      Cancelled orders, money not returned to Amazon card. Amazon says it is the Amazon card company and the Amazon card company says it's Amazon. So no money returned. Had order numbers and cancelled Amazon email. I have gone through several customer service chats and got no where. No one wants to take responsibility. Trying to go through the right process and honesty did nothing.

      Their appeal is that its basically an *************** You can find practically anything and the prices are reasonable HOWEVER, customer service is bottom of the barrel and instead of investing a decent percentage of profit into the people they hire to represent the company, they take the road in which most companies do nowadays. GREED, ARROGANCE, and Selfishness. I, as a veteran applied to this company TWICE this year and was denied. Obviously I did not align with their company values or preferences which was fine by me until the other day when I ran into a problem with my delivery and I was able to see first hand, how unorganized, unprofessional, and under qualified their representatives really are. They would rather outsource to foreign applicants so that they can pay them less and work them more. CANCEL AMAZON AND LET BEZOS POCKETS RUN DRY. Because his target market is middle class people but he shows no appreciation to those who spend their hard earned money to support his subpar business venture.

      I had an item which proved faulty. i was told to donate or dispose of ****=m and i would receive a refund via an amazon gift card not to my original balance. i agreed to that. The refund never appeared. i spoke again and was assured that it was going to happen within 24 hours, never happend i have now had several attempts at getting this refund as the item was binned, to be told sorry nothing we can do we will deal with this so it does not happen again.so i am basically without faulty item and no refund. LIERS.i took a screen recording of the conversation so i j=have proof of their offer, they dont care.

      I had a family member who passed away who had a prime membership, and I was a member underneath it. In the process of leaving our deceased one's prime household. It then locked me from moving in with a different family member.I reached out to Amazon, to see if they could do anything about it. The Live Chat Rep was so nice and went ahead to unlock my account to go under a new prime household.It is moments like those, I am grateful to amazon and their customer service. In that moment, I felt more than just a number.Is amazon perfect? No, but they are better than a lot of other companies out there. I recommend to shop here for anything online first. They have a lot of great policies, and other companies should take notes.

      Amazon.com I ordered mommy and me 4th of July dresses supposed to be delivered today and never received them. When I got on the app to check it said order canceled. I called customer service and explained, who told me it was canceled by the seller because some damage happened to the merchandise so they couldnt send it, I dont know anymore information from the seller than that and that so the seller issued me a refund that will show up in 3-5 business days. You lied to cover your tracks. I found the shipping confirmation in my email, and it was shipped, did make it to town, and was actively out for delivery today. The tracking info says customer refused delivery. We did not. We did no such thing. We were outside working in the front yard garden at the timeand your delivery truck didnt even show up. Your driver was too lazy to deliver it and lied about it. Lied about stopping at my house. Lied about trying to deliver it. Lied about having contact with us. Customer service would have been able to see that it had been shipped, was out for delivery, and had been refused. From our conversation it would have been obvious the delivery driver lied, so they covered the tracks and blamed it on some mysterious damage to all of that particular sellers merchandise that prevented it from ever being shipped.Now you cant re route it back to me and you cant credit me, so I have to wait until its too late to order new outfits. And Im sure your investigation you said would take place on the driver during our second phone call calling you out will lead absolutely nowhere considering how quick you were to lie to my face to cover it up. Any excuses he gives are lies. We do not own pets, there is no fence to go through, there is no obstacles blocking anything, not even a crack in our newer 2 year old driveway and stairs. We also have our address displayed on a large hanging place from our light post to the right of the driveway and is facing the street

      I ordered a hood vent for my food truck I was charged for 2 and Both were delivered I payed $1,930.98 for both I only needed 1. I asked to return one and receive my refund for one they told me I had to pay over $500 for the label the third party Vendor sent me. Vendor also told me if I keep it and try to sell it to get my money back they will **** send me $300. A supervisor for Amazon sent me a fake return label and said I would get a full refund. I sent the hood off not knowing I was given a fake label by Amazon. Vendor claimed they never got the product and Amazon Is saying its in the warehouse and I will get a full refund and they will send this info to A to Z guarantee which they denied me over 6 times. Its been 4 months and Im still getting the same thing from both the third party seller vendor and Amazon. Amazon had the product I even told them to send it back and Ill try to sell it to get my money back and they still send me to a-Z to get denied. I can never talk to someone local the calls are always sent to another country. I just want my money back.

      Now that Amazon is outsourcing to other sellers it had gone downhill. They have you contact the seller instead of them and don't hold the sellers accountable for defective items.

      I have been ordering from Amazon for years without issue. The past month I have had issues with every single order placed. I had an order not be delivered at all and the next order after that was lost and delivered 4 days late and then once it arrived an item was missing. I have had to contact customer service 6 times to try to resolve all of the issues I've had with just these two orders and not one person that I spoke to was helpful or tried to make the situation right. I should not have such a hard time receiving products I paid for. I will not be spending another ***** with Amazon.

      Their customer service is useless. I have had issues with gift cards which no one could resolve and now I have an issi.with ********* balance being transferred to a new card. A customer service representative tried to transfer me to that department and no one would accept my call. Called corporate and was told to send a letter to a PO box. Unacceptable. Also when I called the phone number provided at the bottom of this page, I was told it was for businesses only. They cannot help.consumers.

      I have been a prime member for over 15 years. Shop their daily. I shop for my and my families every need at Amazon. Horrific experience this morning with customer service. First time to have such a horrendous experience with Amazon. They charged my corporate card for my prime membership. It was NOT my default card. They just chose to do this. When I called they put me on hold several times and would not rectify. They have limited knowledge of my account. This company has gone down the tubes with customer service. They said it was their fault but would not rectify. Amazon has lost one of their BIGGEST customers.
