      I ordered a Revel model rocket. And when I opened the box, I got a surprise.Incredible! Unsealed manufacturer's box! As I examined the bag of parts, I spotted a hole. I Examined the parts list and found item 34 missing near the hole. I returned immediately for a replacement!The replacement came in today, and to my surprise, it was an unsealed manufacturer's box again! As I examined the bag of parts, I spotted a hole. I Examined the parts list and found item 34 missing near the hole again!Either Amazon sent me the same box again, or there are many open boxes with parts missing!

      The item (binoculars) listing was $29.99 with free shipping and free returns plus tax. After I placed the item in my cart. The price immediately went up to $31.99 with a charge of $11.04 for shipping and handling bringing the total to $43.03 plus sales tax. They then stole $18.01 from my Amazon gift card and charged $28.14 to my credit card. I paid a total of $46.15 for an item advertised at $29.99. It's just another Amazon scam folks! False advertisement! The invoice had the total. I contacted Amazon and their customer service flat out said they couldn't help me other than returning the item for a refund of $29.99 plus tax. My advise is never buy anything from Amazon. You will pay more!

      Ordered expensive item, between Amazon and third party delivery they have lost it. Amazon is now holding my funds for over two weeks while they try to locate the item. Do not order expensive items from Amazon they will make interest off of your money while leaving you holding the debt for their mistakes.

      By far the worst customer service ever. I will never go through here again. I was locked out of my account as I did not remember my password and I recently changed my number due to a divorce so, I had to call to try and get in and the guy was extremely disrespectful, and told me there was nothing he could do. I explained that I had Prime and that I needed to get into my account but he laughed at me and kept talking over me. I asked for a supervisor and he just kept talking about other things. They put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I will be making a complaint every day until my fingers are tired of typing. They will gladly take my money but not help me get back into my account.

      Yes I had ordered a pair of ****** Sandals on September the 2nd and they cancel my order and took my money and will not give me my money back when somebody please contact them on my behalf my name is ***************************** and please get this resolved for me thank you and have a wonderful day

      I am a disabled ************* have banned me from making product reviews. I spend thousands of dollars with Amazon as I'm unable to leave my home. I've tried many many many times to reach there community standards to ask why I've been banned with no response to any emails I've sent, or with no explanation as to why. I have not slandered or made any rude ************ feel this is very wrong & as a paying customer I'd like issue resolved. I've been trying for over a year to get ahold of someone to help ********* never get back to me. Thank you for your help

      yes about 2 weeks ago my girlfriend ordered me the wrong asus computer and i had her online to try & return the it so i can order the right one and keep givining me the run around and they saying i have to wait for *** people to come and pick it up and they have not come yet. we called 3 more times and they keep telling the same thing they will come and get it still no show after 3 other calls. i want my money back soon. waiting for them to come 3 other times has cost me money @ times just to make sure i dont miss them. Something needs to be done about there service & all & i feel like they need to give me some type of amazon credit for this. As much as *************** around the world spend on amazon shopping..

      I the ring dash cam early this year and delivery was set for May 23rd. The day it should have been delivered I received an email saying there was an issues and delivery will now only be between October and November. I reached out to Amazon and received the following response: there was an issue with the order at the warehouse which caused the delay on the package and the shipping process is Stuck. I have since canceled my order as Amazon made no attempts to correct this issue and I dont except that they would keep their delivery dates. *** since tried to give this product a 1 star review and to explain my frustration about not receiving this product. Ive had my review rejected and not allowed to make a 1 star review as its against amazon standards to give bad reviews about products not being delivered.

      Amazon is using borderline false advertising! Their site quotes free shipping on qualifying orders or $25 or more, when in fact they have raised the minimum to $35. When you input all of your information, the message that very discretely comes up, makes it sound like the user did something incorrectly. VERY MISLEADING!!! I would have left a negative star rating if allowed :(

      They love to s**** people out of their money! I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered the same day. There was an "issue" with the carrier so it was delayed. I waited 48 hours and there was no update, so I cancelled the order Friday, September 2, 2023. The carrier fixed their issue and shipped it even though it was cancelled, so I woke up today September 5, 2023, to my account overdrawn because they charged me for an order I cancelled. They also had my account on hold for 6 weeks because I supposedly didn't pay for something. Each time I contacted ***************** They said it'd be unlocked in ***** hours because it was an Amazon issue. I was fed up. I had a gift card balance and asked it to be transferred back onto a gift card or sent to my other Amazon account. First 2 people said it couldn't be done. I spoke to a manager and she said she transferred it over and should be there any minute. I stayed on the phone with her for 15 minutes waiting. She kept saying, "I'm a manager. Why would I lie to you?" Hung up and checked the next day and it hadn't shown up. Called and spoke to a different manager and he said that's not a thing they do. So a MANAGER lied to me.
