      Called Amazon to verify charges that were made to my account and they wanted me to download apps so they could take my money. They were cussing me out and asked if I believed in God. Worse service I ever have received and told me not to report this to my bank.

      Amazon has continually had deliveries that have been undeliverable. The items are charged to my credit card, and shipped by Amazon. They say you have to wait till they receive the items back (they never left Amazon, so why the wait to receive items back). Your then told you have to wait 3-5 more days till you get the credit back to your account, only to find that someone canceled your refund and you have to go through this whole process for refund to get processed again.

      Can't even rate this a one star. I canceled my Amazon account 3 weeks ago due to a few issues with this company.and its free shipping and other shipping related issues. Went back today and I had to cancel it another time so I wasn't charged for a monthly subscription. This issue with the subscription canceling needs to be fixed! Thank gosh for local news coming out and saying Amazon is having problems with subscription renewal or I would've never checked it.

      I recently returned an item that didn't work as the vendor had described. The vendor didn't refund my payment back to my credit card, which was the original payment method. Instead, they refunded my payment onto an Amazon gift card balance. I have never used an Amazon gift card, and I didn't approve this action. Amazon CS states that they can't reverse and correct this action. So I think it's a new scam from the company. If the vendors don't actually refund the payment back to our bank accounts, and instead put the refund onto a gift card balance, then those funds are kept by Amazon to ensure the customer must spend it on new purchases with Amazon. This feels illegal.

      Amazon started based on fast reliable delivery, at least for me it did. Now the only thing I can rely on is excuse after excuse. Your package is delivered, oops no we sometimes get messages of delivery when it actually has not happened, check back later. I would not rely on Amazon to deliver anything these days unless I am ok with it arriving in several days to a week. Useless and they don't care.

      I have an existing account with **********************. When trying to start streaming, I was directed to an Amazon free trail site. I could not get the streaming service to work, so I logged out. I then received an email from Amazon welcoming to their service. I tried to tell them, twice, that I had an existing account, but kept getting my email bounced back as a "no-reply" email address that I was contacting. Thirty days later, Amazon charged me for an additional account. They gave me a "customer support" e-mail address to which I responded. Again, my email was bounced back as contacting a "no-reply" address. Amazon is terrible with respect to sorting out these kinds of difficulties. Their "no-reply" email addresses compound the confusion in dealing with their company. Amazon should be sanctioned for this kind of activity.

      I put my favorite drink on subscription. I ended up be charged full retail price instead of sales price the site showed. It was supposed to save money being on the subscription. It may have only been a few dollars difference but that's still me being overcharged. I'm probably not the only person this has happened too. I will never use Amazon's subscription service again.

      BEWARE I BOUGHT $ 300 WORTH OF STUFF ON **** ON **** WHEN OPENING ITEMS TO FIND OUT I WAS MISSING A FRENCH DOOR CURTAIN I CALLED AMAZON TO TELL ME NOTHING BUT S*** ANDTHAT AFTER FIGHTING WITH THEM OVER 17 BUCKS THEY FINALLY SAID I WOULD GET A REFUND OF 15 BUCKS WHEN I SAID I PAID 17 THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE ON SALE NOW WHEN I LOOKED THEY ARE STILL 17 AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MY 15 BUCKS THAT THEY SAID THEY REFUNDED!! BEWARE OF AMAZON IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEM FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS AND I BUY A LOT OF S*** FROM THERE AND IM A PRIME MEMBER BUT NOT ANY MORE IM SO DONE WITH AMAZON AND IM DONE WITH THE OVER SEAS PEOPLE THEY HOOK YOU UP WITH TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THIS IS AMERICA LEARN ENGLISH AND KEEP IT IN OYR COUNTRY

      In the past month I've placed orders on Amazon for an electric juicer ($42.00) and several spices totalling ($32.00) that were reportedly delivered; but,vI have not received. And, had no way of contacting customer service other than by electronic wrap around and instructions to contact the deliverer to no avail. This exhausting process prompted me to closed *********************************************** accounts.It's unfortunate, once the company receives funds for orders...there is no way to have contact with someone to ensure items are received or ensure having a refund.
