      Everytime I make a order on Amazon the next day they charge me something extra and my card isn't supposed to be saved to Amazon. They are going back into a supposedly not saved account and taking money that's not owed.

      I being an Amazon.com customer for years and kt has changed in addition, Being in there since 2018. I NOTICED THE COMPANY IN WASHINGTON DC HAS LACK LATELY MY PACKAGES COMING LATE AND MOT SHOWING UP ON TME. I ORDERED TWO. CANS OIL OLIVE OIL SHERN YET I HAVE RECIEVED. CANT GET A REGUND OF MONEY YET MY LAPTOP SYSTEM IS DOWN YET WHICH I EXPLAINED THEN ONLINE. I ORDERED A PACK OF BARS AS WELL YET SO ONE RETURN MY CALL. I HAVE NO TEXT MESSAGE.

      Amazon is getting worse and worse. The review are not accurate as there are many fake positive reviews on products. But worse than that... item descriptions are inaccurate - for instance... I looked up Nylon Webbing to fix my backpack... I haven't found a product yet that is actually Nylon... the reviews and customer answered questions are saying that it is polypropylene or polyester NOT nylon as the product title and description say. This is more and more the case on the website. You can't trust what you're purchasing is actually what it will be when it arrives.

      I've had good experiences with amazon overall. However, recently they double billed me for 2 orders. At first they sent an email saying I would be reimbursed. Then, when the reimbursement didn't come, they said it was the bank's fault. The bank denies this and has started a complaint process.

      I am an international customer and a regular user of ********************. Ive experienced repeated problems with undelivered products, unexplained cancellations, and unmet promises by Amazons customer service.Six months ago, I ordered a Columbia womens coat. It was never delivered. Amazon postponed the delivery and later advised me to cancel and reorder. I did so, but the price had increased significantly (from ~$100 to ~$170). Despite paying the higher amount, the product was again not delivered.Three months ago, I ordered another Columbia coat and two pairs of Skechers shoes. One of them (white, size 6.5) was never shipped by Zappos, even though it remained listed and available both on Amazon and ****** websites. I provided proof of this to Amazon, but no resolution was offered.On June 4, 2025, my order was canceled unexpectedly, just hours before expected delivery. Amazon claimed unusual order activity, which is completely inaccurate. I had frequent support chats confirming the delivery date, and no irregular activity occurred.Amazon customer service had also promised discount codes for the inconvenience, but none were granted. I feel misled and mistreated. As a university professor, I value my time and expect transparency and accountability from a global company like Amazon.Additionally, the emotional toll and time lost due to these unresolved issues have been substantial. I spent countless hours in chats with support representatives, only to be met with repetitive assurances and no real resolution. It is unacceptable for a global retailer to repeatedly fail to fulfill its basic obligations to customers and avoid accountability through vague explanations.I respectfully request an investigation into these repeated failures and misleading practices, and appropriate action to be taken.

      Amazon sold me an item .I forwarded my **** for payment, now they refuse to send me the item in bought! This is the second time they have done this! And I have Two more orders that are not being sent as well! I no longer hold any faith or confidence in the company and wish to let the world know that this is now happening with Amazon and that people should be aware of this scam. Also there is no one you can contact and speak with about a problem with their company! Oh you can place a complaint about a product but no place to file a complaint against Amazon and their business!

      We ordered a big ticket TV off of Amazon. We are talking a 7k TV. Not only was the item delivered an open box, someone had swapped the actual product for a completely different TV. After contacting support, we were passed around to 12 different agents. All we wanted to do was escalate our pickup time due to the sheer size of the box and cost associated on our card. After an hour we gave up on the online support runaround and called their non listed support line. After another hour, we finally had our pickup time escalated. Now, given the frustration and time lost due to missed work to accept the delivery of the package for both delivery and now pickup, it didnt seem unreasonable to ask for additional compensation. Sadly Amazon did not deliver on that. We are basically out two day pay dealing with a fraudulent item that was delivered instead. Buyer beware. Buying a large ticket item can cost you more than you think if you go with Amazon.

      I ordered double pack of 5 inch 3 ring binder, one is broken it won't shut so I wanted a replacement but they only can refund me because of defective item and I have to wait 30 days to get refund. This is not right they take my money and then when I return it there is a scan from *** store on there barcode why do I have to wait after I drop it off and to boot 30 days until I get money back.

      They lie about shipping times all the time I canceled all my subscriptions thru them. I've had numerous packages be late. And they never even left the warehouse.

      review is more for Amazon Prime and guaranteed delivery. out of the two dozen or so orders I made under prime only 1 or 2 actually show up on time. what's the point of paying for the premium service if you don't get premium features. Seriously offered a guaranteed delivery window, or delivery date items never show up on time except on rare occasions.
