I have an ongoing subscription for Office 365 from Microsoft for my iMac. One of the components I use most is ******* for email. Recently ******* developed an issue with the SEND email component. In the course of MS ****** correcting that issue, the SEARCH component was corrupted and was turned off. In the course of repairing that issue, the SEND component was turned off again, and now neither works. Over 5 days I spent countless hours with a parade of MS support ****** online and on the phone. We set up the new ******* program but it is not complete and functioning fully either. In the end, none of the ****** could help and the last one cut me off before the conversation ended. This simple problem was beyond their ability to repair and after all that time I was informed that I would not even receive a discount for the lack of a fully functioning email system. As an individual consumer, MS made me believe that my issue was more of a problem for them than it is for me, and that only added to the frustration of not having a fully operation email system today. RESOLUTION PROPOSALS: #1) Final and complete repair of the MS ******* email system including Legacy and New ******* and no reduction in subscription fee #2) with no repair a sharp reduction in the amount of the subscription fee.Business Response

I recently had my access revoked to my personal Microsoft.com account, specifically Outlook. Whenever I attempt to log in, a screen pops up stating, "Your account has been locked." The email addresses associated with my account are as follows: ***************************** and the recovery email is: ***************************** Within this account, I have important registrations linked to various services. I want to emphasize that I have never violated any Terms of Service agreements.Regaining access to this account is crucial for me, as losing it would result in a significant loss of personal files and accounts. Additionally, I have a request regarding the Minecraft account associated with this account. I purchased this game for leisure, and now, I am unable to access the content I paid for. I would appreciate it if the Minecraft account could be transferred to a different Outlook account that I own.I am willing to provide sufficient evidence to verify my ownership of the account, including the account's transaction ID and previous email addresses linked to it. The Outlook account I wish to transfer the Minecraft game to is **************************Business Response

I have purchased multiple movies through Microsoft's Movies and TV service. There are multiple movies that are primarily English where other languages at spoken, such as Kill Bill. Microsoft does not provide subtitles for the non-English parts, meaning you have no idea what is being said. I have contacted Microsoft and there only response was to find and download the subtitles myself. I stream these movies. I should not have to find and download subtitles to be able to watch them. If they cannot adequately and completely subtitle a movie, they should have better transparency and accountability for failing to provide and watchable movie.Business Response

Microsoft has not explained how my **** info was used as no authorization on this end was given. Additionally, the Microsoft wording states"as in previous years" when it underscores such words as "subscription" or subscription charge. A better explanation of my supposed authorizations in previous years is warranted. Thank you BBB.Initial Complaint

I am writing in to request the assistance of the BBB in resolving an issue I have with the service ****.com which is owned and operated by Microsoft Corp. It has come to my attention that the website white pages.com is appearing in the Bing results when my name is searched on **** it returns the results of an UNKNOWN, UNRELATED individual. Since Whitepages has started posting this incorrect information, I/we have had UNEXPECTED AND UNWELCOMED visitors to BOTH our places of employment AND personal residences looking for this other UNKNOWN person that is appearing on ****.com by way of Whitepages.com. I have contacted the Executive offices of Microsoft Corp and was referred back to Whitepages regarding the matter, Whitepages confirmed that all informaiton pertaining to this individual were "D-indexed and removed from their site yet this issue still occurs on the **** results. I have contacted my attorney (********************* ************) regarding this matter who has instructed me to attempt to resolve this in any way possible before taking possible legal action against Microsoft Corp and Whitepages.com by way of asking the court for an order for removal then suing for attorney fees and other "damages". I am simply "RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING" that the information that is returning on **** when my name is searched that is INCORRECT and potentially DANGEROUS no longer be returned for "Public View" please understand the reason for this request is we have a VERY serious concern for our safety, We are being visited by "Skip Tracers" they call themselves attempting to locate this other unknown individual. I would very much like the business to contact me so that we can work together to please remove this. I have exhausted all other efforts in removing this incorrect and potentially dangerous information but have been unsuccessful up until now unfortunately.Business Response
