      I ordered an item I couldnt use and when I tried to return it, discovered that free returns arent. Im being charged to print my own label, supply my own packaging, and take it to a drop box. Amazon should be transparent about returns. Its only free if you can go to a drop location and my nearest is a round trip over 100 miles.

      I have used Amazon on and off for the last few years. It was great at first, however I have seen a decline in quality of service, from customer service, delivery, and business practices.My most recent order was deemed undeliverable due to it being damaged at the Amazon warehouse. My card was charged for the item, even though the item was not sent to me. It remained charged to my account for 2 weeks. Even though I was told that I would eventually get a refund to my card, when this was processed the refund was placed by mistake on a gift card.I will never do business with Amazon again, and do not recommend this company to anyone.

      I changed my number and my old number for Two step verification was enabled with my old number. They said I need to upload a valid government ID to show it was me. That's fine and I did so, however I called back two days later and ***y told me ***y were gonna send it to *** account recovery team while at *** same time *** recovery team can't do anything but send it over to *** ones who make *** changes. The problem is you can't talk to ***m and ***y have no phone number to reach ***m so you sit on your hands no able to use *** service but ***y still bill you for *** prime service you have no access to. So if customer service is ***re to fix *** problem what is *** issue speaking to *** who can disable two step verification to put in your new number. Honestly it is a waste of time using a service I can't use anyways. Word of warning if you use two step change your number you sign out of your account good luck getting into it. I understand it is for security but *** process takes forever and I can't *** movies I have paid for nor use *** prime account I pay for. However ***y will take your money and bill you every month.

      Amazon is becoming a trash company under new leadership. They are just abusing customers for raking in profits... Very recently SEC also filed a lawsuit against them for the same. Amazon sent a defective and used robot vaccum. They picked it up immediately but never refunded. Now refusing to refund that they are suspecting something but not giving any information about it. They just keep giving run arounds, neither giving the item back nor the money... It's plain fraud!

      The "new" amazon.com" is shady! They take no responsibility for their 3rd Party Sellers botching orders, and their **************** is a joke.

      Amazons customer service is terrible and the business plan is costing customers money. I ordered an item then tried to cancel it after it showed being delivered in 7 days. I found similar item that could be delivered much quicker. I tried to cancel it through the online prompts but told me it was already being shipped. This was all within 5 minutes. I called their customer service which after being on hold for about ***** minutes was told they could not cancel the order. The rep told me to just return it and I can get a refund. That process costs us all more money. Amazon, or its affiliates, has to pay to have a person pull it off a shelf and ship it, then if I return it. Amazon pays for the shipping and for someone to restock it. The someone else has to process the refund. All extra costs that are passed on to all the users of Amazon. So then theyll raise everyones membership fees in the future to regain their loses. Instead of a simple cancellation within the first 5 minutes, they would rather stretch this process over weeks. This is why Amazon warehouse employees cant take bathroom breaks and want to unionize, because the are wasting time and profits.

      Hello I have been a long term loyal Amazon customer. I have had a ********************** charge for a number of years and paid it off in full most months and was never late. They could not process a payment from a different bank that I set up so they just felt free to close my account without notice or conversation. I have written many letters to get this fixed but still continue to have a closed account. Horrible customer service. No loyalty to long term loyal customers. Giving 1 star because I have to 0 would be the correct rating.

      Very poor service. Tried getting my money back to my credit card but they said it had to go to original form of payment. First payment was gift card, which I gave to my brother, second form of payment was credit card. They refused to give me my money back. Yes I asked what idiot made that rule and to ***************** to them. Wasnt connected. Told person to cancel my prime account and that I was reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

      I called Amazon **************** and spoke to ( ***) about a simple problem. This agent was in *************** and unable to speak without a heavy accent and not understandable. After explaining the trouble for several minutes, he stated that I didn't have the feature in my account, which I did. I requested to speak to a supervisor. After a couple of minutes *** finally transferred to "Quenie" also from *************** who had a heavy accent and was singing her words together instead of talking. I asked to be transferred to a English speaking agent, ****** refused stating she was unable to transfer being a Telecommunication Technician I'm sure she was lying . I contacted Amazon on line and texted with ******. He stated he will report my dissatisfied complaint without knowing any facts. I'm very disappointed of Amazon for not caring about their customers by sending customers to foreign countries for assistance, not helping their customers with complaints of their employees and Amazon totally ignoring wrong doings by not wanting to hear directly from the customer.
