I've been trying to solve a problem with my order on Amazon, Several emails were sent (including *******************) and a few calls. No has replied with an answer. I bought 2 bottles of perfume, received only one which was not the item described.Charged $34.02 for 2 plus tax. Amazon said it was not returnable. Questioned them about A to Z guarantee. Told me it didn't apply.I want my $34.02 + tax back on my gift card. It was not as described and only got 1. I am tired of this run around,Please what you can do..Thank you

Amazon is absolutely the worst. They out and out lie about product availability, and projected delivery times. Many times I order things because I need them fast, and there is good old amazon with a 2 day delivery promise. Problem is the last 8 things ordered did not come on time,or at all. This week I ordered a $1200 food processor, needed it for a dinner party because my old one died. There is good old amazon promising a 2 day delivery for friday. You guessed it They took my money and then thursday in the middle of the night night they changed the delivery to Saturday. SORRY amazon it will not arrive in time. So it will be returned. I will have to go and buy one at a real store. The item is price controlled so its' the same price either place. Since amazon decided to be their own delivery service the reliability has been in a severe downward spiral. The sad thing is they DON'T care. Try calling customer and you get people in the land that God forgot, They don't understand you, you certainly can not understand them, and they just read from a poorly prepared script that barely skirts the problem. New game amazon, if the items do not arrive on time they will all be returned.

Beware of greedy Amazon policy. You order groceries online. You are charged an additional $30 or $40 to account for potential additional charges ( this will be refunded if there are no additional charges). So essentially, you, and a few hundred million other shoppers, float a short-term loan to Amazon.

I have been trying to return some items to Amazon for a month and was unable to do it because of of Amazon's poor logistics and neglect!1) Amazon have sent me a return QR code that *** distributors don't have an equipment to scan! None of them! I was going to many locations, same answer - we can't scan it!2) I have been asking to replace one item, Amazon have sent me two!3) I have been trying to cancel replacement order of 2 items, Amazon didn't let me!3) If I would decide to keep the Items, Amazon would charge me the cost of items and the shipping cost, which is outrageous with an amount I've spent! It should be a free shipping!4) I have been trying to send a complaint to Amazon VIA e-mail addresses but there's no valid e-mail for customers to use, Amazon is hiding from it's customers!5) I have found a chat room, sent my complaint there, representative wrote me that someone would contact me the next day via e-mail. When I asked for an Amazon e-mail, he told me it doesn't exist anymore. Only Amazon can contact it's customers if it wants to!6) Next day I have got an e-mail saying that I should return my items using Amazon QR codes I was sent! The circle have closed!6) I have contacted customer service representative after I found a phone # in ******* After a battle with automatic dummy for half an hour, I was finally connected to a live representative, who didn't want to listen to me, was very rude and tried to brush me off.7) After that I called my credit card and blocked the payment!I am keeping those two items complimentary, free of charge for all Amazon's mockery that I had to go through!8)I am no longer going buy anything on Amazon! There are some other large distributors who respect and care about it's customers!9) Amazon took my review off Amazon site because it doesn't please them!I don't recommend anybody to deal with Amazon anymore. You are going to buy yourself a lot of trouble from the company that practices extortion!

Website says package is out for delivery. It doesnt show. No contact regarding delivery delay. Then I call and after over 60 minutes of different stories including it is out for delivery today. Then I am told tomorrow morning. I hang up, check website and it says customer changed delivery date. Will now be delivered tomorrow between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. I did not ask to change delivery and I certainly dont want a delivery at 6 a.m.! Prime can pay for *** to fly into space but cant deliver a simple package? Why am I paying for a Prime membership?

My Amazon profile, **********, and profile account was hacked on August 15 to 16, 2023. When I woke up yesterday to look at my profile, over ***** of my reviews were removed without explanation.I checked my messages where someone fraudulently reported reviews where they previously approved before posted. They had claimed that I reported community violations on my account which further removed me. I have been an Amazon customer and reviewer for over twenty years. I had forwarded all the email to but I have received no assistance in rectifying the matter. I contacted my Amazon credit card company to investigate the case. I cant even review the two products that Im getting tomorrow night. I dont feel safe or comfortable purchasing anymore.

I am an Amazon Prime member. Have been for many years now. I placed an order, with an expedited Amazon Prime delivery date. Which was on a Wednesday. The courier picked up the package. Then for what ever reason, decided to reschedule our agreed upon delivery date. They had me wait all day Wednesday. Then they said, Thursday or Friday. Called the customer service told them my situation. I was told they would get my package by Friday. Looked at my updated tracking information. They flat out lied and said, customer rescheduled delivery for Saturday. I was furious! I never rescheduled for Saturday. They did! I have been lied to several times. They have absolutely no integrity and do not stand behind what they say.

If I could give a negative number, I would. They have lost my business as I will be canceling my prime membership. I also will be sending a detailed letter to their corporate office with details of this latest issue. Ordered a small Bissell on Sunday and it was to arrive Monday 4am-8am. Tracking it, the driver was within 3 minutes of my location and then nothing. I chatted online which is B.S., so I called. It's 7:55am and this CS rep is saying it's going to be there any minute. Strike 1. I asked for the supervisor & was sent to ********************* Thought we resolved ****** was told that the box was damaged so the driver didn't want to deliver a broken item. I was told I would receive another by 10pm, Tuesday. After checking half the day on my order always seeing it "at processing facility", I repeated the same process of online chat, several calls and speaking to Logistics again! Told me this time that it wasn't at the "facility" that was assigned to my delivery area. Now being told it would arrive Wednesday. He kept trying to get me to let him cancel & refund my money! WHY? Strike 2. During this, I've also been emailing their CS department to which I was getting completely different information on delivery. Wednesday comes, I see it's to "my facility warehouse" and it stays there all day! They even repeated the same messages on the delivery updates saying arrive to facility & processing order. Again calling CS department only to get more B.S. & now telling me they cannot transfer me to ************** it Thursday & the tracking shows the same messages have repeated again during the night and it's still not on the truck for delivery. Strike 3!! After 5 years of being a Prime member, I'm done. They have lost my business.

I placed an order for an Amazon gift card using a debit gift card. And my order was put on hold with this message. Payment revision needed Please update your payment method Was it insufficient funds or any other error , its not clear. And there's no option to 'Cancel Order' - I see only archive order. There's no option to write to the customer support or chat options to clarify. What does archive order means ? I see that option on the completed orders as well. For such a big company - there should be an easy way to reach their customer support. They adopted all kind of approaches to disrupt the brick and stores. Once they reached the monopoly, they don't care about the customers anymore. Will do my best in future to avoid shopping in Amazon and buy locally if possible. Instead of saving few pennies and few dollars, it's time to encourage local businesses.
