      They send things out as new that you can clearly see someone else has previously had. Their ****. Svs is horrible takes an hr to get something done that any other place would take ****** minutes and they allow descriptions of products that are not accurate. Even some of Amazon's products have descriptions that are wrong (and been notified)and they do nothing about wrong descriptions of products be it theirs or third party sellers. They have a computer that is selectively choosing which reviews can be posted. They use excuse that review(s) don't follow community guidelines but they won't tell you what it is about review they do not like. They used to be a good company but between getting used items when suppose to be new, wrong descriptions for products and they do nothing about it and say they are not responsible for inaccurate descriptions even though it is their web site and app. So, they take no responsibility for anything. Good company gone horrible down hill.

      I was forced to change my password out of the blue and when I did that it changed back to my old address. For some reason I cant change to my correct address. All the places it says to go does not have the options they say I will seeIM SO OVER AMAZON. This should be an easy thing to fix. Amazon blames *** and *** blames Amazon.Good luck to all that chooses to continue to order from this company

      AMAZON IS THE WORST!!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Merchants who sell through them have been great! BUT IF ANYONE HAS TO BE SUBJECTED TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, THAT CAN ONLY READ/REPEAT FROM A SCRIPT, THAT YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE OF THEIR ACCENTS (as Beautiful as the accents are, their not conducive for conducting business where COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!!As much as I appreciate the CONVENIENCE of AMAZON, this whole NIGHTMARE & MENTAL ANGUISH that IM EXPERIENCING is NOT WORTH SACRIFICING MY MENTAL HEALTH OVER!!! DONT EVER PURCHASE A FIRESTICK or ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE! I was actually told to go to ******* to see if I could figure out the problem & fix it myself!!! Which is what AMAZON IS DOING WHILE YOURE ON HOLD 10 times!!!! Im DONE! Going to take another sedative!*********************** ************

      I bought a $1200 ***** from Amazon on April 6th. The ** stopped working after 82 days of light to moderate usage (less than 4 hours per day). Amazon refused to refund or replace the ** because I didn't pay for the "extended service warranty" and exceeded the 30-day return window. Basically, they want everyone to spend an extra $200 buying a warranty that you likely wouldn't need, and they do NOTHING to help you if your product stops working after the first month. Terrible business practice and terrible company.

      I was shopping on Amazon for a portable ice machine. The price was.*****. When I put it in my cart the price jumped up to *****. I typed back and forth with customer service for 1 and a half hours They kept saying they were transferring me to some9sho could help me. After talking to 5 different people and explaining the problem over and over. I asked for a supervisor and he stated they wouldn't honor the price listed. I have several screen shots and also printed out some of it. I did receive an email stating they had received the screen shot I sent to them. I want them to honor the price that Is listed ***** I can see now why no one wants to work for them. As soon as my credit card is paid off I will be done with them. I would rather shop at ********

      Amazon abruptly canceled my pre-order for a Magic The Gathering set bundle and refused to honor the original price of my ordered item. I never received an email notification regarding the order cancellation and upon contacting customer support the given reason for the cancellation was "out of stock" which is absurd because the entire point of pre-ordering is to ensure the item will be in stock. Upon mentioning this, they changed the reason to "quality issues" and advised I simply re-order the item. But by then the price of the item had changed and Amazon was no longer taking pre-orders. I could only find the item for $189 via third party sellers and not the original $65. Amazon said they would honor the price difference... but only if I bought from the original seller. With the original seller being Amazon and them no longer having the item in stock I was unable to resolve my cancelled order. My suspicion is that Amazon saw the price from other sellers was going up, cancelled my order because they did not want to honor the price, and then sold my order to someone else for a higher price.

      I am leaving a complaint not because I dont value the service Amazon provides. They do what they do very well its actually very impressive. My complaint is due to their decision to ban me from leaving reviews or asking questions about products for reasons unbeknownst to me. Appealing has done nothing and I was never issued a warning. In fact, I had left many well written and helpful reviews and am a prime member. I think that lifetime review ban for any real customer, even those who may have violated the **** to be excessive especially when appealing does nothing. They deleted every single review which I took the time to leave my experience for the benefit of others. Moreover, if a company reaches out and offers you a refund for your item you may have rated low, you should be allowed to rate the experience more favorably as that is speaking to the experience of purchasing not only that item but from that seller. Do not penalize me for openly sharing my opinion in which I clearly describe why Ive increased my rating. That is transparency and quite honestly how business works. If Amazon were to read this and unban my account, would they not hope my rating of 1 star would be changed as a result ? I mean.. at least make it temporary or have dedicated human csr to evaluate and discuss with your customers. If there were a viable competitor, this experience would have me opting to spend my money elsewhere. I hope Amazon changes their decision and penalization policies. I expect however, they will not because they need not and like I said, theres no competition in the market .. they are the market.

      I have bought two phones from the Amazon *************. Both phones stated in description they were unlocked. The first of which, was supposed to be unlocked and it was locked to ATT. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Again it was locked to ******** This is clearly false advertising. If a phone is locked to a specific carrier, it needs to have that put in the description of the phone. I wouldn't have bought these phones if they were locked. Again, I have to get a different carrier, because of the false information given on the item. Amazon.com should not be able to do this, it is fraudulent practices. And if you return the phone you have to pay for extra insurance and tracking because the company will claim didn't receive the phone back. This is extra lost funds, time, and mental anguish over false advertising. This needs to be put to a stop.

      Does Amazon Prime really works? I placed an order on Amazon with subscription of Prime membership that got me a one day delivery on 7/1/2023. At the time of order, it showed the delivery schedule of 2pm on 7/2/2023. I was tracking my package on 7/2/2023 and it showed delivery on 7/2/2023 by 10pm. On 7/3/2023 the package was not delivered and it still showed arriving at 10pm. After calling the customer service the associate said that the package will be delivered today (7/3/2023) by 8pm. When asked on how confident he is that the package will be delivered by 8pm 7/3/2023, he said if it is not delivered then I will be refunded or will be re-processed. I don't think Amazon Prime really lives up to its promises. There is no transparency on what Amazon is delivering. I would never by from Amazon, instead try other options like ********

      Amazon has really gone downhill. Im tired of getting charged for refunds when I know Ive shipped the product back within the timeframe, have a shipping receipt that shows proof they received it, and then getting a notice that I was being charged again because the item was never returned. Another issue Ive been having is a delay in receiving my orders. They dont charge until its been marked as shipped. Well, my items have been marked as shipped right away and then I receive a notice saying they are sorry for the delay only to see from the tracking that the item has never moved. Thats horrible service. And if it is happening from a 3rd party, well Amazon in my opinion, its still bad on you for contracting with companies that you allow to provide poor service just because you want money. I use to love Amazon but now its a waste of time and money. Maybe you should start reading your reviews and listening to your customers. They arent happy with the overall quality service you are providing.
