      I gave it 2 stars only because the customer service reps were nice. I ordered my daughters OTC medicine twice. Twice it was delayed after being guaranteed. I ordered an iPad on Prime Day. Delivery was also guaranteed 2 day delivery. I contacted them via chat, was told it would still be delivered that day. I contacted later on the evening via chat, the chat rep had a phone rep call me. She said it still could be delivered because the warehouse is 15 minutes away. They just needed to find a driver. She put me on hold and when she came back, told me she contacted the warehouse and it would go out on next available truck and that it was no longer guaranteed delivery by Friday evening. I requested overnight or early morning delivery, she said she didnt see why they couldnt considering she called them. Now Im getting a $600+ item delivered on Sunday (not Friday as was guaranteed or Saturday as I was told) when I wont be home. Do better Amazon, especially with meds and high dollar items!!!

      They won't me my refund for an item return by the method I paid. They gave me an Amazon gift card instead of the cash I original paid. I refused the gift card. They lied to me about the refund. They gave me the run around by transferring to several different agents who lied that my refund was the mail; they had me going to ************* to get my refund with a bogus, invalid claim code. There customer service consist of deceitful people that will tell you anything to get off the telephone. They are incomplete liers.

      When I called Amazon to cancel my year subscription on the day of reinstatement I was told I would get a refund. It has been months and three phone calls later and emails stating it would take 3 to 5 business days and it would go through. The customer service person I spoke with on the last call said they would personally put it through and it would take 3 to 5 days as well but it still did not happen.

      Tired of being lied to by Amazon. During this year's Prime Days, I ordered a ******* S23 + along with a phone case to arrive the next day, Wednesday, by 10:00 pm. The case arrived on time, but the phone had not shipped according to the website at 10:00 PM Wednesday night. I did not see any online updates until the next morning when I saw on the Amazon website and saw that the phone shipment had been delayed. I contacted CS by chat and was first told there was a glitch in the system. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who then told me that the order had not been properly processed. He said he would expedite the order, and I should receive an email with a new tracking number and the phone by Thursday night.I never received an email or the phone by 7:00 PM on Thursday. When I called customer support back, I was first told that the item was out of stock in the fulfillment facility that usually ships to our house. I again asked to speak to a supervisor, who told me that it was not out of stock but "stuck" in the ordering process. He said he would expedite the order so that it would be shipped to me within 48 hours, by Saturday. I told him I was not happy, but said I would just have to wait.This morning, I saw that the item had shipped Thursday night from **************, ******* via **** and it was currently in **********, ******** and would be arriving on Monday, 6 days after the original arrival date. I called customer service back, and was told by another Supervisor that the package was shipped via **** so it was out of his hands and Amazon was not responsible for the delay. When I called *** , they told me Amazon shipped the phone two day air instead of two day air with Saturday delivery to save money. If this is Amazon's idea of expediting an order, then they have a broken business model and need to treat their Prime Customers better. To make matters worse, there is no way to make formal complaints about Amazon on the Amazon site. This is highly unethical.

      They have double charged me for an order. I called and tried to get the extra charge removed and the only thing they could say is sorry can't do that. Now I have an extra two hundred dollars being taken out of my account and all that they can say is sorry. They should be able to view and stop any charges that are being run through their business. They say it's third party stuff but both charges say Amazon and do not mention a third party on either of them

      In January 2023 I could not find my Neutrogena Face Lotion in ******************* CVS, grocery stores, ANYWHERE. I've used this product SINCE IT WAS PUT ON THE SHELVES IN STORES, like FOREVER. The price has always been $9.99 to $12.99 depending on the store. In February 2023 I found the product on Amazon for $11.99. I purchased two. I went to Amazon site on 7/12/23, because they have a GAZILLION of this item in stock and they sold **** in the past month the price is now $36.00 per bottle. Shame on you Amazon! Corporate Greed that is what's wrong with America! Not to mention all the LARGE CORPORATE EMPLOYEE BONUSES every year. Buyer BEWARE! PRICE GOUGING! I hope someday this world has a cyber attack and ALL ONLINE SHOPPING COMES TO AN END.

      Although I've been an Amazon Prime member for many years, on this year's Prime 2 day event, I was denied purchase of their 43" Omni Amazon TV for the $99.00 Prime price because they decided, out of the blue, to make this an 'invite only' Prime deal not covered when I joined Prime! I tried to play along by requesting an invite, but didn't get! I made several calls during even to purchase but was told I'd be getting an invite! When I didn't, the day after, I phoned again and after several transfers was told deal was over and done! So why have Prime if they now can single us out? I could have understood something like 'while supplies last first come, first serve' but to deny me a Prime member because of an invitation is against rules and wrong! You can't just add rules to save money on days meant for those members! I really deserve those prices since I'm a Prime member and I followed their rules!

      Terrible customer service with no real solution for providing support. I know Im not the only one who has had their account wrongly closed due to an apparent refund policy (I've refunded one thing in the last 3 months) but worst of all, their support team has no intention to even look into it or give me my account information, invoices etc. back for tax purposes moving forward.I've sent multiple emails, been on calls and have gotten the same generic response that they can only tell me this is the decision and we can't look into it further. Truth be told I don't even think I'm talking to an actual human. The worst part is still being charged for services I apparently have no control over anymore. I don't know Amazon, that seems kind of illegal no?

      The **************** is absolute crap! They do not care about satisfying customers about problems and returning broken items. They will take part of money saying restocking fee, even on items that are broken and cannot be restocked. I see why they have a terrible rating and are not doing anything to make things better. See they only care about taking money and not satisfaction!!! Too bad I cannot get a new item when they take part of my money!!!! Amazon is turning into thieves!! This review goes along with all the other reviews out there!!!

      Bought a pool robot that was lost in ********* **** canceled order and bought a new one for faster delivery now I'm trying to get a refund for 1st pool robot .was treated badly finally got to a refund and it would not go through on my card for some reason so the card I use almost everyday on Amazon I asked them to use and was treated badly again was told I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a refund I said this is not acceptable and she hung up closing my Amazon prime account after years and thousands of dollars.
