      I bought a table, the table arrived in a box that was demolished, the table was damaged with cracking and some scratches. They tell me to return it, I say ok but the box was destroyed they said sorry but we can't accept it without the box. I ask for a partial refund to keep the table and fix it and no. They offer NO solutions so they have my $149 and I have a broken table they refuse to take back because their carrier busted the box. Scammers through and through. ********************** with these big corporations.

I ORDERED MEDS THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEN 3 ***S LATER THE *** BEFORE IT IS SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP THEY NOW DON'T KNOW IF OR WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE (CUSTOMER CARE SAYS) EMAIL SAYS 5 ***S FROM NOW. AND NOW I AM OUT OF MEDS. EITHER WAY, I AM A DIABETIC AND CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT MY MEDS. AS A PHARMACY, THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE. THEY NEED TO JUST STICK WITH SELLING MERCH.

      DO NOT USE PRIME! For years I have had Prime. Started when it was $99 over the years they have increased the prices and lessened the services attached. recently I bought a drone and a fly more kit that cost around $1100. I will fully admit that I had no idea drones had so many rules and regs. However, I did not open the drone or the fly more kit. *** Picked up the drone and fly more kit for return. On my order form, it has no updates and says "When they receive it they will issue the refund" After days of shipping it out and not hearing anything back I contacted Amazon because I wanted to make sure they received the drone back like the shipping said they had. The person I spoke to said they did receive the return and it should take 24 to 48 hours to release it. The fact I got no update is crazy. I should not have to call in to see if my 1k plus items made it back safe. The second they received them they should have scanned them and I should have at least been notified they received my return. But Im here writing this because they admit they have had the FACTORY sealed drone and fly more kit for 3.5 business days. I contacted them today. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager did not make a call, send an email, or try anything at all to see if they could help. SO now Im sitting here waiting for my money when they have the item sitting there. I now was paying $140 for Prime... The same Prime that will change the prices to things you look at based on IP, The same Amazon that's on the news for ***** human rights violations. I mean ****** Amazon and Union. It's pretty clear they don't treat their employees right so I'm not sure why I thought they would treat me right. If Amazon lifted a finger or tried to help me in the slightest I would not have complained. I hate sounding like a ***** Jerk on the internet but I'm just so sick of companies like this just taking and taking, Always s******* over its customers any chance it gets.

      Amazon sends used Amazon gift cards, purchased a gift card for a present. When the gift receiver tried to use it the gift card was already used. I was told they are not replacing it or they cannot refund my money. It will take 48 hours to look into this. The birthday has come and gone. This is unacceptable.

      I work for Amazon Flex.. I showed up for 2 of my scheduled work times. In order for me to receive my packages, and complete my job, there are workers in the warehouse who have to scan my ID to check me in to recieve my packages. They refused to do that, which is against policy and the rules. I was not able to deliver my packages in 2 separate occasions because of this. I spoke to several Amazon support representatives and brought this issue up with their claims department. They denied to pay for my scheduled work shifts. That is 2 separate block times that equal $148.00. It is through the fault of their company employees that I was not able to do my job that I showed up to do. And they will not stand behind their drivers to pay them for the incompetence of the other employees they decided to hire. Basically.... They robbed me of my money. Do not work for flex at all. They treat thier employees terribly.

      **** Deere Ground Loader Amazon did nothing to solve my problem and made my life much harder!!!They dont care they sell defective items or care about us as people!!!The defective construction in the drive shaft makes the chain come off when the kid is sitting on it. The chain is too short to reach the next access point.At the same time, there is too much slack in the chain so when the kid sits on the defective **** deere tractor. The chain slips off!The part Peg Pegro provided does not fix the problem! The issue is where the pedals are where the crankshaft goes in and where the softer metal and the plastic hold onto the frame. The metal is too soft where it is attached to the plastic. It is low quality and cheaply made.We have driven it to Cahaba Cycles 3 different times. Paid them for their service.The positive is after 5 months of paying to get it fixed the local bike shop. Calling Amazon and the manufacture. Peg Prego did the right thing and refund our money!!!We gave this present to my son for his third birthday party. My mother was in the hospital and passed away two weeks after my childs birthday. I after burying my mother and getting back on my feet. I reached out to Amazon to help us with the issue. They told us sorry its been 30 days nothing we can do!They basically said pound sand!I asked for a supervisor, and they wouldnt give me one and said that the supervisor will tell you the same thing!!!!Amazon doesnt care about us, the customer! They only care about profits!!!!I never will buy anything from Amazon again, even if it saves me money or I have to do without!!!!I try every week to get my wife to quit spending money on Amazon and will never stop!!!!!

      Too many negative changes with AMAZON ! Just canceled my Prime Membership. It is not servicing its members as it once use to. I have been disappointed so many times with their so called commitment to deliver my purchase only to be let down. I am always getting notifications ondelayed shipments. Never receiving my purchases in a timely manner. I received a purchase just a few days ago , envelope was left on my front porch and it was completely EMPTY! I immediately called AMAZON to report and I was transferred 3 times to try to speak to Someone in the **************************** I hung up after being put on hold and nothing accomplished after 30 minutes. I would recommend consumers to just start shopping locally. Less hassle and much, much faster service!

      TERRIBLE! overcharged my bank account for an order!! Then referred me to TRS Recovery who continued to try to take out the INCORRECT AMOUNT= charging me over $40 in bank fees! No letter in the mail, I called TRS and they hang up on me every time!

      Absolute garbage customer service. The agents are allowed to lie and pull anything out of thin air. I'll be way more careful in the future buying anything from this company who is basically ran out of *************** at this point.
