I have had an issue with them since December of last year and I tried several times to reason with them but they won't make it right! They ripped me off at least $40

Amazon claims to be a fulfillment company which is true to a point. Everyone enjoys the convenient option of clicking on an item and having it at your door in a couple days. All is good until a third party seller or delivery service fails to deliver your package. At this point, the fulfillment company immediately becomes a refund company placing the burden back on the buyer. Amazon is not about customer satisfaction during this stage and pushes customer service representatives to sell the refund option. Every situation Ive had delivery issues with have resulted in the same excuse We cannot replace your item, but can issue a refund for you to reorder. As a ******************* with every item I order at your disposal, please give me your wonderful reason why you cannot replace or resend the item I ordered but failed to receive. I know others that share my concerns and just dont feel it does any good to complain. I feel its worthy to put this out there so that maybe someday Amazon will focus more on satisfied customers.

Someone hacked my Amazon account for the second time. Now I am locked out of my account. They said they could fix it if I can answer a series of security questions. The game stopper question was the month and year I joined their Prime membership That was like .over ten years ago! I don't remember the first time I shopped **************************** Ace Hardware etc etc etc !!! That is one stupid question! Guess they figure I'll just keep paying my Prime Membership fee every year when I can't shop on their site. Guess again, Bezo the bozo!!!!!!!

Ive experienced a consistent level of False Advertising via Amazon ordering. It states on items Order Within 5hrs 32 minutes for Overnight Delivery then the order is completed and confirmed. Payment rendered. The delivery date changed and has consistently done so on 99% of orders. Why am I paying for Amazon Prime benefits for shipping and video streaming services if not getting what is advertised. Consistent Zero resolution to these consistently occurring order problems. Im tired of this and it not being seriously look at and reported to the world. Amazon is misrepresenting their order information for items listed. Paying for expedited shipping as Prime Paid Membership/Account is supposed to offer. It is not being done.

I ordered through multiple items through amazon. But for about a year and a half I have been getting issues in receiving my package! Either not receiving them at all or its being delivered to a different apartment building with the same number. I dont think it is right and fair for the customers to be knocking on neighbors doors to look for their packages. One time I ordered a foot massager and the delivery stated that it was delivered in my mailbox which is a lie because a massager would never fit in a mail box! They either need to change staff or educate them in the importance or being accurate in their delivery address and also being accurate on the selection on how the package was received.

I'm done with Amazon. I paid for prime subscription, cancelled it before the month was up, (midmonth) received confirmation the last day of the month that it has now been cancelled and they took money out causing another payment to bounce. Yes they refunded my money they werent supposed to take in the 1st place but now I'm stuck with $56.00 in charges when I was up ****** on my bills. Now I'm behind 116 + 56 dollars because they did this. Thanks amazon. I'm not ************************* that can fork out all this money whenever it needs to be forked out

Sold me a fiberglass mattress that caused 2 years of constant "allergy" issues that ended up just being constant fiberglass exposure as well as over $10,000 in damages Started a property date claim in October, gave them everything they asked for, nothing was done, kept emailing and calling and getting told to wait longer for an update, now I'm being asked for the same stuff I've already given them. Crooked company with zero morals. Their negligence is forcing me to take legal action to get any sort of compensation.

Overall Amazon Prime is great and convenient. It's the movie and TV selection that is completely terrible and asinine. The ones you want to watch you have to pay for and the ones you don't care to watch is the ones that are free. With all the money they make you'd think the selection would be better.

After more than a dozen complaints of Amazon drivers failing to follow delivery ********************* packages, I looked into why this was such a problem and how I could notify Amazon of this delivery negligence... Well, I have found quite a few things that implicate Amazon itself. Cutting corners & supporting a hostile environment that fosters poor behavior from the start.1. The reviews of my city's local Amazon Warehouse opened a year ago and already has numerous complaints from customers with package mishaps like mine AND former employees regarding the 'hot shot' and condescending attitude from those managing and training them. If you have an employer/trainer refusing questions on the first day and calling names and showing no bit of kindness or respect for another, how are employees supposed to act with our packages? Who the heck are they hiring and not supervising? This was the first day of opening in my city per the reviews! If you can't keep an environment where people feel respected, then not only are you going to have high employee turnover, but you'll also only keep the employees who mirror that behavior.2. Another person said that they can't get shifts and "wait online for 20 minutes prior to posting and then before the minute is over all shifts are taken. Then I get written up for not working the required hours." CLEARLY they have enough people to work with the high volume demand... but AMAZON IS LIMITING SHIFTS, and those who get the shifts work in terrible conditions with high expectations to deliver TOO MANY PACKAGES. Amazon is so set on saving money that not only do they create their own delivery parcel, but they instill ridiculous standards that guarantee overworking and poor delivery satisfaction... and for what? to save a bit of money? is that bit of money actually worth staining the name of your company? You spend money to make money...that's Business 101. Yet, you make us blame these drivers when it's Amazon exploiting us all. DO BETTER.
