      Ive never been more disappointed in a tech company than I am with Microsoft right now.For the past month and a half, Ive been locked out of my Microsoft account. Despite following every single recovery step more than 20 times, Ive received nothing but generic, copy-paste responses and been bounced around by automated systems that clearly dont care whether users regain access or not.Let me be crystal clear: I have done EVERYTHING they asked for.? Filled out the recovery forms multiple times with accurate and consistent information ? Answered all security questions correctly ? Provided the last 4 digits of my active ******** subscription credit card ? Logged in from frequently used and trusted devices Yet, despite all of this, Im still locked out. And worsenobody at Microsoft has actually reviewed my case like a human being. Ive pleaded for an actual person to look at my case, not a robot. But it seems theyre either unwilling or unable to do so.This experience has been dehumanizing and infuriating. Ive lost access to critical files, personal data, and essential services that affect my daily life and work. The amount of time and mental energy wasted on this is outrageousand for what? A wall of silence and canned replies.Microsofts complete failure to handle this with even a shred of professionalism or empathy is unacceptable. Ive now started migrating all my data, both personal and business, to ****** and other platforms, and Im advising everyone around me to do the same. If this is how Microsoft treats loyal paying users, then its clear: they dont deserve your trust.Absolutely shameful service for a company of this size. Microsoft, youve become a source of stress and disappointment, not solutions.

      After years of using Microsoft 365, and now being charged automatically, I have lost access to my Microsoft Outlook. I have spent hours now trying to get someone to help me. But of course, there are no humans that are available, yet they can charge you immediately for a product you don't want because you cant get support for it.I have been trying to work with my internet provider, and they have used the ** security codes to try to help me just retrieve my email, but again, no luck.I have come to the BBB and found out that Microsoft is NOT an "Accredited" business? Wow, what a total piece of work.

      Microsoft locked my files claiming I had been exploiting and abusing children. I was without my files for over 3 months during which time they charged me for a new year subscription even though I couldn't access my files. Exploiting children is against the law and they should have been willing to prove this, but they didn't. Eventually a friend helped me locate my files on the web, and I had to spend days downloading them onto my external drive because I don't want Microsoft near them. I was slandered by this company. I missed work/volunteer deadlines and trying to communicate with Microsoft was impossible as they refused to send me codes or answer my queries. I would sue them for slander except I don't have the money to do so.

      my name is ***** my xbox gamertag is xWarMonsteRx / the xbox enforcement team gave me a chat ban for a year form no reason but i think it was because my son was on my account cursing and i tried explaining it to them and even emailing them but they dont respond that is not right i would like for them to lift the chat suspension

      My Xbox account was falsely banned my seven years of hard work and progress was banned by a hacker that thought it would be funny. Xbox enforcement has not done anything about it and has denied my appeal. Can they please reach out to me and unban my account

      I was falsely banned on Xbox and I cannot get my account back. This was a false band or somebody hacked into my account and ban my account. I believe that I did not do anything wrong and I my username is ************

      After years of using Microsoft 365, I lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app following a password reset. Keep in mind, no changes to my phone. I've been waiting days for what should be a simple Multi-Factor Authentication reset. As a small business owner, being locked out of my email for this long is severely impacting my operations. I have missed out on contract opportunities, partnerships, and previous committment. It's tough when representives from these opportunities are having to reach out via phone to understand why I'm not replying to their emails. Despite waiting by the phone for an engineer to call, Microsoft's support and data protection response has been unacceptably slow. The only way to communicate with Microsoft is for the customer to call despite being advised that they would be the ones calling with updates. I anticipate for Microsoft to have my issue resolved in the next ***** days because of their processes having a huge amount of waste. If my issues does get resolved, I will wait a week to catchup on emails and beg all of the missed opportunities another chance before switching to a different platform (already missing out on thousands of dollars). I highly recommend for any small business to switch to ****** Workspace or other platforms. It's crucial for new startups and businesses to make that switch immediately if your wanting to be successful.

      Today there are really only 2 providers of email. Microsoft and ******. Here is my complaint.I am writing as a longstanding Microsoft partner and IT service provider who has been reselling and supporting Microsoft products since 1999. Over the decades, I have never encountered an issue of this magnitude or experienced such a lack of adequate support.I currently represent a company of 50 employees that relies on a dedicated Office 365 tenant for critical military-related operations. I am the global administrator of this tenant, and I am now locked out due to an MFA (multi-factor authentication) issue. All I am trying to do is update the billing information, which I assume is the root cause of the suspension or service disruption. Since Thursday, the 26th of June, at approximately 11 AM, this tenant has been inoperable, resulting in all emails bouncing back to customers. This has caused a severe disruption to our operations, and despite my best efforts, I have been unable to resolve this matter due to what appears to be negligence or a critical breakdown in Microsofts support processes.I have repeatedly contacted Microsoft support through every available channel. The first callback attempt was only received on Monday, and the engineer handling the case disconnected the call and never followed up. Each subsequent attempt to reach someone has resulted in promises of callbacks that never materialize. Meanwhile, their business remains at a standstill, with no access to critical **************** a trillion-dollar company, Microsoft has a responsibility to ensure that its partners and customers are supported, especially when dealing with essential services like email. This situation is unacceptable, and it leaves us with no alternative but to question whether this complaint will even reach the intended recipients.I demand immediate action to restore their Office 365 tenant access I trust that you will treat this complaint with the urgency it deserves.
