      I ordered a king sized bed frame. It was broken and unusable. They told me unless I could box it up properly I was out of luck. So they basically stole the $150 from me and I have to take this thing to the dump on my dime. I'm not able to properly box a huge item like this. That's unreasonable. The foreign customer service representatives were rude and at first even lied to me. I had to call a second time to talk to someone who would be honest. It was wild.

      Amazon delivery drivers (some, not all)The problem is the delivery drivers need to be held accountable for leaving our packages at any address. They should be required to take a photo of the package directly in front of the CORRECT ADDRESS and if not, they should be penalized. This mess would stop. Im not going door to door looking for packages that should have been delivered to my door. If they dont want to do the job then go elsewhere but I have had MK purses, jewelry and B&BW packages left just anywhere and its not cool. Filing a police report for things that should be in good hands but makes you think, whats being done with our packages. Fine these drivers for intentionally being trifling and we wont have this problem again. Its called being held accountable for their BS. I have to wait to get a replacement and shouldnt have to. They took a photo of the package near a wall now let me go and deliver their stuff and see how they like my delivery (they wont like it) because its going to be very messy! My package was delivered somewhere else but Im sure I will love the product when I receive a replacement. Enough is E-Damn-Nough!!

      I ordered a brand new iPad Air 256GB WiFi and Apple pencil from the Amazon site. I received the iPad a few days later but instead of getting a new item, Amazon sent me a used refurbished iPad. The box wasn't shrinked wrapped and fastened by clear tape. This was definitely used. When I opened the box I could see fingerprints on the iPad. I called customer service to find out what was going on and asked them why I didn't receive what I ordered and instead they sent me a refurbished iPad. They of course apologized and let me know that the only option I had was to return the iPad and they would refund me. I asked again why didn't I get a new iPad, they continued to apologize and again told me the only option was for me to return the item for a refund. Amazon looks like they are sending refurbished items, selling them as new to see if customers would go through the hassle of returning the items. I can't think of why they wouldn't just ship a new item as ordered. Only offering a return. It baffling. This was the last straw, i'm cancelling PRIME and going elsewhere.

      HORRID experience w/AMAZON purchase: Sharing deeply concerning experience highlighting significant DEFICIENCIES in customer service. I placed an order for a specific item on Amazon.EZ enough...Right? However, this quickly turned into NIGHTMARE.1st purchase: WRONG item, missing components. Needed it for an instruction class.Ordered 2ND purchase as replacement, didn't arrive as promised. did not arrive June 27, 2023 as tracking promised. Found identical item on ***** received promptly & left positive feedback!In the midst of this predicament, I continued efforts to cancel the order + secure refund from Amazon. After engaging w/ 3 different customer representatives & escalating the matter to Leadership Team Member ********, I was PROMISED a refund. However, to my dismay, ONLY the shipping cost was reimbursed, while the item that NEVER arrived, remains unaccounted for. Amazon even admits it has NEVER arrived/NEVER shipped out. Today, July 8, 2023, NO resolution after 1 week & 4 days. Despite speaking to 3 MORE different Amazon customer reps TODAY, the latest of whom informed me that I must wait now UNTIL July 11th!!! for the item to arrive, a refund for the undelivered product has been consistently DENIED. She even Hung up on me! (I don't need the item, just a Refund!!! How can You refund shipping BUT NOT the entire purchase, especially when you've received NOTHING....BUT a hard time) Companies should be accountable for their actions & ensure that future customers don't have to go through what I've gone through! AND spared from such HORRID experiences! (should be some kind of charge for my time wasted on this!)

      I purchased a first generation and second generation AirPod and mistakenly returned the first generation.I was told I wont get a refund and my $200 first generation airpods were discarded. No one wanted to help I got dismissed. Im a lawyer and as I read similar experiences I am looking into starting a class action.

      Paid for Amazon prime for the two day shipping. Everything shows as free two day shipping but when you order the actual shipping date is 2 weeks out. I understood during height of covid. But now it's just nonsense. Tried contacting them to get the prime membership refunded or at least prorated for the 9 months I haven't used. They refuse. Massive bait and switch. Not at all what's advertised. I've pulled all credit cards from my Amazon account and have also canceled the extras I was paying for out of complete spite. They won't be getting anymore money from me. Do yourself a favour and don't pay for the scam that is prime.

      I received a defective item and was told by Amazon customer service to get with the seller. I asked what happens if the seller doesnt do anything, the Amazon rep said they would help. The seller said they would send me a replacement within 3-5 days. I waited 9 days and contacted the seller again. They said that the package was undeliverable. I have never had this issue and went back to Amazon customer service. There I spoke with 4 reps who refused to help. A multi billion dollar company that refuses to help its customers. I guess Im just a drop in the bucket for them. Its disgusting

      At Amazon.com a customer is considered less than important. The company does not provide proper instructions for the products they sale. Recently I purchased a computer for almost $900.00 and it was supposed to be delivered on Sunday July 9th 2023. Instead the driver calls me on Friday 7th 2023 and says I have to sign because it is a high dollar item. Well I was at work so the driver hung up and then canceled my order. The problem with that is the money takes 10 business days to be refunded. To make matters worse the driver texted me and asked could they deliver the package that same Friday night at 8:40pm. I replied yes but did not get a follow up at all. So the driver sent a text to cover on their end and had no intention on delivering the package. I called customer service and got nothing but "sorry about your luck." Now I ask is this a company that is doing right by their customers?

      This company no longer deliver purchase items to majority African American Communities. Amazon now contract purchased items to be delivered through ********** and ****** **** is not reliable, and packages are not being delivered. Amazon solution is to resend the package, with the possibility of **** being the carrier. As a working citizen and tax payer, I should have the same rights as any other citizen, no matter what community they reside in. Amazon didn't offer no real solution to the problem.
