      Microsoft is really s***** nowadays, and on mine (and many other Xbox consoles especially on Reddit) is that there's an issue with a popping sound each time someone goes on ******* or any other app. It's mainly with YT however. Only reason why I haven't switched is because one, nostalgia, two I have a s*** ton of progress on it. And have spent a LOT OF MONEY TOO. Microsoft needs to learn that they can't keep getting away with this kind of s*** yet they do because of the idiots who keep buying their Xbox consoles. I seriously think that there should be a petition to sue Microsoft, and win the claim and make Microsoft good and have their customer support not be totally useless.

      I have tried numerous times to simply speak to a real live person that can actually help me. They keep funneling me through their online chat bots that are not helpful at all. It asks me to sign in, Well I can't. I haven't used the password or the email it asks me to put my password in in many years, probably a decade. So it says it will send a code to email that I no longer have access to? They take my money and have no problem doing that, but they cannot at least let me speak to someone on the phone so I can resolve this issue? Microsoft products have been absolutely horrible based solely on their horrifying customer service. I guess I will take my money somewhere else.

      I got locked out of my Microsoft account just changing my passwords and saving them to edge but now I'm out money and I'm infuriated, now I have literally nothing including banks that I have money in that I need to survive otherwise I'm stuck with this bs permanently it seems like and I gotta log in to talk to somebody? *** man my account is gone and you want me to log in? Dumb, I even sent a complaint and nothing back at all.

      I am an active duty ******************* member stationed in *****. I purchased Office 2024 hoping I could continue my college classes. After spending 150 dollars, I tried to download the programs. I received the error since I was in a different country I couldn't use the product. I contact customer service, and they informed me that I need to buy the product in ***** and **. I asked if there was any other options, and the representative said there is not. Why when I set up the product the other representative didn't tell me that I couldn't use the product? Microsoft is not military friendly, and it is such a huge hassle. I intend on finding an alternative option in continue service my country and taking my college classes.

      Microsoft has terrible support for Office 365 Family. There's no customer service number, everything is online, and they don't respond. My email has been blocked since February because I was hacked and they blocked it. I've already filled out the form and proven I own the account, with unblocked email data, an email created over 20 years ago. It's deplorable.

      I like how the consumer isnt even on your radar now, now instead all you care about is your dollars bottom line. Basic features on apps they now charge a monthly subscription for. That rings true on all their apps. They have low standards when it comes to consumers, and how they should be treated. Consumers come first. Pathetic corporations owned by Pathetic people. *****. Im in *********. My name is *****. Microsoft. You deserve your kids to be placed on shirts. I spit on your family's name.

      I got banned from Xbox for no reason I appealed I called them they said havent told me a reason why I got a permanent banned. I need help getting unbanned

      Ive never been more disappointed in a tech company than I am with Microsoft right now.For the past month and a half, Ive been locked out of my Microsoft account. Despite following every single recovery step more than 20 times, Ive received nothing but generic, copy-paste responses and been bounced around by automated systems that clearly dont care whether users regain access or not.Let me be crystal clear: I have done EVERYTHING they asked for.? Filled out the recovery forms multiple times with accurate and consistent information ? Answered all security questions correctly ? Provided the last 4 digits of my active ******** subscription credit card ? Logged in from frequently used and trusted devices Yet, despite all of this, Im still locked out. And worsenobody at Microsoft has actually reviewed my case like a human being. Ive pleaded for an actual person to look at my case, not a robot. But it seems theyre either unwilling or unable to do so.This experience has been dehumanizing and infuriating. Ive lost access to critical files, personal data, and essential services that affect my daily life and work. The amount of time and mental energy wasted on this is outrageousand for what? A wall of silence and canned replies.Microsofts complete failure to handle this with even a shred of professionalism or empathy is unacceptable. Ive now started migrating all my data, both personal and business, to ****** and other platforms, and Im advising everyone around me to do the same. If this is how Microsoft treats loyal paying users, then its clear: they dont deserve your trust.Absolutely shameful service for a company of this size. Microsoft, youve become a source of stress and disappointment, not solutions.

      After years of using Microsoft 365, and now being charged automatically, I have lost access to my Microsoft Outlook. I have spent hours now trying to get someone to help me. But of course, there are no humans that are available, yet they can charge you immediately for a product you don't want because you cant get support for it.I have been trying to work with my internet provider, and they have used the ** security codes to try to help me just retrieve my email, but again, no luck.I have come to the BBB and found out that Microsoft is NOT an "Accredited" business? Wow, what a total piece of work.

      Microsoft locked my files claiming I had been exploiting and abusing children. I was without my files for over 3 months during which time they charged me for a new year subscription even though I couldn't access my files. Exploiting children is against the law and they should have been willing to prove this, but they didn't. Eventually a friend helped me locate my files on the web, and I had to spend days downloading them onto my external drive because I don't want Microsoft near them. I was slandered by this company. I missed work/volunteer deadlines and trying to communicate with Microsoft was impossible as they refused to send me codes or answer my queries. I would sue them for slander except I don't have the money to do so.
