      Tried to order a new laptop with Microsoft. There were issues when selecting Place Order. A prompt suggested I call customer support- which I did. After a 45 minute phone call with a foreigner in who knows what country, I was told she was going to contact her back office to see if she could get the issue resolved. I was ok with that suggestion. After a couple of hours I received an email explaining that she was still working on the issue and would contact me when it was resolved. Later in the evening, we received an email from our credit card company regarding 6 separate charges (all different amounts) from Microsoft. Thank goodness the credit card company contacted us or we would have had a huge issue to deal with. The customer support person I spoke with - ***** *** - never responded back to me with any information. What a ****! This was our experience woth Microsoft. Tried to contact them again this morning to discuss the issue and how we were charged 6 times for one laptop order. One would think a company as large and well known as Microsoft would not be involved with such business practices. Needless to say we will not be purchasing a Microsoft laptop.

      Been having microsoft account issues for abount a month now. Support is almost no help, have to always get a escelation request and that takes a week or so to hear back from. Often with a robot or fate / not helpful response. They to little to help or feel like they do not care. Havnt been able to sign into my account that holds all of my stuff for weeks now because of their dumb system having errors, now i just sit here and HOPE to hear from someone if that ever happens.

      I'm compelled to leave a one-star review because that's the lowest rating allowed. Microsoft consistently debits my account, yet I encounter persistent issues accessing the products I've paid for. When attempting to use the software on my laptopthe same device I used to purchase itI am repeatedly prompted to buy it again.Reaching a live support representative is nearly impossible. The automated systems redirect me endlessly, and I can't seem to access their AI support online. It's incredibly **************'s disheartening to see companies profit immensely from consumers without being held accountable. Instead of assisting customers, they push them toward automated systems that offer no real help.Their monopolistic practices are concerning. It's a shame that customer support seems to be an afterthought.

      Ive run a problem with Skype. They quit offering him from Microsoft in May just prior to that I was on my Microsoft account and was told I couldnt sign anymore because its a possibility of a hack attempted on my account. I then went through their support system and contact with them four or five times Attempted to reestablish my account through their system and found that they did not accept the information I gave him and I was positive. It was pretty well 100% correct so theres no way of me getting back my last six months of use or money without going through. Teams that I really dont like how it works and is very expensive.

      Worst company, ever. I'm only giving a 1 because I have to put something. They deserve a 0. **************** is pretty much non existent. No live help at all. Products are worthless. Unbelievable.

      I was suspend for a pfp issue I did and I own up to it. I was suspended for around a month and all but my pfp was up weird? Xbox usually takes down the pfp when suspended for such offenses and the thing was I couldnt take it down due to me being suspended. I was like whatever I was going to change it after my suspension and a few weeks and I wake up to my pfp profile pic gone. I think they finally fixed it but no I get another suspension on top of the one I had for the same issue which makes no sense. I did the appeal but I was turned down in the email and I find out they use ai for their system because I explain the first suspension was necessary but the second one costed me a year of suspension. I just want my old suspension back and my strikes back. My email is **************** and my gamertag is DimMangycash69.

      BUYERS BEWARE!!! Whatever you do, do NOT buy any of their products. Their products are TERRIBLE quality, do not last, and they have no real customer service.

      Microsoft has has hacked/stolen money from my checking account through **************** . I have switched debit cards quite a bit and now I have a new checking account. They dont respond to messages or phone calls . This is a criminal act that they are doing and they are lying saying that I authorized these transactions. **************** is aware of this and they know whats going on . I want my money back . This has caused anxiety and stress because they have repeatedly stolen from me . I need a resolution to this problem.

      If i could give Microsoft a '0' rating, I would. I am posting this to warn others not to sign up for any Microsoft 365 Business or Microsoft 365 Business Standard products. I originally signed up for the Microsoft 365 Business but later found out (from the Microsoft Technical Represenatiative at Tier 2 support) that they do not allow for downloadable version. Of course this was not indicated any any of the literature prior to signing up. So, less than 1 month later, I decided to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Business. The Microsoft Represenative was supposed to close the first account and open a new account. Of course this did not happen. I started to be charged for the old account. I was in a trial for the new account until the end of April and given a 2 month credit because of all the previous problems that I had with the 1st account. I have decided to close both account due to all of the problems I have had and performance problems. It has been 4 months and the problems have still not been resolved. In fact they have gotten worst. Not only has Microsoft not given me my money back for the closed account, they have also attempted to charge me for closing the accounts, 2 TIMES. Do not use Microsoft for your business email provider.

      Ive had a mixed experience with Microsoft. On one hand, their productsespecially Windows and Officeare reliable and have become essential tools in my daily life. I appreciate the regular updates and the efforts to improve security and performance.That said, Ive run into a few frustrating issues with customer service. Getting support sometimes feels like going in circles, especially when trying to resolve technical problems or account-related concerns. The virtual agents are hit or miss, and it can take a while to reach an actual person who can help.Overall, I still use and trust Microsofts products, but I wish the customer service experience was smoother and more responsive. With a bit more attention to that area, my rating would definitely go up.
