      I am honestly extremely frustrated at not only the treatment I received during this whole ordeal but also the sheer lack of ***************** of time this has yet to be handled appropriately. On March 30, 2023 I purchased Dining Table with an expected delivery date of May 11. I then received an email stating the package was delivered on May 10. No package was received, however the tracking image showed a small box on NOT my doorstep of a home which was no way the correct measurements for the ordered table. I contacted the seller via Amazon and explained I did not receive the package. I have contacted Amazon customer service no less than a dozen times to no avail and I was told that at least (7) A-Z claims have been initiated on my behalf and one appeal. I have consistently been told by a supervisor that I would be contacted within ****************************************************** All email correspondence is confirmation of each of my calls or inquiries. During the most recent call with a supervisor I learned that despite all the times I had been told an A-Z claim was submitted, as documented, she did not see that they had actually been submitted. In fact, the email dated August 7th, stating I would receive my refund within 48 was never processed.After an almost 4+ month struggle with not only an Amazon-approved vendor but Amazon's very own ****************************************** staff this has not only ruined planning of family events for myself but a general lack in trust in Amazon as a whole. This is quite simple, a customer ordered a dining table & not only received the item many weeks late but the item was not even fully delivered nor the item described. Now that same customer would simply like their money returned as promptly as Amazon receives payment for purchases. Bottom line is I would like my full refund including the shipping cost to return the table top immediately.

      I've used Amazon Prime for many years and lived at my current address over 4-1/2 years. Until 2-3 months ago delivery services were great UNTIL August 6th when the driver REFUSED to deliver my order due to a 4 pound dog barking at him! I've called 5 times to complain, get an apology and assurance this will NOT happen again and Amazon Logistics will NOT speak with me or address this issue. That driver needs to be reassigned to a more appropriate job. I've dropped Prime and am using ******** That little dog ran up to the ******* delivery guy last week wagging his tail and licking his shoes!

      Amazon has gone downhill! I bought a chair that came without all the parts, they would not refund me. They told me to contact the manufacturer, he would not help me by giving me their information. When I looked myself I could not find it. Finally, I found something that appeared to be a bunch of random letters and no address or contact info. Amazon let a fake seller with no contact info sell products from their website! Illegal

      Horrible. Not only is this company taking advantage of consumers, it is taking advantage of it's workers. Acting like a loan company and stealing is illegal. Hope this business rots in h***

      I purchased pool heater from Amazon after 2 years heater is no good. I spent over $2300 for this pool heater and called Amazon they told me I was going to have a replacement or full refund, because they have an A to Z guarantee. Now a week later they Amazon is saying they cannot and will not stand by the previous obligation to refund my money on this lemon pool heater. Im dissatisfied and disappointed with Amazon saying one thing one week and later telling me something different-no refund Im stuck with this lemon pool heater I paid over $2300 for. Totally unacceptable with Amazon 2 face customer service and being non supportive.

      Ordered a upright ****** which advertised ALL TERRAIN tires. The ****** had thin hard plastic tires. I could not navigate the ****** through the lose gravel in my parking area so I returned it. Amazon received the item 8-16-23. I called today 8-22-23 inquiring about the refund as I need the money to apply toward a replacement ******. I was told my refund would be on Sept 4 with no explanation by 2 people other than it takes more processes. The item was not as advertised and they are holding my money 19 days after taking possession on my authorized in new condition return item.

      Amazon has been so ridiculous lately. I have purchased so much from them in the last 5 years and not until recently have I made returns only to have to wait up to 30 days for a refund to original payment or even a credit to my Amazon account! Anywhere from as little as $12 up to $100. I have done plenty of returns before and never had an issue but within the last 3-4 months I have not had an easy return. The products returned are things such as tape to equipment. I get the larger items can take a bit but not 30 days I'm already going on 3 weeks. But to have to wait up to 30 days for a $12 roll of tape?!?!?!?!

      Amazon now blackmails their customers to upgrade... I have had an Amazon Prime Music membership for at least 5-6 years. Because of my recent, 31st spinal surgery and the fact that I need to remain flat more then up, I use music to help calm my neverending pain. For the past 2 years, each time I opened my Amazon music app, there would always be the same, familiar advertisement asking me to pay a monthly fee to have unlimited music access. I could still listen to and download my songs, so I was not interested in a paid unlimited membership. Yesterday, hundreds of the songs I've listened to for years were Xed out & unable to play. I contacted Amazon customer service (another nightmare), who during the conversation with "******", without warning, I was passed off to "******", who asked me to wait as he read all previous written statements. Wait, wait, wait... then he started over from the start with the same questions. As I patiently reexplained "again", a note appeared stating he had left and another representative would soon help me... There ended up to be three representatives, who would not answer my questions and were of no help. The last guy (Paduge ?) finally told me I'd get all my favorite songs back if I upgraded to paid unlimited... then he hung up on me A wasted and frustrating hour to learn... Amazon now blackmails their customers to upgrade and pay for songs and service that has always been free. ;(

      Amazon and *** do not care about their customers. I paid for a table and six chairs. They where not package properly and *** lost parts and all the boxes was received open. I spoke with amazon customer service and was treated like they didn't want my money. Never order nothing from amazon over 10lbs. They don't respect your items only your money.. read the reviews before you order. My mistake was I didn't. *** will lie and said they tried to deliver if the item is to heavy and send it back on their so call third attempt. This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. Don't understand how amazon or *** are in business. *** is killing Amazon's business because their to lazy to deliver it themselves

      Amazon needs to have a way for a customer to contact their local shipping hub about issues with delivery
