      Spent 800 hundred dollars on Amazon this week and the flagged my account and closed it for making real purchases. contacted them and they only reply to the same email over and over without giving an actual explanation to why the decided to do this even if i provided proof of purchase of everything.The only reply i got was to contact Legal Team since they will not comment on the issue further, I'm contacting corporate and sent an email to ******************* directly.I will file a complaint with the BBB against Amazon due to the lack of communication and not knowing how to handle a business.

      Especially in the last year, I continue to have lost orders. Refunds are appreciated but I usually need the item by a certain time and having the package show up as delayed with no information of the current location is very frustrating and keeps me waiting to usually needing to ask for a refund and reorder (or order from another source). Amazon delivery performance has gone downhill and in particular over the last couple years.

      Amazon is a joke. One person in **************** says one thing and then another says something totally different. They don't send transcripts of conversations, so you never know what's been noted. Make sure you get the name, agent, or a copy of a transcript before you fall for one of their biggest scams.

      Amazon you need to do better! You started out so small and have since grow your business to be so successful, only to watch its demise due to unworthy employees! Amazon base our performance on a grade system when you have incompetent employees is preposterous! When you arrive at the shipper or receiver they arent checking Carriers in or out properly which is costing the carriers. If were marked as late or not marked as checked in or out we get a bad grade which means we cant move certain freight! The representatives that call back when you request trip support; dont know anything, they dont speak proper English and their level of understanding is the lowest! They can not assist carriers with basic needs or questions and its sad. They only answer the phone lines an reroute carriers to start a case that goes unanswered for weeks!? We need answers! The mobile app is a joke! It is always malfunctioning and the only thing you can do in the app is book loads, you cant Check yourself in or out, you cant dispute any discrepancies, truthfully its trash. They setup tracking yet they do not follow the tracking! If you can see that the driver is on site at a certain time you should be able to determine that the shipper or receiver didnt properly check the carrier in or out and that should not go against us however you employees dont care to take ************** to assist the carrier. Fix the mobile app, come up with a better system for carriers to check in and out, hire employees and train them to properly assist carriers when answering the phone, have managers available to assist carriers when theres adversity, better yet get a phone number that we can call when theres problems and stop relying on trip support because they dont know anything, put more time into your investment, to the owner of this company Please remember this is your dream and not your employees!

      Received an empty package.it was opened and never sealed shut. The items I ordered werent in the Prime white bag. I called twice and they are refusing to send another item or refund me. No follow up emails. NOTHING. I have my ring door bell photo showing the bag is opened and the guy putting it under my door mat. Lol. No way would it go under my door mat if the items were in the bag. Im ending my membership and will take the $14 loss. On a fixed income but Amazon has been declining in service and always raising their rates.

      Could be 5 but lately returns with Amazon has be an issue. I get no confirmation of my return at all, and sometimes I have to call about the refund multiple times Altho I return unwanted item same or next day. Agent I spoke to was helpful but this is my second call about this short. I just wish it would say beside desirable items that we are in for a hassle should we think of returning. The whole food drop off lady said I was good and since I heard the scan I figured I was I. The past Amazon I would get an email 5 min *** later and then refunded. So simple. One time it was nearly a month and a few phone calls Amazons automated system prior to a human is not as sick as some so thankful for that but I look forward to clarity and hassle free returns. We shop from our phones a lot. So

      I would give zero stars if i could i recently purchased computer parts to build a new system upon buying said parts i chose products that had amazon as the vendor to ensure easy delivery and yet it has been anything but i ordered a ryzen 5 4600g only cause the ****g could not ship to my address then low and behold once i get the cpu i go and look at the other one and now it can be shipped that's bait and switch marketing further more i ordered a motherboard in stock sold by amazon and it took 3 days to ship and the tracking number is invalid truly terrible customer service the first person i talked to assured me the motherboard was being expedited and i could expect it in the next couple days yet it took 3 almost 4 days to ship or so it says and then the tracking they provide is invalid when you search it by the supposed carrier long story short ive been an amazon customer for many years after this im goin back to *******

      Amazon makes very difficult for a client to cancel an ORDER placed on 08-09-2023. item was to delivered on 08-15-2023. as 08-15-2023 the item still has not shipped I chatted with two customer service representatives and the refuse to credit my account. They would only issue amazon credit.

      Ultimately, Amazon has gone down hill as a business over the last couple of years. Whether it be silly mistakes like I'm ordering wood, smoking pellets and receive dog food and I don't have a dog; or most recently my wife orders some headphones doesn't like the fit, returns them and they proceed to tell us that we returned the wrong item. So they got rid of the item they received and are not going to refund us. Spent 2 days trying to work on that problem only to be brushed off and basically told they don't care or pass the buck to some other department that turns around and passes it to somebody else. $150 problem could have been fixed and a long loyal customer could have been kept. Now they're going to lose a heck of a lot more than $150 with my business going elsewhere on top of the fact that I'm going to bad mouth them as much as I possibly can and tell my story to everyone that will listen. Only further causing them lost revenue in the long run. Great business model Amazon, keep it up. From here on in I'll just find other alternatives. Whether it's ordering direct or through ******* or Target or going in person for a change.
