      Microsoft is barely a good company, they wrongly suspend and ban people for no reason. And on top of that they raised their prices like crazy.

      My overall experience with Microsoft has been poor very poor I can't even get anybody on the phone whatsoever I get AI people and I never get any real answers I don't always get the runaround I'm trying to replace a controller that's under warranty and it's about to be expired soon so I ain't going to be able to do it after a while but I can't get a hold of anybody and I even call the phone number and I can't get a hold of anybody on there like what's the deal you guys just not trying to help anybody like you have no humans working at Microsoft anymore I'm getting like up to my eyeballs with the c*** dude someone needs to get hold of me ASAP I'm getting sick of this

      I did not like the 365 online use and just wanted to get a credit to move to one time purchase. When I called support I was told the will not give me a credit or my $80 left as a refund. Also, was told that we have to cancel within 30 days of purchase, I guess that was in the fine print. If I didn't have to have them due to everyone uses office I would not get it.

      My Xbox account under the gamertag Kyhleaf was permanently banned despite my repeated efforts to secure it from unauthorized access. I experienced multiple sign-in attempts that I did not initiate, and I took every step available to protect my accountchanging passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and monitoring activity.Despite these efforts, my account was banned. I filed an appeal through the Xbox Enforcement system, but it was denied without a clear path for escalation or reconsideration. This account holds deep personal valueit was created with my late mother and represents years of identity, achievements, and financial investment in games and subscriptions.I am requesting Microsoft to: Reopen my case for review Provide a direct contact or escalation path Restore access to my account or offer a resolution that acknowledges the emotional and financial impact The lack of transparency and inability to speak with a human representative has left me with no other option but to file this complaint. I am seeking a fair resolution and accountability for enforcement decisions that may have overlooked critical context.

      I was in the transunion hack and hacked on all 3 credit bureaus and all emails. Instead of siding with me, the hacker gained 2 of my accounts. ******************** changed the ways I could sign in SO I COULD NOT SIGN IN TO CHANG* MY PASSWORD. This verification is not working it would say or the verification would have changed to the hacked emails that they knew I did not have. I tried to tell them this via text but they only started taking away my email and giving it back in some kind of struggle for anger and power. NOW I AM LOCK*D OUT OF ANYWAY TO CONTACT TH*M ALTHOUGH TH*Y KNOW AT THIS POINT I HAV* one of my emails but if I tried in the past to retrieve password it said it didn't exist. It sits on the web belly up and fully opened. I cannot sign out and if I did I lose all pertinent information. IT WAS AGAIN HACK*D AND AN *NTIR* PAG* ON TH* FIRST PAG* OF TH* * MAIL SHOWING S*NSITIV* INFORMATION. I DID T*LL MICROSOFT IN SO MANY WORDS TH*Y SAID NOT MY PROBL*M and then the few ways I could talk to them and every app was taken away from me. The company is in it for profit only as consumers have minimal ability if at all to talk via text. No communication is allowed by phone and we are talking about people's private and sensitive info. They are making billions and not taking the responsibility of their clients needs into consideration, ONLY PROFIT as my entire life can now be stolen from me AGAIN by the GAT* K**P*RS

      I received a message stating there was suspicious activity and my account is locked. I followed all the steps provided to reactivate my account. None of the options worked. I reset my password and that didn't work. I tried the ******************************* and followed the steps there which did not work. I tried calling Microsoft and can not reach a live person. I did follow the steps on the phone and they said if these steps don't work we can't help you. I have had my email for well over 25 years and have a lot of information that I need.

      My ** account was set up by a family member that used a two-factor authentication code to his phone. It was set up as a personal account and used for my local small business in early education. My uncle has since passed away and there was suspicious activity leading to being locked out of **. I cannot access his phone to retrieve the code, and the alternate methods are sent to my email (which I cannot access), or text the code to our landline (which cannot receive texts). I have offered to provide his death certificate and proof of relationship. I have been unable to get into my account for almost three months with endless attempts to contact **. I have had multiple case numbers, phone calls, and recovery forms submitted, only to be transferred around from department to department, hung up on, and finally unable to even get to a representative. This has been a maddening experience that I cannot believe is even possible if you provide a service to people. How is Microsoft allowed to have zero follow-through with an issue that is preventing one of their paying clients from accessing pertinent data to run their business. I understand that my situation is complex, but my human brain can see clearly the actions that need to happen to resolve the issue. What I need exactly is for them to create a temporary break-glass admin account and assign global admin privileges to that account. I have demanded action from ** and continue to fail each time. I don't even know where to go from here! I am a small childcare with decades of files and photos that we use to continue to provide important work to our community. There is no violating activity happening here and if ** would just take five minutes to listen and help, this could all be over. Can anyone advise any useful strategies to try and get some resolution with this company?

      First thing happened with Microsoft since 2023 or ************************************************************************************************ 2 but now its the new issue and the new issue is when I created a Microsoft account I get locked out I forgot the password and I tried to contact Microsoft support but they didnt really help eventually wasting my time and very disappointing that i been locked out for entering wrong password and now its locked and I dont have other methods is just that a company wanted me to create Microsoft account because theres is no limits how many Microsoft account I can create and other do have limitations and the reason why these account was created because of Amazon and ****** plus Hulu as they both provided me a credit which is got Microsoft Involved so hopefully this will be fixed in the future this is ******* I will also posted on different social media I wont be completely everywhere just few social media just to share my bad experiences but I am not sure where to post it so I will post it to any platforms I can to complete this Rating as Microsoft got ****************************************************************** concern about Microsoft but more will be posted in social media soon and it will stay there the longest it take for others to help me as I am going through terrible experience over the years.

      Microsoft removed my excel while in midstream of creating a spreadsheet because of Windows !1 not compliant. Then when trying to upgrade my computer, Microsoft is forcing me to purchase another home computer because of the processor. This is criminal to 1. Remove the application which I purchased, and I should have the freedom to choose to upgrade at my own time and (2) forcing a resident to purchase a new computer. This is unlawful. Where is the consumer protection?
