      I ordered something from Amazon. I opened a return request for the item before it was scheduled for delivery. Item was never delivered. After an hour speaking to Amazon reps, they told me that they can't issue a refund for another 14 day(17 days after I requested the return). They also told me that I would have to contact them again to initiate that refund and basically waste another *****+ minutes of my time. This is over an $8 item. I'll add that it was overly-complicated to find the option to get a live rep. **** if I only earned minimum wage, this really wouldn't be worth my time or aggravation. It was, however, worth reporting to the **** posting a a poor review here, and my boycotting Amazon from now on.

      I pay for Amazon prime and deliveries are always late. They false advertise and never want to take accountability. They sent me the wrong color pair of shoes and do not want to replace them ..so much for customer service.

      Both me and my husband are Prime Members and enjoy the convenience of Amazon. Until now, their customer service has been great with little complaint. Since buying, installing and setting Amazon Key for my MyQ Garage Door Opener, I have nothing but problems of getting my deliveries, 78 since 01/01/2023, delivered to the correct location on my property. Fifty percent or more of my deliveries have been to my front door or to my driveway or somewhere else on my property. Items have been stolen and some delivered to the wrong address including 2 houses from my property where no address was specified as it was an alley way. My husband and I have separate Amazon accounts, and share the garage key so he can use it on his phone. I have included detailed instructions in the Amazon Key App for my account and his, I have included photos of outside/inside the garage for ease of recognition, I have included partial instruction in the address line of the delivery address and I have made custom bright orange signs on my front door and garage specifying where to place deliveries. I have spent money on a placard that is on our garage in the alley that indicates that the driver is at the right address. Yet, Amazon cannot work with their 3rd party drivers/couriers to ensure accurate delivery. Yesterday, I approached a driver who delivered to my front door yet again and asked why she delivered there instead of my garage and she responded, "because she doesnt have time to follow my directions." I complain each and every time deliveries are not where I have specified using their app and instructions, yet Amazon disabled my husband's account. (The wrong account as he doesn't call in and complain.) His account was disabled because the driver yesterday felt threatened by my approach and questioning. I was noteably upset, but she was NEVER in any danger. I am very upset that Amazon listened to the driver and not the customer and took quick action to lock my husband's account.

      Warning!! Amazon is now charging your product return refund back to your credit card saying they never received the return even though you have a return receipt provided by the shipper. If you call Amazon customer service, they will lie and tell you that they corrected the problem but they will charge your card anyway. This has happened routinely now.

      Amazon strong armed me to be able to use my account. They forced me to pay $70 that they claimed I disputed for a purchase after being refunded which didnt happen. I purchased a product, it didnt work, I wanted to return it and Amazon told me theyd refund me and to dispose of the product. A week later Im signed out of everything and told I had to pay for the order to be able to use my account again. So seems like they purposely decided to refund me knowing a week later theyd just force me to pay it again to get their money back. Then the woman spoke to me like I was stupid and I was left on hold for over 20 mins while she claimed she was fixing the issue and never checked back in on the line. Prior to that amazon decided not to charge the correct account I had on file and then took almost $700 out of my account leaving me negative $700 because they took payment from the wrong method. They refused to acknowledge their system was wrong because I didnt take a screenshot of the options that I selected even though they could see I added the correct payment method and gift cards at the time of purchase applying those to the purchase I was making. Amazon customer service is a joke and Im about to cancel everything through them because everything is a hassle and an argument and theyre never wrong.

      I haven't had Amazon prime for 2 to 3 months. I received a charge. They billed me without permission. I tried to get a refund but since I don't got an account they refuse to refund the money. **** poor service. Don't buy here. Plus after a while they add channels without permission.

      Sketchy practices with their no-rush shipping. They will not credit you the amount as stated on the checkout page, and their customer service does not even have a way of checking the credit per balance. There's no evidence. Take a screenshot of your checkout page if you need to. They incentivize you for cheaper shipping even if you're a Prime member, and they won't reward you with the full amount.

      I bought a tv May 20 2023, have waited over a month still not shipped. Have ordred 3 times different tv,s still no email when it would ship. Phoned customer service over 6 times were supposed to follow up never did. Will never buy a tv from them again

      I purchased two book cases through Amazon.com, once received the boxes were crushed, which the corners were damaged for both items. I requested return *** 16,2023 and sent back *** 17, 2023, I gave to a *** driver that was loading up a external *** box. After two weeks I messaged amazon regarding my return and they stated that I would have to wait until 30 days and to contact them about June 16th. I started reaching out to Amazon June 16th to receive refund and they stated that it had been after 30 days and that they couldn't help me because the allowed time had past and to contact *** to file a claim. I explained to them that they were the ones that wanted me to reach out after June 15th but agreed to contact *** to submit a claim, in which they told me that since I used a return label created by amazon and it was being returned to amazon, amazon would have to file a claim so I can get a refund. last week I spoke to someone that said that they have been having issues with *** on their end and had me fill out an inquiry form regarding the shipment and to email back to them and that i would have a refund within a few days. I have been talking to amazon daily since the 22nd of June and they just say sorry we cant help. They are refusing refund and I am out $79.99 for each of the two damaged shelves I returned *** 17th. Any help would be helpful and appreciated.

      Hello,They deal with companies that sell products that have previously been opened and there are missing parts or are defective and sends them without being checked first, then when I return they sent an email saying that there are missing parts and they were used, Amazon is horrible, it takes me time and effort to return and to buy again.They say that they may cancel my account. I may cancel them if they dont apologize for the frustration they put me through.Thank you.
