Ive been a regular Amazon customer for years. I have ***** problems and have difficulty with mobility. This is why I use Amazon delivery. The delivery drivers continue to leave items on the street outside the gate. It is a busy street and weve had theft issues. Directions stipulate to leave items by the door on the porch. I have gone through customer service with complaints over and over again and nothing changes. Im frustrated beyond belief. Im so tired of having to call neighbors and friends to get packages for me. This situation is totally unacceptable.

I ordered an item and they sent me the wrong item. They are giving me the hardest time returning my money. The mangers are rude and feel like they can talk to you any way they want. They have no respect for their customers.

Amazon has locked me out of my account for no reason. I can't log back in. Talk to customer support they can't help me told me that I need to talk to an account specialist. One will contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Meanwhile I don't know if I'm going to get what I ordered or when. They have no customer-service. If I can ever get back into my account I will cancel my order and close my account.

I have been an Amazon customer and ********************** member since Amazon started. I have never had issues with them. I started a backyard project that required me to return several items It was a little over $300 worth of returns. None of the items were used. When I returned the items I clicked on refund to original payment. Instead of refunding it to my original payment they put it on a gift card. When I contacted customer service about it they basically told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I could just use the gift card for whatever I wanted. That's great except for I needed the money to go back onto my original payment like I requested in the refund. They basically told me there was nothing they could do about it They weren't going to refund the money back onto my card because they had already put it on a gift card. They said that they couldn't transfer the balance of the gift card onto my card and neither could I. So basically I'm paying interest on items that I no longer have and I have a gift card of several hundred dollars that I have to buy other items in order to get my money back. That is not a refund. I could understand if I had used the items for a while and then returned it. on the every single item was returned on the very same day I received it and most of them had defective issues that's why they were being returned. I contacted customer service and they told me that they would set my return back to original payment from gift card. I asked them how that was even possible when I clicked on refund to original payment. So I had one more item to return and I returned it and now I'm having a really hard time getting my money back because I'm trying to process it to my original payment and I've had to contact customer service two times about it and they keep telling me that it'll process in 5 to 7 days and nothing happens. They completely refuse to help me on the other items They just basically told me to use the gift card and deal with with it.

After having an issue with a seller, I followed Amazon's guidelines and submitted their customer guarantee form. After submitting, they completed a review of the form and said the ship the item back. I wanted clarification on the refund of the shipping cost as the item was a large file cabinet that weighed almost 100 pounds and would be expensive to return. I did not want to be out even more money than I already was. I have added more detail numerous times and waited for a response to the question I posed each time. Amazon customer service never answered the question about a max refund for shipping cost, as this is a large item and will be near $200 in shipping to return. The only response I ever got was to return the product and upload the return information; however, I am not willing to spend that much more money on something to return it without the guarantee of complete refund. Amazon's lack of response within the "customer A-Z Guarantee" they offer is simply disturbing, making it very apparent that Amazon does not actually care about the customer but instead simply "goes through the motions" to say "they attempted to due their part". This is disappointing to say the least.

This is not the first time Amazon took money for something that was supposed to be delivered by a certain day and it didn't arrive, but somehow was marked shipped? Both the Amazon account showed Picked up by Third Party and USPS showing awaiting item? After almost 3 days past the Due date I'm told it was never shipped and they don't know what went wrong? They promised a $10 credit not a refund! I had to order it again and attempt a cancellation of the Unshipped one that Now Says Not Shipped? It hasn't been cancelled and I received no refund for it! I had to order again because I had customer order to fill or loose a few thousand dollars in profits! I've already lost sale because I couldn't package teg products! Amazon doesn't care they have the funding not to care if a business fails because of them . I haven't failed I'm looking for a different supplier that doesn't Gaslight its customers!

Amazon delivery drivers have damaged my yard a number of times. I have contacted amazon on multiple occasions. I asked them to have the drivers stop running across my yard, and through the bushes, there is a driveway and a walkway to my front door. I had a delivery today, i was outside and I watched the driver run cross my yard and through the bushes. I asked her what she thought she was doing.. The driver was a young girl and she had no real answer. I do not blame her. I do blame amazon and the manager's. I called amazon and spoke with a0 manager. He told me that they expected the drivers to use some common sense. The manager got angry when I told him. Perhaps he should actually tell them how to perform their job. Being a poor manager, he hung up after that. Amazon has caused well over a thousand dollars worth of damage to my yard. Amazon has never tried to reach out to me to correct the situation.Nor do I expect that they will. It is obvious that amazon is lying when they say they care about their customers.
