      They closed my account for suspicious activity. No one will return my calls or emails about the activity they claim is suspicious. Ive provided all documents they requested and I still can not get a response. As a customer I have a right to know what suspicious activity is going on with my account. I use my bank card to purchase items and my bank has not filed for suspicious activity only Amazon. Amazon needs to do better. I called their customer service but no one could give me any information. I have multiple Amazon products that require an account to access. No one cared that I couldnt access the account anymore. They pretty much told me Im out of luck and out of money.

      More and more, dates of shipping are not being honored. Even with Prime, they don't honor the dates they claim for arrivals. Last straw for me was a tent I had ordered, that was Prime, and still said it would arrive in 7 days, but didn't even get shipped until the day it was supposed to arrive. Now I have to scramble to find a tent for the weekend, and they wouldn't even reimburse me my annual Prime membership fee. Not only that, but now I have to deal with returning the tent if I'm not here to deny delivery. **************** has gone to the wayside with this company, and I for one am done with them.

      I wish I was able to rate it more then 1 star but after today AMAZON lost me as a customer.They have the worst customer service reps 9we spoke with at list 4 and 2 supervisors today) that making you working for them when you want to complain about an order that wasn't delivered.My husband try to put a Claim in the past 4 days and they keep making him sending the claim over and over again. we send 9 emails and still didn't get any movement.AMAZON it is feeling like you trying to make the client give up on his claim. This is unbelivable.

      The amazon company is a *****. They refused to give me my money back on a canceled item. After multiple times of talking to customer service they said just dispute it with your bank theres nothing we can do. How many people have they done this too that didnt notice?

      Amazon can't seem to handle gift returns right. I received damaged items someone got me from my wishlist and they came in 3 boxes each but Amazon only generated 2 shipping labels. They're basically holding over **** hostage because they can't process the return without all the boxes but despite contacting them several times over and over they haven't done anything. They were supposed to generate more labels but apparently no one in customer service knows their job. I keep getting passed around.

      Amazon's policy for allowing or preventing customer reviews is totally arbitrary and slanted to only favor the company's favorites. This is an obvious and flagrant violation of "innocent until proven guilty" as described and protected under the constitutional due process protections found in the 5th, 6th, 8th and 14th Amendments.It also flies in the face of good business practices and procedures and could even be construed as false and misleading advertisement in that only specific "amazon friendly" reviews, rating or votes are allowed.

      Amazon customer service is the worst of all, they never have an straight answer for anything, they keep making excuses for not being able to give you the right answer. The Amazon company do not honor the cost of any event that will be scammed by 3er parties sellers like they advertised. I have been going on 2 months trying to get my money back and their customer service doesn't have any answers.

      Do not trust Amazon they have gotten to big and sell items that don't get delivered by changing the delivery date but saying it was shipped and when not received they give you a hard time to get a refund. They say to give it more time or ask of you have a picture of when it was suppose to be delivered and ask you to wait even longer for noting to arrive.

      ************ have emailed Amazon several times contesting being banned from leaving reviews. I am a Prime member and have made purchases over $20,000. I have tried to get through to a actual person for assistance and keep being directed to the Community Guidelines. I did not know leaving emojis (which were smiling faces and stars). I was not checking my emails when the messages were sent, which were 3-4. I am very disappointed that I can not leave reviews with the amount of purchases I am making.

      I have had so many return issues in the last month resulting in me cancelling my Prime membership. Amazon is a scam at this point. *** pickup came to pick up 2 returns and mixed up the labels. Amazon now says they have the wrong item and are refusing to refund (which I understand) or send me back the item they claimed to be wrong. So now I am out not only the money, but also the item. This is still under investigation but has been for weeks so I doubt I will have any real solution for this.I also received a large box, opened and noticed a $200 item was missing from the box. I immediately reached out to Amazon and was sent a free replacement. The free replacement arrived with missing pieces so I immediately returned the item. Now I am being told I cannot be refunded because the replacement was free. Well what about the original item that wasnt received? They are making me take up law enforcements time and energy to file a police report making it seem like the items were stolen when you can clearly see that the item was just not put into the box. So I filed a police report and we will see what happened. If I do not receive a solution after the report, I will file a chargeback with my bank because if anyone is being a thief it is Amazon.
