1 starComplaint Summary I am submitting this complaint regarding Microsoft Copilot and its repeated generation of unsolicited productivity prompts, inbox summaries, accomplishment reports, and similar content despite my repeated requests that these features be disabled.Over an extended period, I have explicitly stated more than ten times that I do not want Copilot-generated inbox briefs, daily summaries, priority recommendations, or other proactive productivity prompts. I have been told that these preferences were noted or that the behavior would stop. However, the unwanted prompts have continued to REMOVEDconcern is not the existence of these features. Rather, it is the apparent inability to permanently disable them and the repeated failure to honor clearly expressed user preferences. These prompts analyze my email activity and work communications and present summaries of what I have accomplished or what I should focus on next. I find this intrusive and contrary to my stated preferences.I am requesting:A clear and permanent opt-out mechanism for proactive Copilot prompts, inbox briefs, accomplishment summaries, and similar productivity recommendations.Confirmation that user preferences to disable these features will be respected across future interactions.Greater transparency regarding when these prompts are generated and why they continue appearing after a user has requested that they stop.I believe users should have meaningful control over whether workplace communications and activities are proactively analyzed and summarized. My complaint is specifically that I have repeatedly requested that this functionality be disabled, yet the system has continued to reintroduce or regenerate similar prompts.Desired Resolution Provide a reliable and persistent method to disable proactive Copilot productivity summaries and ensure that explicit user opt-out preferences are honored and not overridden in future interactions.Review fromMs w

1 starHello this is very frustrating I broke my collarbone and cant work, so on my free time I play the Xbox, but for the past month I keep getting banned for no reason, I dont go and text people trash talk or anything, and they dont even tell you why they are banning you they just say This account violated the Community Standards and was subjected to enforcement action. And I havent received any strikes at all, they dont let you appeal it and there is no one to talk to hence they dont have any customer service at all, no real people to talk to about it, just ai text, I know this is about a video game issue but this is money Im paying for subscriptions and new games which I cant use because they are banning me repeatedly, if they would actually tell you why they are banning you maybe I would know what the issue is, this is the 4th time in one month, and no i am not talking trash because they would give me a strike on the discipline system that they have, if this keeps happening im going to have to sell my consoles and get a REMOVEDplaystation because this is ridiculous.Review fromHolly

1 starI purchased a digital game (Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2) and discovered shortly after same day (today) that I was dissatisfied with my purchase. I then initiated a refund request which was immediately denied citing it wasn't valid due to being outside of the alloted 14 day refund timeframe. Who knew that 14 days is also apparently the equivalent of less than three hours, I sure didn't.There is no way to get ahold of customer support for REMOVEDor REMOVEDaside from speaking to an incredibly unhelpful AI bot that repeats the same thing over and over and has no actual ability to help. Any numbers found are automated, inform you to go to their website to, you guessed it, speak to the aforementioned AI bot. This is entirely unacceptable and extremely poor business REMOVEDseems to me that their continued refusal to refund me or make receiving customer support more viable and human that my only option is to seek legal action, I would much prefer a simple refund but if no refund is given then legal action is all I'm left with.Review fromBreena S

1 starI have tried to find someone at Microsoft to give me a refund on a product that I cancelled. It says that I have to reach out to them to get a refund but I have tried every way imaginable to get help. When I call in the REMOVEDdirects me to the online resources but its for cancelling a subscription. Not to get a refund. Microsoft not allowing me to contact them so I can get my money back like they have said their email. When I ask to speak to someone the ai hangs up on me. The online search function is the only thing available and it doesnt answer my questionReview fromTed X

1 starMy Xbox broke and I called microsoft and was trying to find the cost of the part when I seen the cost, I asked if there was anything else we could do and I got told to make a warranty and wait until the 13th of August and I could send it in for repairs, however when I called on the 14th of August and they said if it was broke within the first 30 days of paying they would not cover it, which is the complete opposite of what they told us to get us too sign up for this plan. we have been trying to work it all out and they will not provide helpful support whatsoever anymore.Review fromO T.

1 starSpend more time fixing issues with Windows 11 than actually getting any work done. Linux is now so incredibly superior than this criminal organization that sells faulty products, but the government is too scared to hold them accountable. Their user agreements are illegal everywhere in the world except the REMOVEDwhere it is easy to pay off the politicians.Review fromitay w

1 starHere are a few ways to word this, depending on where you are posting or sending it:Option 1: Clear and professional (Best for a support ticket, forum, or social media post)> I recently replaced my phone and am now locked out of my email account REMOVEDWhen I try to log in, Microsoft Authenticator asks for a code to set up the app itselfcreating an impossible loop.> Attempting to contact support points me to REMOVED, but logging in there requires the same Authenticator code. Alternative verification methods only offer to send a code back to the Authenticator app I cannot access.> Because this is a business account, I urgently need assistance breaking this verification loop. Please contact me at REMOVEDor REMOVED.> Option 2: Direct and concise (Best for a short support form or direct message)> I am trapped in a 2FA loop after replacing my phone. Logging into my account REMOVEDrequires a Microsoft Authenticator code, but setting up the Authenticator app on the new phone requires me to log in first.> Support pages require a login, and alternative recovery methods only point back to the Authenticator app. I cannot access my primary email, so please reach me at REMOVEDor REMOVEDto help reset my 2FA setup.> Option 3: Slightly punchier / Feedback-oriented (Best for posting on REMOVED/X or a community forum)> Replaced my phone and now Im stuck in a Microsoft Authenticator loop. To set up Authenticator on my new device, it asks for a code generated by... the Authenticator app Im trying to set up.> To get support at REMOVED, I have to log inwhich requires the code I can't access. Alternative recovery methods only route back to the app.> I cannot access my email REMOVEDPlease reach out to resolve this MFA lock at REMOVEDor REMOVED.>
