      Recently, I purchased an item from a verified Amazon seller that was significantly different in color from what I had expected. Unfortunately, the seller is unable to offer a refund at this time. I was going between 2 products when I choose this one and when I went to go purchase the other product and return the one I was sent the other one was no longer on sale and considerably more expensive. It is concerning that Amazon is no longer honoring its verified sellers, and this issue is occurring more frequently. At least, if they wouldve offered me some sort of discount to make up for the money that I would have to spend extra to return and buy the other item I wouldve been satisfied by Amazon no longer has any sort of customer satisfaction!

      I made an Amazon purchase and did not receive the package I contacted Amazon by phone to have a refund credited back to the card on file and was advised that I had to upload a photo id I advised a customer service representative i was receiving an error message and was told here was nothing they could do and hung up on me

      2024 I ordered a ************ Station 1500 ***** the order was through Amazon website and the item was being told by Wetown apparently with description describing as the 100% coverage by Amazon of handling any refund monies or support if need be even though after purchasing the item the support now showed the company Wetown to contact.. I had an issue upon arrival and contacted Amazon they told me to contact Wetown I contacted Wetown about needing to return and getting a replacement but the shady thing that happened next told me this company should NOT be selling as third party seller through Amazon. When I called Wetown a man answered the phone and I asked if he could help me but he said he was in a large warehouse filling orders and couldnt help me for he was told he had to do so many times that day or he could be fired and he would send my issue to their proper ****** he spoke Chinese and English but Chinese better to speak alittle so it helped. I tried again with them and they said I have to pay I have to pay to send this time of over 80 pounds back. That wasnt. in Amazons description of product or from Wetown. No one of either side offered a refund or replacement if I sent back. So I ended up with a non working item from Wetown and with multiple attempts to Amazon and ********************** ghosted me and stopped repeating or contacting me) Amazon said we cant help in this matter at all.. the next day another reviews as myself was ghosted by Wetown and didnt get any help from both companies either. Some others had issues too by reviews and complaints.. so with this said the item disappeared off Amazons website for sale. This is not what I call a company to deal with meaning both at any capacity, so I canceled my Amazon membership completely. I had high hopes for Amazon but when you bring in 3rd party sellers that dont back up their commitment and Amazons policies LEAVE them. Its now June 2025 and Wetown is still selling on Amazon.

      My account was recently suspended, and I am unable to access my funds, which amount to $150. Despite my attempts to get assistance, I have not received any helpful responses.I feel as though my concerns have not been addressed, and I am disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced.

      I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL FROM HERE ON WHEN ORDERING ANYTHING FROM AMAZON.COM BECAUSE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEN REFUNDING ME MY MONEY BACK AND TELLING ME ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE IRRELEVANT TO WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT REGUARDING HAVING YOUR REFUND ISSUED. THEY HAVE DROPPED THE CALL SEVERAL TIMES ON ME AND PUT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER *********************************************** HOLD FOR ANOTHER 16 MINUTES JUST TO GET NO WHERE AND THEN THEY START GIVING YOU THESE EXCUSES ABOUT WE CANT ISSUE IT BACK ON YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD BECAUSE OF THEN THEY SIT AND LIE AND SAY SEVERAL THINGS TI MAKE YOU BELIEVE IS TRUE WHAT THERE TELLING YOU. THERE STARTING TO BECAUSE VERY VERY POOR WHEN IT COMES TO ISSUING A REFUND FOR A BROKE OR DEFECTIVE ITEM. IM NOT GOING TO DEAL WITH AMAZON ANY LONGER BECAUSE THERE RUDE, ALWAYS LIEING ABOUT THINGS THAT NEVER MAKE SENSE AND JUST THE DISRESPECT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM. I HOPE SOMEONE FROM HIGHER UP READS THIS AND SEE HOW HORRIBLE AND DISCUSSED I AM ABOUT HOW THERE TRASHY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. PLEASE BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH AMAZON.       Amazon are thieves. I ordered a child stroller that they were selling. Apparently it was being sold by a 3rd party through Amazon. They took my money and canceled my order. I called Amazon they said they refunded my money back to my credit card. The transaction never showed up on my card. I called ***** ********** and asked them directly. They said Amazon did not do it. I called Amazon and asked for the banking transaction number for it and Amazon told me to f off , literally.

      I find it incredibly unprofessional hiring drivers that are rude, speak NO English whatsoever, and fly through the properties of your customers. This company makes it impossible to file a complaint about anything!! When a complaint is made, there is no confirmation that anything is even done about it. How do i even address the driver personally when they speak no English? He rolled his eyes at me when I guided him back to the house they needed to go to, trying to help even after he flew past my house. A smile would've gone a long way, he had a nasty look on his face. This was an incredibly disgusting person to have doing the job. My driveway connects to another house, they fly past my house which is inches from the driveway, yet you can only complain about the driver if it was YOUR delivery. I cannot complain unless I have an order number. It's not my order, but it's my property!! I had the license plate and make and model of the vehicle. Wasn't good enough. I am done with amazon. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. No one likes this!!!! Stop cheaping out!!

      I ordered flash drives I needed to present evidence to the court. Amazon lost my package, and would not give me a refund in time for court, even though I ordered the flash drives a week before my court. Amazon prompted me to add additional items to my cart so I could be eligible for faster, next day shipping. I did so because I truly needed the flash drives ASAP. Thus spending extra money at Amazon.Amazon will not give me a refund for at least 3-5 more days, making the earliest I will receive my refund the day of my court hearing. Obviously this is the last thing I want to be dealing with while already dealing with court proceedings, that I voluntarily filed due to 2 people threatening my life. At this point I want to cancel my whole Amazon account because they have let me down so badly. The representatives say there is nothing they can do. Absolutely unacceptable. **** ***** is rich. I am not. Why is it fair that his company holds on to MY MONEY after his company prompted me to spend more money under the pretense of receiving my items faster?

      Im writing to report an ongoing issue with Amazon that escalated into a disturbing and unacceptable ************* delivery instructions on my Amazon account clearly state that deliveries should only occur between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Despite this, Amazon drivers have repeatedly rung my doorbell at 5:00 AM, waking my baby and disturbing neighbors. Ive contacted Amazon customer service multiple times, and each time I was told it would not happen again. But the violations continued.Most recently, a delivery at 5:00 AM escalated when I told the driver this was not appropriate. He responded aggressively, raised his voice, and ultimately used racial slurs as he walked away from my home. I was left shocked, deeply upset, and feeling unsafe in my own residence.When I escalated this to Amazons Executive Customer Relations, I received an apology and was told the system assigns hidden delivery windows (such as 48 AM) when using Buy Now even if they conflict with my stated delivery instructions. This design flaw is known internally but is never communicated to customers. I was told the system isnt that advanced.This is unacceptable from a company with Amazons resources. It should be able to respect basic delivery preferences, flag conflicts, and enforce zero tolerance for abusive behavior.I am requesting a formal resolution, a fix to this ongoing issue, and meaningful accountability for the driver's actions. So far, Ive only received apologies no accountability, no compensation, and no guarantees this wont happen again.I am filing this with the BBB because Amazon has failed to take meaningful action through its internal channels.

      Amazon continues to amaze me that they think I will buy from them no matter how I'm treated. It's insulting and I'm exploring other online options. They disconnected my chat twice after insisting there was nothing they could/would do with a held up order. The 3rd rep finally helped me out. I'm very tired of this, third time I've had a product issue in last 2 weeks.
