      I had gone into a looking for group feature that Xbox provides trying to find a fellow player of the video game fallout 76 who could help me find an item from in the game. I wrote a message on there saying I'd be happy to trade an item of similar in game value for said item. I also wrote I'd be happy trading the in game currency which is referred to as "caps" or bottle caps in the post. I have since had my Xbox profile account banned from using any form of communications with friends or other players. I wrote back asking what I did to warrant being "banned" with absolutely no resolution. I feel like I have done nothing wrong as the game has player player trade systems as part of the normal gameplay and players also have personal camps where we are allowed to sell items like the one I was asking for help finding using the in game currency system "caps". Just a very unpleasant experience that has inconvenienced me and doesn't seem like a very good business model.

      I pay for a service called game pass so i can play games monthly. If I pay the subscription I should have access to all games that are labeled under game pass. I was not able to play games under that lable and i paid them for it and still cant play them. I attempted to contact customer support but they do not reply to questions.I even got a email saying My questions are going to time out and they still haven't been answered. Its a scam they are offering me games if I pay them and I paid them and still cant play the game and they refuse to reply to me. Im not able to get my money refunded back so that's just stealing in my book so I didn't know where els to turn when the company I pay money to just ignores me and just doesn't care about my problem. They said the top professionals were going to answer my questions and it even shows them ONLINE so they know about my problem and just choose to ignore it and me completely. They are very unprofessional and I now see them as scammers.

      This business charges you for services that you have not ordered. Then they have no way to reach them. All phone calls are AI and disconnect you once they have referred you to online solutions. Online does not show any ability to "cancel" whatever they are charging me for. I cannot remove my credit card as they state I don't have one on file with them. However there is a ***** service I used last year which requested a $5.00 refundable fee. Which is likely where they got this credit card number. I battled with this fee last year. And now I'm battling it again. I would LITERALLY have to leave this credit card and never have it again, as if I get a "replacement" card the credit card companies automatically extend the services to include "replaced credit cards" for the one on file (somewhere, on file, but no where I can find). This is a very common thread online. They are simply makng $107.74 over and over again without providing any services and forcing us to make the credit card company cancel this charge. If a company won't let you speak to ANYONE and cannot be transparent, then I would never use them. I will likely be back here in a year complaining again.

      Account "suspended". Reason given was vague and did provide exact reason, or actual law-rule-policy violated. Repeated atttmpts to obtain reason for "suspension" have not been responded to. NEED TO KNOW PRECISE DESCRIIPTION OF THE VIOLATION I AM ACCUSED OF.

      Microsoft is barely a good company, they wrongly suspend and ban people for no reason. And on top of that they raised their prices like crazy.

      My overall experience with Microsoft has been poor very poor I can't even get anybody on the phone whatsoever I get AI people and I never get any real answers I don't always get the runaround I'm trying to replace a controller that's under warranty and it's about to be expired soon so I ain't going to be able to do it after a while but I can't get a hold of anybody and I even call the phone number and I can't get a hold of anybody on there like what's the deal you guys just not trying to help anybody like you have no humans working at Microsoft anymore I'm getting like up to my eyeballs with the c*** dude someone needs to get hold of me ASAP I'm getting sick of this

      I did not like the 365 online use and just wanted to get a credit to move to one time purchase. When I called support I was told the will not give me a credit or my $80 left as a refund. Also, was told that we have to cancel within 30 days of purchase, I guess that was in the fine print. If I didn't have to have them due to everyone uses office I would not get it.

      My Xbox account under the gamertag Kyhleaf was permanently banned despite my repeated efforts to secure it from unauthorized access. I experienced multiple sign-in attempts that I did not initiate, and I took every step available to protect my accountchanging passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and monitoring activity.Despite these efforts, my account was banned. I filed an appeal through the Xbox Enforcement system, but it was denied without a clear path for escalation or reconsideration. This account holds deep personal valueit was created with my late mother and represents years of identity, achievements, and financial investment in games and subscriptions.I am requesting Microsoft to: Reopen my case for review Provide a direct contact or escalation path Restore access to my account or offer a resolution that acknowledges the emotional and financial impact The lack of transparency and inability to speak with a human representative has left me with no other option but to file this complaint. I am seeking a fair resolution and accountability for enforcement decisions that may have overlooked critical context.
