      Placed an order canceled it an hour later, received my cancellation email. They charged me ***** and it posted that day. Now theyre telling me its my banks fault and I have to dispute it with them. I used to work for Amazon in customer returns. It was disgusting the clothing we got back and were made to clean up and re sell was unlike anything Ive ever seen. I took pictures of the clothing; dead skin, dandruff a bikini bottom with blood on it. If you get anything with an LPN label on your package return it, because someone else has worn it. Theyre SO about the money now they cant make anything right for the customer. And NO DOUBT have the WORST customer service of anywhere Ive shopped. Theyre pathetic not only to their customers but also their employees. S**** you Amazon. Ill show everyone the pictures I took of the disgusting filthy clothing you had ** resell.

      Amazon drivers not following my delivery instructions for over a year ! The unsafe deliveries put my husband and I at personal risk by delivering to an unsafe location and the package is at risk ti be stolen . My instructions say, to place the delivery in a parcel box which I pay for monthly . Instead they dump it in an open community garage with hundreds of other packages! The parcel lockers are located in said *********** have to climb over hundreds of packages to find mine . I have complained no less than 100 times to Amazon and they fill out a form and apologize. Doesnt do any good ! I am 66 yo with orthopedic problems and I hs r to climb over boxes to find my package that is dumped carelessly on the concrete . If I fall, I am taking legal action against Amazon !

      Why does Amazon only have digital/ai chat customer service? I was charged almost $100 for music unlimited and was never sent any kind of authorization or even a receipt for the charge on my credit card. I've now tried to cancel the order only to be told in a vomit of mostly irrelevant info that I won't be recharged in a year. Having only digital/ai chat for customer service puts the responsibility for resolution on the customer. I've waisted over half an hour going through the maze of their "customer service". I've cancelled the music unlimited and couldn't tell that I'd cancelled it online. Called 2 customer service numbers that were ai chat and was eventually told after going through too many irrelevant questions that I wouldn't be charged for music unlimited again and that the subscription would be good for a year. What? There's no way to cancel something I did not authorize at the time I was charged? You have policies that rely on people not paying attention to charges. Making money off of customers mistakes or oversites with no recourse for the customer is bad business! And I'm only assuming I must have signed up for a free trial at some point. I don't remember doing that, but I do remember getting relentlessly spammed for free trials for everything they offer. I usually say no, but must have accidently said yes once. I'm leaving this here since I could find no way to lodge a complaint with Amazon!

      The customer service is a joke. Being asked the same question in different form, and not getting any answers. Had 2 gift cards recently that I got from my work totaling $75. Logged onto Amazon today to look at my account and to my suprise my account was on hold. Asking to verify a payment method, ok cool. Did that, then logged back in, gift card balance is gone. No agent can explain what happened when I give them the dates and codes that were used. They just gone. So I'm out money, and a billion dollar company just gets away with theft on a small scale because I'm only 1 customer. Makes me wonder how many people this happens to as well. Needless to say, it's great being able to order items online, but the amount of hoops you have to jump through on a consistent basis to get any kind of answers, is just insulting as a consumer. Will be canceling my account with them just like most my friends and family have.

      Amazon has an option to close an account on-line, but when I used it, it told me to call Customer Support. Customer Support transferred my call at least 3 times and then told me to close the account on-line. Classic Catch-22.The account is still open after 2 years, they are still piling me for Amazon Prime services, they continue to ship me a subscription product every month, and my Ring account was tied to the Amazon account, so Ring won't close my account, even though I sold my house 2 years ago. CITI Bank also declined to stop the charges, sending me back to Amazon and Ring.I'm paying for services I don't want and can't use. Amazon could not be more obtuse.

      I bought 4 rolls of wallpaper that were defective through my Amazon Prime Account. *** pick the item up on the same day. I have documentation from *** about the pick up and delivery. Amazon sent a return label, had item picked up on 6/12/23, received it at the Amazon Center in Reading, ** on 6/14/23 at 10:25am and now refuses to refund the money to my account and method of payment. **************** is now saying that it will take 30 days??? I have made multiple calls and each Supervisor and customer service person has a different stories?? Very Very disappointed with Amazon customer service. Saying that they do not have the option to return the payment at this time!!!

      They have turned to garbage! Shop locally, everything we loved about Amazon has gone away. If they send you a broken item, the new return policy gives them up to **************************************************************************** you can tie up more money purchasing the item again and hope the second one works. Everything has gone to thirty days. You are much better off going to your local store, because if something doesn't function you can go back that day and get a working version. The whole reason most of us moved to amazon was that it was convenient with next day shipping and a great return policy, now that is gone. Half the time the items don't arrive on time and if you receive the wrong item or a defective item, well good luck getting that resolved within weeks. SHOP LOCAL UNTIL THEY MAKE CHANGES BACK TO WHAT THEY USED TO BE! One other note, they sold us all on ***** smart devices, but then laid off the entire department because they couldn't profit enough and now ***** has gotten much worse in accuracy and reliability. The only thin ***** is good for now is monitoring your conversations and remarketing. Whoever replaced *****, is obviously a major cost cutter and going to crash the company we have loved for so long. Sad.

      I placed an order (ending in ****) on May 19, 2023, it has been 30 days (today 06/19/2023) and Amazon still has not fulfilled the order. I have heard 2 excused, One that the item is in another fulfillment center and also that they don't have drivers to preform the delivery. They keep trying to make me cancel my order. I have also tried creating new order and the Team Leader ******* told me that they will also not get fulfilled. I am not sure what else to do to receive my item that I purchased!

      Amazon has not delivered my package and I feel this is deliberate. Amazon does not deserve even one star. They are deliberately withholding my package. I have contacted them numerous times to resolve this issue and get the same run around each time.
