      My daughter was given an Amazon gift card for her birthday from a friend. We aren't sure where the gift card was purchased and being it was a gift, we didn't feel it necessary to hassle them with the issue, but the gift card was not redeemable. After speaking with customer service, I was asked to send a picture of the card when the customer service associate was unable to activate the gift card for us after several failed attempts to activate it myself. The gift card was only $15.00 and I didn't think it would be an issue for Amazon to just take care of it being we are long time customers with thousands of dollars spent through Amazon orders. I have an Amazon Prime account in addition to additional membership accounts for photo and file storage, amazon music and audible accounts. I also have an amazon store credit card and we spend literally thousands of dollars per year and have been for well over ****************************************************************************************************** redeemed and also view our transaction history to see it is highly unlikely we would ever do anything fraudulent, but the way I was treated was that we had an invalid gift card and were attempting to redeem a fraudulent card. Clearly, in looking at our history with Amazon, they would be able to see that's ludicrous and outlandish. If there is an issue, its either with whoever sold the cards or Amazon. Being it's a pretty common style of card, it would most likely be an issue from whoever manufactures the cards on Amazon's behalf. Being that as it may, one would expect and believe a company with as long standing of a history of good business and a customer who has clearly spent thousands of dollars in loyal business, would honor a $15 gift card that would then be spent right back within their institution. So while it may cost us $15, the value is actually less than that with Amazon. They should have redeemed the card in good faith.

      They sent me the wrong item. I returned the incorrect item and they refuse to issue a refund for the item.

      Amazon.com is the most unsanitary business there is please people do not buy any type of hair, human hair wigs, or anything from them. They want you to return something that you have a worn on your head, sweat glue, or whatever to get any type of compensation back from them even after the sellers tell them they dont want the wigs back

      Amazon fraudulently signed me up for a streaming service that I didn't request. I have a pin set up specifically to avoid anyone buying materials without my knowledge, I have not signed up for anything but I just received an email saying I had been signed up to *** and will start being charged for it on the 15th.i have not signed up for anything, didn't request anything, didn't even look into it as an option. They on their own decided to sign me up for a service and bill me for it. They were sued by the *** for doing this exact thing, but the customer service person said they have "no way to sign people up for services" yet they are being sued by the ************************ for doing exactly that.

      Horrible customer service, someone has stolen my card and is using it under their own account. ********************** will not help me at all... they say they can't do anything because they don't know which os the real account... had talked to literally 10 customer service reps

      I placed an order through Amazon for a Reebok steel toe work boot in which I paid extra for overnight shipping but didn't receive it. I called customer service to complain about my package and that I wanted a refund after days of not receiving it. They informed me that I couldn't get a refund until the last day of the shipping date which amounts to two and a half weeks from the day of purchase. Not only that the tracking says that my package may be lost but they still won't give me my refund. I feel like it's false advertising to have me pay extra for overnight shipping if you can't guarantee that I'll receive it. Now my hard earned money is on hold because they're telling me I have to wait until the last day of shipping ability when they clearly see that the package is lost. I'm very upset with this matter. In addition, one of the customers service representative hung up on me while I was explaining my issues.

      Wow!! I just checked on a refund from Amazon and found after a month they did not credit back the money to my debit card. What blew my mind, I went back and checked every single refund from 2023 thru 2021 and ***************** that time frame, ony one was refunded. The total amount OWE to me from Amazon is: ******. Now here is the kicker, instead of putting the money back on my credit card, Amazon issues a gift card for all the returns and without notifying me they were doing this. I tell you, this is ONE CROOKED Company!!! From the leadership, to the employees, if you can avoid this company, then do so!! I will never do business with Amazon again and spread the word on how Amazon does business!!

As a single point or one point sling, 2 to 1 sling, three point ************* sling tactical, and quick detach slings or a similar sling.
