      Id give this a 0 star if i could. The customer service has gotten really bad at **********************. I went to buy an item at a lightning deal and it wouldn't let me buy it so i talked to customer service. They said to buy it at full price then when i got it they would refund me the difference. I bought it and when I got it I tried to connect with customer service. I spoke to 3 different people saying they couldn't do anything about it. I told them the person I spoke to said they put notes on my account for this. No help at all. Next i went through email support and sent screen shots. I have a screen shot of the lightning deal and the chat with the support rep. I got what looks like an automated response and then silence. I've responded about 6 times. I tried calling and the person put me on hold and never came back after telling me noting they can do. Amazon customer support is garbage.

      **************** is pitiful. On July 16, 2023, I ordered 2 office chairs for a total of ********. I/The charge hit my credit card on 7/20. I was subsequently told that the chairs would not be shipped and a refund would be made. Amazon's website shows that a refund was made to a gift card on 8/3. I could not find evidence of any such refund. I contacted customer service and let them know that i wanted a refund made to my charge card and not a gift card. One person reviewed my account and told me that no refund had been processed. They referred me to another person who said that a refund had been issues via gift card but to someone else's account. Said that they would straighten it out in 3-5 business days and contact me. I got no response. I called them again and got a "supervisor" who said she would follow up and I'd get a response in 3-5 business days. I waited this out. No response or refund. I called them again today and they said there was an error on their and I needed to wait 2-3 business days. I told them again that I want a refund direct to my credit card. Again, no satisfaction. It appears that no comments are made in their files since I have to go through all the information again. I'm waiting again 2-3 business days since i have no choice. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I have very little hope of hearing back from Amazon but I've marked my calendar to follow up.

      I opened seller account on ********************** I opened seller account on ********************** Had hard time with wholesale company to get items that i was selling decided to close account since i was paying $40 per month.Found better wholeseller and tried to open another account on ********************** then i was denied saying that i am associated with already closed account .sent countless emails to customer support and filed forms but got nothing but denials.dont getit why is problem to open another account after closing one i have personal account with ********************** for Years and never had any problem with .spent Thousands of dollars buying products .if someone can help me resolve this issue i will appreciate!Perfectauto.store was name of business that i closed

      the supervisor did not care to be exposed to the public nor did the care for me as a customer . Her words were oh well. ********************** will not be responsible regardless of the inconvenience the seller caused. they are not liable for me buying stuff on their site if it is not amazon owned

      I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the product I purchased (YESHOMY Convertible Sectional ******** Couch), specifically against its seller, Amazon. Upon receipt of the product, I was dismayed to find that it arrived with only 6 pieces in one box. Not only were these pieces insufficient to assemble the couch, but several critical components like the legs, base, backrest, and additional cushions were also missing. Each piece was labeled alphabetically, and it was evident from these labels that many were not included in the shipment.The product's listing mentioned that it was used, but there was no indication that it would be delivered incompletely. As a consumer, I feel deceived, as the implication was that I was purchasing a full couch. To further compound my disappointment, when I reached out to Amazon's customer service, they could not provide any assurance regarding the delivery of the missing components. Their sole solution was a return and refund, a process that added further inconvenience to me as the buyer.It's both frustrating and disappointing to order an item based on its description, only to receive something that doesn't meet those stated expectations. The added task of unpackaging, and then repackaging for a return, has only increased my dissatisfaction. Not to mention the hassle of repurchasing a new box to ship the item in. I strongly advise against anyone purchasing this product or engaging with this service, and I hope that the BBB will take appropriate action to address this misleading practice.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,A.U.

      I have been a customer with ********************** for over 10 years, I have spent ****s of dollars with your company and am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated. I tried ordering a laptop that was in stock and fulfilled by Amazon and the order was late. I think to myself, stuff happens not a terrible thing and they pushed it out two days. On the day of my expected delivery I called to call them out on their nonsense knowing they were lying about my order. I was hung up on 3 times by different associates. 10pm rolls around and who would have guessed it, my order was delayed again. At this point I wanted to recoup my losses and just cancel the stupid thing and take my money elsewhere but now when I attempt to cancel my order it says its too late in the shipment process I reached out to customer support and they simply told me to deny the shipment which leaves me with nothing in hand (no laptop or my money) for a longer amount of time.Here is my accusation, you never had any of these in your warehouse in the first place and youre stringing me along so you can hold onto my money as long as possible. I only made this purchase through Amazon because the expectation of prompt worry free delivery and now that you failed to do that I cant even get my money back. I keep being told its only an authorization but that doesnt help me get my money back or the laptop I paid hard earned money for.

      Very frustrating dealing with Amazon. I am a prime member and 3 times in 2 months items delayed on the day they are scheduled to be delivered. Promised every time that they would make sure it didnt happen again. Had a delayed item on 8/21 and then again on 8/29. While on the phone with a supervisor on 8/29 I was hung up on. Really bad having items delayed when I live only 11 minutes from the Amazon delivery center. The item was a tool I needed for work and explained that and was only given options of replacement which couldnt be guaranteed to arrive by when I need it or refund which wouldnt help either. While explaining that was hung up on. Terrible customer service and terrible delivery service.

      This company really doesn't even deserve one star.. They are quick to shut down your account and hard to work with..My phone with all my login information recently broke and I couldn't access none of my accounts.My grandson received a school supply voucher from his health insurance for 50 bucks.i created a new accounts added the voucher tried to place a order.. Before I could even attempt to place the order they requested and required a credit card be added to my payment methods.I added my new cash app card but I only had the Virtual one..Immediately my account was put on a temp hold.I sent in screenshots of the email from the health insurance showing it was sent to my grandson.I uploaded my DL per their request..My account still remained on hold bc now they want to see the credit card..So I tried to take screenshots of my virtual card but CAsh App wouldn't allow it.I called several times to explain this and still no help.I got a email today saying they were closing the account for good and would NO longer talk about it via email.So I tried calling them and they now have me blocked from calling CS..Wowwwww!I couldn't believe it bc for one I wasn't even using the Payment method they made me add for the order..And they gave me no explanation as to what would happen to my grandsons $50 voucher..I can't believe they are getting away with doing people like this or how they think it's good business..Now my grandson doesn't have the things he needed bc of this company... They need to be investigated!

      When entering payment information, in the middle of that screen, Amazon has a free-one month Prime subscription box always selected. If buyer is not aware of this devious marketing technique, their credit card will automatically be charged for the second month - even if buyer was not aware this obscure Prime "box" was not unclicked before making their payment. This has occurred twice for me. Busy people just want to select items to be purchased to buy, pay, and move on with their day.

      There are numerous fake reviews on Amazon designed to mislead customers, alongside counterfeit items. Amazon is not adequately protecting consumers.Nowadays, a product with four stars no longer necessarily signifies good quality.
