      I purchased a book from Amazon. I returned a book to Amazon. Amazon refuses to refund me. They insist they did but they did not. A refund was never received. Nothing was return to my bank account. I do not trust Amazon. I do not trust their returns. Id rather purchase what I can actually see and where I can make a return without any issues. I am boycotting, Amazon.

      For 3 days now I've been on the phone with Amazon. For 3 days in a row the driver has delivered my packages to the wrong address. No one seems interested in contacting the driver or drivers to let them know they are delivering my packages to the apartment complex down the street from my apartment complex. This is horrible service and just pitiful that this company does not hold these drivers accountable for their mistakes and if they did these drivers would make sure these packages were delivered correctly. I will be canceling my Amazon Prime Because this service is not what I'm paying for.

      I've had a personal Amazon account for many years and never had an issue. I setup an Amazon Business account for a new business last year because of this. We use the account on occasion for purchasing supplies, such as highlighters and thermal ink labels that we use daily. The account was locked at the end of May. No reason was provided except for an email that said we misused Amazon services according the Conditions of Use and provided hypothetical reasons from the CoU document. I've read the document and don't see anything in there where Amazon could possibly have come to that conclusion. We're not a seller on Amazon, we do not resell the supplies we buy, we do not interact with 3rd party sellers nor other customers on the site, we do not scrape Amazon data. Multiple emails sent trying to get more information with zero replies. Finally reached out on ******* and ultimately ended up with the Business Account Specialist line. The individual clearly felt bad for our situation, but said they couldn't do anything or provide any information, which I'm sure they had on their terminal, but for reasons unknown to us Amazon has decided that corporate policy in these cases is silence. While Amazon is free to make whatever policies they want, this one is is extremely misguided when it is applied without appeal, without any context whatsoever against a rural business that doesn't even utilize the platform as a seller, we simply buy from Amazon and their 3rd party sellers. This is unacceptable to the point that I'm actually writing this review. If, and that's a huge if, we somehow ran afoul of the CoU, how would you expect anyone to address the issue if they're never informed? I can understand wanting to protect the Amazon brand with regard to 3rd party sellers and their interactions with Amazon's customers, but that is not and never has been our use of the account, we ARE the customer.

      Absolutely horrible experience dealing with customer service about getting refunded for a broken item i received. Amazon used to be so easy to deal with about returns. Now i cannot believe how awful this company has become about helping buyers with so.called quote unquote" 3rd party sellers". Ive been arguing with and i say this loosely.... these folks *for the lack of a better word..... For over a month and every time they tell me i will be refunded and not to worry and still NOTHING! Their customer service team is Garbage they should all be fired. They are LIARS. Quickly try to end the chats and will hang up on you if your upset when speaking to.them.on the phone. Total bull Sh+t. I now.have to dispute this with my bank which is going to.be.a headache in Its self. Refuse to ever order with these guys ever again. Worst customer servince experience ive ever had to deal with absolutely unacceptable from this multiple billion dollar company... Total Trash!

      Im upset that I had the unfortunate experience of encountering a racist delivery driver who refused to deliver my package to me. And when contacting Amazon support to notify them they just sided with the driver and stated the driver said my address was incomplete and missing a unit or suite number. I live in a house and when my packages would get delivered before my young kids have never been on the porch. Today they were and the driver decided to not leave my packages and turn around. This is the worst experience I have ever had and wouldve never expected it from a company Im an avid user of.

      How far they have fallen. Amazon use to have the best customer service hands down. Now they say you get free returns but only if you drop the return off somewhere. Even if it is damaged. If you need it picked up because you are unable to drop it off somewhere due to being disabled well that's just too bad, you get to pay for the pick up. Garbage greedy company that has started s******* over it's disable customers at every chance because they know they can get away with it.

      I have spoken with 5 reps and each one has transferred back to customer service with NO resolution. My package for the 4th time has been delivered to the wring address. My address is **** abd it was delivered to ****. I don't know if the drivers are under the influence, but this is extremely frustrating. In addition, I am going around the neighborhood and the picture that matches the **** AMAZON package is gone. Knock on the door, no answer. I call Amazon and bounced around. AMAZON MUST DO BETTER!!!!

      Very often my orders are attempted delivery after the post office closes even though I have specific delivery instructions to deliver between 9a - 5p during the week. They will attampt days in a row after hours leaving me concerned that my shipment will be returned. **************** isn't that helpful with getting this issue resolved.

      Amazon has the worse service of any company I have ever dealt with, I order a product, paid for it, for 14 days I was told it was delayed in transit, a week later I was told the company no logner supply this product, but it was still offerd on their site, I was told i had to wait two more weeks from the day it was supost to arrive for a refund or replacement with another item, when I ask why I had to wait for two weeks, it could not possibly be lost in transit because you don't have the product to ship it was discontinued. so why am I waiting for my money, I was told those were the rules and they were disconnecting the call this happened four different times, I was not allow to speak with a manger when I requested one, to date I have not recieve my item or refund. and half the people i spoke with, english is so bad it is almost impossible to understand anything they are saying. I will tell everyone I no stick with **** it may take a little longer but they take good care of there customer when a mistake it made by there company.

      Amazon Prime Vedio Channels was canceled back in April 2023 and yet still being charged sometimes ***** or *****. When they say your SUBSCRIPTION is canceled and you get your refund. Every agent tells me something different as to what I have to do on my end. It's ridiculous having to go through this every month since I canceled it back in April. I recommend you don't use PRIME, HBO.. You need to do better Amazon Prime you ****.
