1 starI just called today. I called to get my due date changes to the 4th of every month to coincide when I get my disability payment. The first rep had the absolute worst listening skills and very frustrating to speak to. She then hung up on me rudely. I called back to speak to their supervisor. The rep said h*** make a note. This rep too didnt have good listening skills. While on the phone with him, I received 3 calls back to back with someone at the barn who eventually sent me a 911 text message. I told the rep I had an emergency to deal with. He then told me that no one cant help me because I dont want to listen. He said that numerous times. He also said numerous times he sees why the other rep hung up on me because I dont listen. He was talking down to me like I was a disobedient child. He was BEYOND rude and nasty towards me. I cant believe I was talked to like that and will be sure to share this unprofessional experience with everyone. I told him how dare him talk to me like that. I told him AGAIN that I was telling him I have an emergency to deal with. I told him I need to speak to his supervisor immediately then he hung up on me. Again, rude & extremely unprofessional. Before I became disabled, I was a Sr. ** of *********** and Im beyond shocked that Amazon has hired these unprofessional employees.I was also told in order to get a payment due date of the 4th, I need to cancel my service and sign back up on the 4th. All other companies I had no issues changing my due date. Amazon is obviously behind with technology. Overall, over the years, the service has gone downhill.Review fromEden B

1 starI purchased an item from Amazon.com that required a signature at delivery. I made notations in Amazons delivery notes with my personal contact information and made sure I was home at time of delivery. I live in a secured apartment building with a front desk/conceirge that is on duty full time. The item was marked as delivered by an Amazon delivery driver to a Luxor locker(which would be fine if it actually was placed inside of said locker). I was never notified from Luxor.com of package being ready to pick up from locked locker. My building manager opened all lockers and examined all packages on date of said delivery; mine was not present. I contacted Amazon right away and let them know that I had printed documents from Luxor.com stating a package we never delivered in machine to me on said date along with photos and stated I could send access to building security footage. They informed me that they would not be able to refund me nor replace the item ordered, unless I filed a police report. I will never order an item of high monetary value from Amazon.com again.Review fromJohn C.

1 starTheir customer service is utterly ridiculous after spending 2 hours on the phone and being transferred multiple departments was told not even capable of refunding something because it's too late when the only reason it's too late is because their company strung me along the entire time until it was too late been calling on this item for over a month and a half almost 2 months and now they want to tell me they can't give me a refund because it's been too long the supervisors lied to me refuse to give me to somebody who would actually solve the issue and yet expect me to remain a customer who has a membership account I don't understand how company can stay in business when they obviously do not take care nor care about their customers or the quality of their products if a company is going to use a third party seller under their name then they should take responsibility for third parties screw-*** otherwise they should not middleman the sale and be able to make money if they're not going to offer adequate services....Review fromLAURA W

1 starI cannot even describe the disgust I have right now for Amazon. I have spent 3 hours of my time and talked to 8 different people all giving me FALSE information. A package I ordered to specifically be her next day was never delivered. On tracking info, it ***** " attempted delivery but business closed... we were not closed-noone ever came to deliver it. I as told by someone in CS that it would be redelivered by 6 pm never came. Today, 2 hours on phone and chat-now it's saying that I refused the package. Still noone has shown up at my office with a package. These are blatant LIES and eveyone in CS giving me the run-around and lying to me as well. NOW-they have cancelled the order and returned it......??? What the h*** is going on with this company?? And, I pay for a Business Account!! If I lied to my patients, it would be unethical, but this company can charge you for a service, lie to you and get away with it?? Maybe they need people in ******* to help in customer service.DISGUSTED in an understatement...Review fromTova B

1 starI opened an Amazon credit card and made some purchases on it which I later returned. I was informed that the return was received and the refund was given. It never showed on the credit card statement. When I called to find out what the problem was, I was told that I would not receive my $345 refund, it was placed on a gift card, they will not refund my money to the original method of payment. I would have to take an Amazon credit. I have to use this credit to make purchases thru Amazon only. This is so bogus and predatory. Never have I heard of this type of business practice. Once I get the credit used and pay the card down, the card will be canceled and the Amazon has lost a customer. I will make sure my family and friends are aware of this terrible awful business practice.Review fromFanny S

1 starNot happy! I ordered a pair of pants from try before you buy in the beginning of November and returned them within the seven day period. I am just getting an email today January 31, *********************************************************************************************** perfect condition. Calls to customer service make no difference. They said they cannot take the charge off. Why would you wait almost 3 months to email me and say they were damaged?? This is not the first time you have ripped me off. They supposedly credited my account for a return before that, and it never hit my account. They said it was my banks issue and they could not do anything. I have lost $100 dollars because of your horrible customer service!! Im done with **********************.Review fromAmy D

1 starAmazon is restricting customers from reviewing products saying they either mad a bad review or they are saying that customers are being paid for their reviews. However when you offer your financial statement and as them to provide you with your said bad reviews you get no where. After multiple attempts to email and ask questions it seems as their responses are automated and that they didn't even look into to information provided. People are spending thousands of dollars on products and for them to not be able to leave a review good or bad is not proper business etiquette. Isn't ******************* quote If you do build a great experience, customers tell each other about that. Word of mouth is very powerful. This also works the same for bad experiences as well........Of course going *************** with their customer service gets you now where. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed? I am beyond frustrated.Review fromChristian C

1 starToday, I pursued resolution to a simple issue - I received the wrong item by mistake, and I need to return it. Now, here I am 12 hours later, finally having spoken with an Amazon customer service representative whose IQ and attention span exceed that of a goldfish - not even the actual fish, just the cracker, mind you. For context, I am still receiving mostly scripted email responses from Amazons goldfish crackers asking for photo evidence of the item, despite that I have already been refunded and sent a return label. Why?Amazon purports to have built its success on relentless focus on customer service. If that ever was the case, it most certainly is not today. Amazon has outsourced all of its customer service representatives in an effort to cut costs, while pushing both online self-help ********** programmed with the intelligence of a walnut, to effectively shift the onus of service onto the customer. Perhaps, this is what customer service truly means to **********************? Customers can either serve themselves or be met with Amazon customer ******************** abject incompetence and endlessly-looping, scripted responses. Seeing as most people do not have an overflowing cup of patience when attempting to resolve their being swindled by a seller, I can only assume this is yet another method by which Amazon is cutting customers throats to cut its costs. The pitiful combination of canned responses from overworked, overseas representatives and off-the-mark ** prompts is more akin to driving a s**** through ones skull than it it is to any standard of customer service known to humankind.Exhausting a customer by abandoning them to tread an endless void of actual customer service inevitably leads to some degree of capitulation; in other words, some more profit for Amazon. I do not doubt Amazons cunning to engineer this nightmarish system of customer disservice for profit. I am only left to doubt the companys direction, relentlessly heading off a cliff of customer betrayal.
