      I am extremely disgruntled as I write this review. I ordered a mattress and TV stand. The items looked amazing and suited my exact needs. However, they never showed up on my doorstep. They kept showing that theyre being processed at a nearby facility every day but they never went out for delivery. I spent 2.5 weeks sleeping on the floor with a bad back. I couldnt place my TV anywhere but on the floor for 2 weeks since the stand never arrived either. I contacted customer support but they outright told me that it was not their concern and that I take sole risk of ordering this item. Really? Should I pick the item up halfway across the country and deliver it to my home by myself too now? This has happened to me thrice in a month and I cannot seem to get any resolution. They guarantee that the replacement will arrive but that also never comes. The *********, ** location is a black hole for Amazon items. As for the customer representatives, this is NOT the kind of nonchalant behavior that I expect out of customer service. I was very polite and understanding. But all I got were passive aggressive responses. I was told that they will not do anything for me. This is extremely uncalled for. I would recommend that no one order items shipped and sold by Amazon anymore (tracking number beginning with TBA). They will fudge up your order and then blame you for ordering with them. How do I order bulky items now? Amazon was supposed to be reliable but I seriously doubt that I will never be able to trust them again. I am about to cry now.

      On May 18, 2023 , I ordered a mobility scooter on Amazon.com. After a few weeks , I was advised the order was cancelled because it was unavailable. I was told later a refund was issued. I never received the product or a refund. After many conversations , I was told the refund was given to the wrong person . Each time I called in , I was told to wait two days while they investigate the matter. My last conversation was on June 21 , 2023 and I was given a ticket # as a reference . The order was routed to a company that no longer is associated with Amazon. I expect the product delivered or a full refund .

      Multiple times amazon/prime either left my packages at the wrong address and sometimes they kept changing the delivery time for a package, they have only liars and morons working for them, I'll never order anything else from them.THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS

      It was recommended that I set up Two Step Authorization to access my account. I did that, and then now I can't get a code to access my account. When I contacted customer service, they said there were too many attempts for a code so I am locked out of my account for ******* have everything connected to ***** so I can't access anything...for 24hrs.Why is the world run by greedy, incompetent beings???

      You would think after one or two declined charges, that amazon prime would stop attempting to charge my credit card. But no, they have tried to charge me over 5 times since I told my creditor to stop allowing any purchases from them. Every single week I get an email about $14.99 attempted charge on my card. I'm honestly interested to see how long they keep trying to **** that measly $15 from my locked credit card... If bezos really needs $15 that bad, he could have just offered me a ride on his space ship. If we're lucky he might book a vacation to the titanic .

      Hello,I have Amazon account before 10 year, but last year 2022, Amazon close my account, I ask for them many times, but sitll not responsilbe, and our cell phone can't set up anohter account, please help check and advise.

      Charges for prime that we didn't make. A small charge made the month before. Check your accounts people often.

      Multiple issues. First issue I pay for Amazon Prime solely for the delivery perks. This has happened multiple times, I select the option for free 2 day prime delivery yet the company will ship my order standard mail delivery. I am paying for a service that the company is not providing. Secondly when Amazon delivery people deliver my packages they deliver it to the wrong address every time then tell me its my responsibility to go to ****************** to **** down a package that was sent to incorrect address.

      Amazon offers two day delivery and overnight delivery. However, lately it seems that things are arriving much later than that, or not arriving at all. On my most recent ordered I paid the qualifying amount on overnight shipping between 7 AM- 11 AM. The driver showed up before 5:50 AM and marked my package as delivered to front desk staff. I called Amazon immediately to advise them there is no front desk staff where I live. They told me I had to wait until the end of the day the next day to ask for my refund, because it was likely it would should up. It never showed up so I reached out to them again and they asked me if I had checked with neighbors or anyone else it could have ended up with. I asked for my refund and somehow the agent was disconnected, so I had to reexplain everything to a third agent. They were insistent on my refunding being returned to an Amazon gift card and I had to say more than one I wanted it to my original payment. This was not the first time I did not receive a delivery or the deliveries are days late.

      It is literally not possible for me to return this big smashed television that I received thru Amazon. I'm a totally and permanently disabled military combat veteran that doesn't have use of my right foot or my left hand.Because of the way the box was so difficult to get open due to my handicapped condition, I had to very carefully cut the box into many pieces and they are unusable now.I also do not have a vehicle large enough to transport this smashed television.In fact, I can't even get it out of my door.The delivery person brought it in for me because I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't get it inside by myself.I have made over 7 phone calls about my situation in the last three weeks and spoken to "supervisors" in *************** 4 of those times and told all of these things over and over and over.EVERY ONE OF THEM TELLS ME THEY "UNDERSTAND" AND THEY ARE "VERY SORRY," AND THAT THEY WILL PUT A NOTE TO THE SELLER ABOUT THIS AND THAT THE A-Z WARRANTY DEPARTMENT WILL LIKELY MAKE AN EXCEPTION ABOUT RETURNING THIS WORTHLESS TELEVISION THAT COST ME $1800.00.BUT, ALL I GET BACK IS A REJECTION EMAIL TELLING ME I MUST BE ABLE TO WALK AND USE MY HAND AGAIN, OBTAIN A TRUCK AND SEND IT BACK.AMAZON DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, THE SELLER IS PROBABLY GOING TO KEEP MY MONEY AND I GUESS I CAN **** IT UP BECAUSE AMAZON AND THEIR SELLER HAS STOLEN MY MONEY AND DO NOT HAVE ANY PLAN TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK.Order# ****
