      We placed 3 orders recently, and all were supposedly delivered yesterday. One of the packages was to supposed to contain items from these 3 orders. I've never had Amazon combine my separate orders into one package before, so I was already alert. When these orders arrived, I was able to get them inside within a minute of them being delivered. The Amazon van was just pulling away. That's how quick I was. I work from home, and didn't have time to go through the packages right then. When I finished work, I started with the large brown paper envelope bag, which is depicted in the delivery picture I received. I quickly realized that seal was missing from the bag. And upon further inspection, could tell that it had been torn off completely. The envelope bag only contained one item. I quickly opened the other packages to find that we were missing items from our orders. I remembered that the envelope was supposed to contain 4 items, from 3 orders. After confirming what was missing, and that they said that they had been delivered, I contacted Amazon customer service. This was the beginning of a 2hr nightmare. I've never experienced such terrible service. Our package been tampered with, and had items stolen by an Amazon employee. The representatives we spoke with were useless, we were told our items couldn't be reshipped, and that we could only receive a refund that would take up to 10days. Next, the items that were refunded, the prices had increased, so now we would have to pay more, and cover the shipping cost as well. The only way our package could have the entire seal torn off, is if someone from Amazon did it. I made several attempts to file a complaint about this, and was completely ignored. We were not being taken seriously, and when I had the chance to speak with a supervisor, I was dismissed again, and yelled at by her. Something that was not our fault, we're forced to pay for it, and Amazon makes it impossible to file any sort of official complaint.

      I pay a monthly subscription for Amazon prime shipping. While ordering the website/app will tell you it will be here within one to two days after they take your money all of a sudden the date changes. A difference in four days.!! When calling customer service they pretty much tell you sorry but theres nothing I can do! Not only do they take the money for a subscription. They also falsify information to take more money for you to buy things. For years they have been taking my money on false pretense, anybody else would be in jail!! we as customers need to stand together and sue *********************** For all of the money we paid to them on false pretences and was told theres nothing they can do. Yes there is something you can do. Do what you say or give us the money back.

      I like Amazon in general, but these days you CANNOT rely on their reviews without looking carefully. In reading the reviews, I see many, many "answered questions" and reviews for the wrong product -- and I mean totally unrelated products. Looking for a chin strap for snoring, I found a question for one that asked, "How to attach to a car?" Ummm, what?? And in the reviews for two of them I found lots of reviews for skin creams, different anti-snoring products, and some kind of decorations. So I have no idea how many of the 5-star reviews are for this product or others.

      I purchased some pillow covers and received a little girl bikini swimsuit. They requested that I send a picture of the item a picture of the packaging send proof of purchase date and the order number.. I sent everything they requested in steel. They refused to except the item bag and give me my refund.. when I called on the phone and spoke with a supervisor she stated to me well it show that they delivered the item and the order number that I sent does not exist , I refuse to except that so she hung up on me. So I screenshot it my order and sent it to them along with the same order number that I sent to them from the beginning, still nothing. In one week, I received two wrong items and a damage item with that being said behind them all I receive bad bad.Service, I will be canceling my subscription!!

      I ordered 2 bottles of Drano in April, 23 and they were undeliverable. The total came to $11.70. Its nearly mid July and Ive yet to receive a refund. I am unable to check refund status in orders as there is nothing to click on. To say Im angry is an understatement. It may ONLY be $11.70 but its MY MONEY. and I want..no, DEMAND my refund asap! Im sure this will fall on deaf Ears.i order from Amazon all the time. This is the first time Ive been railroaded.

      **************** is no help. They transfer you over and over making you repeat the same thing with absolutely no resolve.They're saying is "no worries it will be taken care of"..when it never is. They need to train they're staff how to do the job before giving them title. Staff does not care. Satisfaction and courtesy is not a priority. Closing account will never use again.

      So my stepsons at basic training, he ordered himself a ps5 and it was delivered to the house and taken back by the driver (who was not happy knowing its wrong and discrimination)! We didn't know the last 2 digits of whatever phone number they have on file for him that is not his (he's 17 and has only had one phone number)! So just remember Amazon discriminates against active service members!!!!!

      Bait and switch. Purchased item was at a great price, was sent for delivery. Item was canceled and they wont honor price. Item is now 4 times the price. They only offer refund and wont honor original order. This is unlawful.

      I placed an order on June 30, 2023. At **** am July 1, 2023 I placed a request to cancel the order. I received an email stating I should give them a few days to process the cancellation. I contacted Amazons customer department July 6, 2023 and received a email after speaking to a representative who stated they would handle the situation. Needless to say the item was delivered anyway and I was informed that it could not be returned and I could not receive an refund.

      My issue is with Amazon shipping. Numerous times I have paid for faster shipping with a guaranteed delivery date and that delivery is not made. I have tried to resolve this with Customer Support, but they are limited to what they can do. They attempt to "escalate" the issue to ********* never happens again, but I repeatedly have packages not delivered on time.Simply put....I am paying for a service that Amazon is not providing. If I was providing a service to Amazon I can guarantee that they would expect it to be done if it was paid for....and even come after me legally if that service was not provided. Why can Amazon customers not expect the same from them?
