliterates all incentive to use them, especially for food delivery.I have reported same issues for two years with no improvement or change. **************** always says same thing - problem will be solved. Nope. Packers refuse to use freezer packing for frozen food, it's delivered thawed. Bags are so overpacked I can't lift them - two days ago a bag was dropped off ripped open at the bottom, contents spilling out due to excessive weight. Drivers don't follow instructions. Expired food is chosen. Prime orders go missing entirely. This is what customers in my area get for free! If not illegal, then the new charges are unethical and serve to make a bad service intolerable. The new no free delivery policy is not being done FOR customers (the notice implies that it's beneficial!?) but TO them. All about greed.

Poor customer service. People have not been receiving their packages even it says it was delivered . When you reach out to Amazon, the claim it's a lost or stolen issue and that you will not be refunded . They leave your package unattended on the floor, take a picture, send it to Amazon and claim it was delivered. How professional is that. How can you hold a customer accountable for a package that you guys left on the floor where anybody who has access to the building can pick it up and leave . Something needs to be done about this issue. It's a *******.

Amazon prime fire stick and if you order something on there website that is saying free trail that should be free! NO!!! If you have a card on there website and it is a ghost after the free trial is off they will use the card they have on there file as a ghost they will charge you for it. Maybe Amazon should ask first after the trail is off to send a E-mail asking you if you would like to order them again YES or NO or just the 30 day trail free trail. They Charge me after the ******************************************************************************************************************* I will just do the 30 day trail that's it. Shouldn't charge anymore anything at all for anything and only if you are asked them first. The one percent ?? ?? win and we lose. AMAZON PRIME VIDEO FIRESTICK or ordering on line different ?? I only received 1/2 my order. When I went on line to get a refund for the rest the website I was sent to was asking questions I felt were inappropriate so I just said never mind . A day or so later I was charged $150 for 3 Amazon gift cards that I never purchased. So I had my credit card cancel the payment and I had to get a new card. A day or so later I received an email from Amazon that they would charge a different card on file but I only have 1 card. So far I have heard nothing else. I will no longer use Amazon.
