      Purchased a kayak from a seller on Amazon, who took on the customer service for the company. Item was not shipped and I had contacted Amazon 2 weeks after purchase, knowing there was some time left for the delivery, but feeling like something was off. I was informed there was no reason to feel concerned. Fast forward to the expected delivery date, and still no product. I called back and was informed I must wait an additional 5 days. Today I call back for resolution, they issued a refund for the product, however, I still needed my product and the price has gone up since. I was informed by ******* in the pricing ***** that they would apply promo credit after the purchase of the same item that was shipped by Amazon. I was then told by **** in customer service ***** that they can't even do that because the item was sold by a partner. So in short, purchased an item on sale, never received the item, issued a refund for the item that I was to purchase again and get the difference, to now just getting the money back and nothing in regards to any assistance in getting the product that I wished to get in the first place.

      My account was charged unauthorized 04/22/2023 in the amount of $930.00. Which I received the products and wanted to return them for a refund, but because I cancel and deleted the acct to keep any more charges from happening. Amazon is refusing me an opportunity to return the products for a refund they say they can't find the account due to it being deleted and they don't know what was ordered. I have made a dispute with the bank and they forward me all the info/invoices/order # etc. . to all the products. They still will not allow me to return the products because of the amount of money, that to be refunded. All the packages are still unopened and still in their original package as delivered. What happened to 100% customer satisfaction.

      Amazon is a scam nowadays. They did not tell me how to pickup my items at the post office and I was unable to receive my items. 200-500$ with no items despite saying deliver to my address and not the post office. This was the last straw, never ordering from them again. Keep acting like this and they will have no business anymore.

      Writing this hurts me. I have been a loyal amazon customer for so long I can't remember how many years. Everything with Amazon as a company has been splendid until an incident on June 16th 2023 that had nothing to do with a delivery. At roughly 1:10 in the afternoon, an amazon delivery van blew through a stop sign causing me to slam on my brakes and swerve to avoid being hit. I had my 5yo in the car as well. Both of us were shaken up quite seriously but physically unharmed. I look behind us to see if the van stopped (because we sure as h*** did) and they did not. I had to turn around and locate the van just to get a pathetic "I'm sorry". I followed up with Amazon over a week and a half only to get generic, scripted responses and no answers. We could have died and they did not care. During that week and a half, I wrote emails, chatted online, and called. All to no avail. No one of authority answered me back to hear my story, to hear my ideas on making this complaint process smoother, or to provide any type of compensation for our troubles (least of my worries). Today, after telling them I am done with their company, the guy I spoke to said that the issue is listed as resolved, no one will be contacting me, and he will issue me a $20 credit for my troubles. I'm livid. I am appalled. I am disgusted. I am done with amazon. I cancelled my amazon cc and I'm canceling my prime membership and amazon account as soon as I spend the magical $20 they're giving me. A company this big should give more s**** about their customers and their opinions and wellbeing. I will never purchase anything from amazon ever again. I know they won't miss me but I have to do something to make my point clear. They failed me. I wish there was a way to contact corporate but I'm sure they wouldn't listen or care either.

      Repeatedly Amazon delivery drivers refuse to deliver to my house. Expecting a package today and the Amazon delivery driver never attempted to deliver to my house but put that they could not gain access to my front door. **************** as been no help at all in getting me my order. I have even had a car full of men pull up to my house at 10:37pm blaring music. I had a delivery driver claim to deliver my package and she actually stole the mop I ordered. I pay for this service and yet to not get the benefits I PAY FOR!

      Amazon has commented fraud in my personal bank account by charging my account 2 times for the same items. I ordered 4 candles and the price was charged $73.24 then the order was sent and only 1 candle was sent and then I noticed that my account was then charged $54.93 for the 3 candles that were not sent (each candle was $16.95) so I asked them why did they charge my account again and yet no one could give a better explanation of who granted them permission to do so. I asked for the order to be canceled they refused to cancel the order and return my money.

      It's easy to buy things and return things under normal circumstances, but I had difficulty with logistics for the refund and they were incredibly poor communicators (making me talk to several people rather than someone who could actually fix it and lying to me saying that I would be refunded). Eventually I managed to return it and was shortchanged on the refund because they charged me for a pickup even though I dropped it off at **** The process of dealing with irregularities or exceptions is all but non-existent. Extremely poor customer service.

      I am extremely disgruntled as I write this review. I ordered a mattress and TV stand. The items looked amazing and suited my exact needs. However, they never showed up on my doorstep. They kept showing that theyre being processed at a nearby facility every day but they never went out for delivery. I spent 2.5 weeks sleeping on the floor with a bad back. I couldnt place my TV anywhere but on the floor for 2 weeks since the stand never arrived either. I contacted customer support but they outright told me that it was not their concern and that I take sole risk of ordering this item. Really? Should I pick the item up halfway across the country and deliver it to my home by myself too now? This has happened to me thrice in a month and I cannot seem to get any resolution. They guarantee that the replacement will arrive but that also never comes. The *********, ** location is a black hole for Amazon items. As for the customer representatives, this is NOT the kind of nonchalant behavior that I expect out of customer service. I was very polite and understanding. But all I got were passive aggressive responses. I was told that they will not do anything for me. This is extremely uncalled for. I would recommend that no one order items shipped and sold by Amazon anymore (tracking number beginning with TBA). They will fudge up your order and then blame you for ordering with them. How do I order bulky items now? Amazon was supposed to be reliable but I seriously doubt that I will never be able to trust them again. I am about to cry now.

      On May 18, 2023 , I ordered a mobility scooter on Amazon.com. After a few weeks , I was advised the order was cancelled because it was unavailable. I was told later a refund was issued. I never received the product or a refund. After many conversations , I was told the refund was given to the wrong person . Each time I called in , I was told to wait two days while they investigate the matter. My last conversation was on June 21 , 2023 and I was given a ticket # as a reference . The order was routed to a company that no longer is associated with Amazon. I expect the product delivered or a full refund .

      Multiple times amazon/prime either left my packages at the wrong address and sometimes they kept changing the delivery time for a package, they have only liars and morons working for them, I'll never order anything else from them.THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS
