      Just annoyed because their representative said i would get a refund after they lost my package. He said the money would show up in my bank. It didn't.When i contacted them two weeks later, some supervisor said that he was mistaken and that it wasn't his call to make that sort of decision.I don't like being lied ***** here is my review.

      I ordered a water heater wand 2000 ***** and paid over $30 and was sent a 1500 watt wand instead that is listed for under $15, and they are charging me roughly $7.50 for the return. Also Ive noticed they are advertising for next day and two day delivery and then when I pay it changes the delivery date to several days later.

      Amazon Prime Failed My Business Lost Orders, No Accountability As a small business owner, I relied on Amazon for a crucial order of 200 tumblers and 250 canvas bagsproducts I selected specifically because they were marked as Prime and promised 2-day delivery. Instead, the shipment took nine days to arrive, completely missing the timeline I had committed to with my clients.Because of this delay, I lost out on multiple business orders, income, and client trust. I reached out to Amazon customer service hoping for some resolution, but their response was incredibly dismissive. I was told they couldnt provide any real support, no explanation, and that all they could offer was a refund for the productafter the damage was already done.Whats most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Amazon advertises Prime as a reliable, business-worthy service, but when they fail to meet their own delivery standards, small businesses like mine are left with the consequences. This was not a minor issue. It was a significant transaction that impacted my operations, and I was treated as if my business was irrelevant.Amazon needs to do betterespecially when it comes to how they treat small business customers who are placing high-volume orders with trust in their delivery guarantees.

      Ordered a juicer that stopped working within 30 days, was refunded and sent a replacement, that has again stopped working in 30 days! Amazon should NOT SELL PRODUCTS THAT ONLY LAST a little over 30 days and then deny you replacement or refund

      Hey guys, I have a serious mood disorder. Considered mentally disabled by most. Amazon made me call for 3 months while holding a $400.00 gift card from me. I called every day for about 67 days. I was laughed at and mocked. I was talked down to but most importantly never helped. I was promised help but every day received new email to verify my address or my payment method. The final kick to the gutA representative told me to have my mom but me another gift card. We have fallen on financial hardship, she did. So we could access card. Used the gift card to purchase some hard drives, they cancelled order and locked my second account. Im to tired to even submit a complaint. Just wanted to say what horrible people the customer service department and specialists are. Be well.

      Hello,I have been Amazon Prime member from past several years. I use Prime ************* quite regularly. I have been careful about payment settings and have enabled Purchase restrictions to ON and have set Prime Video Account PIN. In spite of all these guard rails, Amazon somehow auto subscribed me for ******* channel and charged me for monthly subscription. No one in my family watches any shows that are on BritBox. I could not find a way to see who and why this subscription was started. I'm very unhappy with the way Amazon is trying scam and auto subscribing people and charge money for these.Just a warning folks, keep checking your account and credit card bills.-Unhappy customer

      Over the last few months their advertised shipping times have not been met. I have had several items be delayed a day or two and even ***** times the items never arrive and inevitably having to be cancelled.

      Several of my deliveries from Amazon are being delayed lately. I bought items because of their delivery date and not price because I need them right away. This is the only place on the internet to review Amazon.

      I ordered a laptop on Feb 27, 2025 marked delivered on march 4, 2025 that I did not receive.I reached out to Amazon who advised me to contact police who in return stated I needed serial number. I reached back out to ********************** who said I didnt need it. I couldnt get anywhere my hands were tied and was in process of moving. The truth emerged on march 31, 2025 the day after I moved out that my ex roommate took the package. I asked her to return it, she refused so I was back at square one needing the serial number. ********************** was yet again unable to provide the information I needed. If a signature been required upon delivery with **** of an electronic item this wouldnt have happened. $140 item shouldve been better protected especially this ***********
