      Their customer service is contributing to fraud by refusing to close an account that has my phone number attached to it & an inactive (hopefully) email that I no longer have access to. Rude customer service. Refused to escalate.

      On 6/17 I had placed an order for some kayaking gear. The total was $199.03. I decided I was going to buy an item locally, cancelled the item and received email confirmation that the item was successfully canceled. It knocked my order down to $124.**. Monday on 6/20, my bank account had been charged for the original amount of $199.03. I have contacted them three times about this. The first two times I was told the reimbursement was pending. It has now been 2 weeks (tomorrow) and still no refund. I just contacted them and they said I was never charged for it. But CLEARLY in my bank statement it states that $199.03 had been withdrawn. I argued with a gentlemen for about 10 minutes telling him that his statement of it being a "pending" charge was incorrect that it had fully been withdrawn. He sent me to card services who tried to tell me the same thing and I normally don't get loud, but at this point I had to. This time she puts me on hold and comes back and says I will see a refund in 3-5 days. We'll see what happens...

      Amazon delivered my order in clear packaging, set in the front entrance of the apartment building , and after the package was stolen. The customer service representative asked me, Did you knock on your neighbors door to ask if they had they grabbed your package? What kind of questions is this? Im not putting my life at risk because Amazon is trying to save money. I notified Amazon within 3 hours of the package being delivered. I have had to contact Amazon customer service which is not a easy task. By the time I was able to speak with someone the accent was so heavy I was unable to understand. I have followed every demand Amazon has requested for a refund of a $12.00 mouse pad. Amazon cancelled my ten year membership and told me they were doing what the member asked. I rarely order from Amazon. They were receiving well over $200 yearly from me. They cancelled my account without attempting to rectify the situation. I tried to understand the rational behind not fighting to keep ur customer but the dont care. I just want my refund.

      For anyone thinking of using Amazon to sell their items. Please, look into other websites. Their support for anyone selling on Amazon is basically a bunch of non-native English speakers reading a manual that is often outdated. Stay far away from Amazon if you value your time and money.

      Horrible customer service.Today they were asking me to give him my credit card number. I have never been asked for my credit card number. They didn't even verify that it was me on the account by asking my name email address home address or telephone number. I asked to speak to an American representative I told I wasn't able to I was asked to speak to a manager and all they did was transfer me someone in the next cubicle

      I ordered a ****** carpet cleaner- the payment was declined- I got several emails saying it was declined assuming eveytime the company reRan the charge- It wen thru at 4 am... I had already updated my payment to a different card. BOTH were charged- yet it shows 2 orders... I ONLY ORDERED IT ONE TIME and had to update my payment method- both cards were charged and Two ****** $100 carpet cleaners were sent to me... They say NO RETURN- and if I car to return the extra o ne it will be fore NO REFUND....

      A lot of their sellers are scammers, bought an item needed badly and it never came, called **** they had put a fake address on the order instead of the actual address I put. Still trying to get my money back, they said it was delivered but wasnt. Beware of sellers you buy from on Amazon. The company doesnt even exist. I looked it up online. This also happened to a friend of mine, same thing happened, they were scammed too.

      These people have behaved completely unacceptably. I am doing a **** mile move. ON THE *** of delivery WHEN I HAVE ALREADY ARRANGED IT they tell me they can't work with the people that I have arranged this with, hung up on me and now I cannot contact them. I need this refunded and fixed NOW. If I could select no stars, I would. I'm not making the time to be abused this way.

      They never honor warranties and if they do they treat it like a return and charge you a restocking fee or shipping and give you back less than the original amount. Sending a replacement is not an option. They keep repeating your 30 day return window has passed. They need to be educated on what a return is and what a warranty claim is. Wjb gives a 12 month warranty and it is to be fulfilled by the retailer always. This bearing went in in November of 2022 and failed in May of 2023. Total trash. What's more trash is Amazon's customer service.

      A few Months ago I Purchased creeping thyme seeds from an amazon certified seller. While many of the seeds did germinate, they were not creeping thyme plants, but rather ragweed. I spent 2-months watering and caring for the seedlings and hundreds of dollars in compos; thus leaving me certainly angry. While I wanted to leave a review to warn consumers of this seller's fraud, Amazon will not allow me to, and for obvious reasons I am unable to return the seeds. Unsure of how Amazon keeps getting away with allowing fraudulent sellers and business practices, but I do know that they do not allow for truthful reviews [rather only allowing people who receive "free" items through their Vine program to leave faulty reviews].
