      Hello, In 2022 I reopen my Amazon account and applied to Synchrony credit card since it was advertised on the Amazon website. At the end of 2022 I had returned items about $600.0, I figured that they were credited back to my original method of payment, Synchrony.I have made several calls to Amazon, regarding billing issues, but recently started recording what is going on. 3 hours call-On 07/03, I called Amazon, they had a total credit balance of ******, I talked to manager (Zhen), and I found out that Amazon put all my Returns or Refunds on a Unauthorized Gift Card which is Amazons policy. I asked her to transfer the balance to my original method of payment which is Synchrony. As of today 08/28, she only transferred ***** hour call-Today, 08/28, called Amazon and talked to manager (Insaaf A.) again, there is a $208.01 on gift card balance, which she refuses to transfer to Synchrony, she said because that is Amazons policy. I told this manager, to remove unauthorized Prime membership fees, and to transfer my 208 plus remaining balance to Synchrony, to close my amazon account; I never authorized Amazon to put my Refunds on Gift Card, I personally dont believe on Gift Cards, Ill not impose a Gift Card to anyone, Ill not use that credit balance.I never authorized a Gift card. I have a family household to take care of, I dont have a business. While Synchrony shows inflated billing, Amazon kept my money, they were sitting on almost 600 for the whole year. I demanded the transfer, she said no.

      Amazon allows price gouging of popular store brands to be sold on their website for sometimes twice the price. This makes items at local consumer businesses chronically out of stock. Buyers grab up these popular brands and sell them at these gouged prices on Amazon, example Spring Valley 50 billion 10 billion strain sold at ******* for $17.99 is sold on Amazon for $36.99.

      I didn't receive the package since **** never delivered it. But the order status said it was delivered. I contacted agents to resolve the problem but they always told me to wait wait wait. I could not request a refund even I didn't receive the package. I could not cancel the order either since it was shipped. Why keeping customers waiting is the only solution Amazon can provide. I lost the money, the order, the time.

      I have bought so many things rom them, did my reviews and they terminated me from being able to leave reviews. I have made contact via email for them to please look over my account and I have heard nothing this has been three years.. and still no active ability to leave a review please Amazon Im not in suspicious activity everything Ive bought is real and so r my reviews smh get it together please give me back my right to leave a review on ur products

      Well, this doesn't surprise me! I had a couple of subscription items that I rarely need, but that being said, Amazon is supposed to notify me when a shipment is scheduled and they didn't! Instead, I got an email stating my order would be "delivered tomorrow." I'm like, "What order?!" When I checked to see what it was, I knew it was something I didn't need or want, but they had already deducted the cost from my bank account! I had to talk with their foreign call-center and I was told there was nothing they could do since it was already shipped. Even though they shipped it without my consent! When I tried to cancel the two items I had subcriptions for, the website would not allow me to cancel them (!) I had to have the guy at the call-center cancel them for me, which he did. What a sleazy racket....

      Please remind your driver of the law in blocking mine or others driveways. It is illegal and they can just as easily block the driveway of the customer that they are delivering to.I will be filing a complaint with photos of these violations. It is Amazon's job in insuring that their drivers know the law.

      Ordered some NEW headphones from Amazon for my Daughter for school when they got here they had an old pair of headphones that didnt match what I bought with a childs name written on them and bite marks on the wires after sending Amazon photos ect. They said they would refund me after they received the defective item and this may take up to 60 days . THEY SOLD ME A RETURNED/ USED PRODUCT AS NEW WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING IT OBVIOUSLY

      It seems every order lately is delayed in transit. It's really frustrated. I'm at the point that I will not be renewing my prime membership. When I contact customer service they just don't seem to care or want to deal with it.

      Amazon Stole My Money clearly delivered my packages to the wrong address gave me a really hard time about it days and days of headaches this happened on August 21st 2023 since then I've made countless phone calls and chats with them to the point to where I finally just close my account this is only happened to me ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* an email address to send the pictures to so they can compare it with the one the driver consent his picture to my Amazon app Amazon treated me really bad with their overseas customer service it was a pure nightmare I was so stressed out over $50 even though I don't make much money it wasn't working anymore to keep fighting for it just totally ridiculous the way they treated me they've really gone downhill I really used to love this business and look forward to getting my packages and the good service I received but in the last year it is terrible from now on I just ordered from **** and if they don't have it I go to ******* and I used chewy now all of them seem to find my box without a problem it's right behind my US ************** and mailbox clearly marked even when I put a 4x4 white sign with an arrow pointing down at my delivery box that said Amazon they still got it wrong just can't believe it it's like it was done on purpose and they wanted me to do the investigating myself so ridiculous I went to my neighbors asked all my neighbors if they had my packages two days in a row nobody had them so crazy what they put me through and then refused to give me a refund how crooked can you be conglomeration like that taking advantage of poor people

      when Amazon make a mistake or delivers to the wrong address they will make you wait 2 days to get a refund or replacement after you have already paid. Amazon is the most frustrating company I have ever ordered from and time and time again fails to deliver on basic expectations that the consumer pays for. I am highly off put and disgruntled by Amazons constant incompetent, inconvenient, and deceptive business practices.
