      I had a contract with them. As soon as my contract was up I let them know I was done with their services. It was in August when I notified them. After I did that they added an extra charge of $120.00 to my account. I called them about this and they told me it was June and July this year. I was due for quarterly pest control and not monthly. I know they came out in July and not in June. I called them about this extra charge and the person I talked to on the phone said he needed a supervisor and was unable to take off the extra charge but would see that it happened. They never took it off. I have now been sent to a collection agency which was unwarranted and harmful to my credit score. I am still also getting emails from them telling me I have a balance on my account.

      I have asked "Aptive Environmental Pest control" to 1) stop scheduling appointments at my home, 2) Delete my account, 3) delete automatic payments, 4) delete my credit card from their website.

      They keep harassing me with scheduling new appointments which I have not asked for, and which I respond to them to cancel, and which I have responses from them that they will cancel. Today got email from their corporate office that they canceled appointment for 11-16-2023, but within the hour I received an email and text message from them tat they have re-scheduled the appointment for tomorrow (11-15-2023).

      I resent a new email to them to cancel unwanted appointment and again asked that they cancel my account and all future service.

      I have repeatedly asked them to Cancel my account and leave me alone. They are harassing me and I need help stopping the harassment. PLEASE HELP. I want nothing more to do with "Aptive Environmental Pest Control" and have sent this to them in writing via multiple emails.

      Have contacted Aptive on at least 3 separate occasions and cancelled their service. We had been receiving their service for at least 2 years. They still sent someone out and charged for the service we did not authorize. After calling them to have the charges cancelled we were told they could not because we have an outstanding bill. We refused to pay the bill ($115.00) and informed them once again not to treat our property. We had earlier issues with them coming out more times than we authorized them to come, which was what prompted us to cancel service. We want this service cancelled along with any outstanding bills

      We signed up with the company in July and soon after the company completed one pest treatment on my home at a cost of $49. The company then charged us $129 for an unannounced second treatment on 9/13/23, but this treatment did not occur at all. We have a guard dog who was in the backyard at the time of the visit and we also have cameras to protect our home and we watched their technician not provide service on that day. I then contacted customer service to inquire how I could be charged for a service that the their technician did not complete and they gave me another ************* theyd come back to remedy the issue. They did not show up on the date promised to do the treatment. I recently got a text from the company on 11/10/23 saying a technician would would be coming out, so I called the company to cancel our services due to fact that I had already been charged for a service that I didnt receive, and I felt the company had been up to this point very deceptive and dishonest in their billing without providing service. I spoke to a man who identified himself as a supervisor named *****************(unsure of last name spelling) and he informed me that they would charge me $199 for canceling our contract early, I informed him that the company had not provided services as promised per the contract so I should not be charged. I then asked to speak to a manager, and he refused and said I could not speak to anyone else. I realized after the heated exchange nothing would be accomplished and he said he would send me the ******************* in the mail. I want my balance to be changed to zero and no longer want any contact from this company I feel its only fair given the circumstances of terminating the service.

      Aptive came to my door to get us to let them provide us service. After harrassing us we finally agreed to a ***** a month plan. They treated the house once and sent us a bill for ******. I had already paid ***** for a treatment that was supposed to be *****. I called them and they said they dont do ***** plans. I told them to cancel then. It was supposed to be canceled that day. I kept getting messages about them coming to spray and I need to pay my bill. I called back 11/8/23 and they said it was never cancelled and I was give misinformation and they did do ***** plans so they would switch it. I said no!! This has been the worst company to ever do business with I am not staying with you. I cancelled in September a few days after that treatment. They said well we will have to charge you a ****** cancellation fee. Which I should have not been charged because of the false information I was given. They have been a nightmare since day 1! Then today I get a bill for ******!! What is going on with this company! Fraud all the way around!!I want my account adjusted for the ******. I do not owe you anything!!

      Aptive contacted me about paying the bill. This was not resolved at my satisfaction. I also received a bill for ****** the mail. 
      I can no longer log into the online account either to get any info. It just says Im no longer a customer so I cant access my account. 
      I would like the ****** waived because it should have been cancelled in the first place when the young man tried to sell me a plan they didnt have.

      This company exhibits unethical business practices. They do not post all of their plans where they can be easily found and reviewed, so you can have a basic plan that costs more than a premium plan, but gives you less services. They purposefully hid this information and even neglect to publish some of this information. Every time I tried to change my plan to something that includes the services I needed, I would have to call someone and no one would provide me with firm quotes or literature. On top of that, I cancelled within 30 days, because their services were inadequate, and they tried to hold me hostage with a cancellation fee. Not having prices posted and constantly changing them depending on when you call in is highly unethical.

      Brother recommended the service for 2 of my houses including a rental property and my main residence. Was told by him and the sales person that initial service price would be $49.99 followed by $119 every quarter (3 months). The same sales guy who I spoke with over the phone, signed me up for a monthly reoccurring charge of $128 (after tax) for EACH home resulting in the total over $878. Called to dispute this only to be told by their supervisor they cant do anything and its be an additional $199 for each house to cancel and Im still responsible for the additional services which were less than a month apart. Complete bait and switch dishonest work by this company! Never again.

      It seems that this business' primary business model is not focused on competing in the market, by providing an exceptional service or attractive value. Instead they seek out the vulnerable and those who graciously give them the opportunity to earn their business, and use their predatory tactics to lock you into a contract.

      You will sign your initials a single time, which will then be stamped on to a "welcome survey" form next all of these predatory terms indicating your agreement to them. One of those being that you were verbally informed of your right to cancel within 3 days. This welcome survey can be found on their website in your documents, but for some reason the actual contract and cancelation documents will be attached to a Welcome email. While you are asked to provide your actual handwritten initials for the "welcome survey", they don't seem to feel it necessary to collected your handwritten signature or initials for the full contract they are locking you into. That compliance integrity issue, coupled with the fact the company seems to go out of their way to have you agree on the things that a States Attorney General has already found them violating in the past, paints a picture of a company whose business model revolves not around the service they provide, but around the contract.

      I am now being given the run around after requesting cancelation of both the service and the auto payment. I have follow the contract terms for cancelation, and yet over several emails, they refuse to confirm my cancelation and instead try to call me with discounts. There is a $199 cancelation fee, that is listed in the contract. While that is an insignificantly small sum for the pleasure of breaking ties, this is explained as the Reimbursement for initial discount given. Except, that discount was given because they were "already in the neighborhood doing business, not as a discount for signing a 24 month contract. At this point the only resolution I accept is a full refund.

      I have tried to reach Aptive several times by phone to cancel my service. I'm usually on hold for around 30 minutes before I give up. I sent an email on 11/21/2022 and never received a response. I've called several times since then since email doesn't seem to be effective. I've left SMS messages with requests to cancel service. Now I've been sent to a debt collector. I'm not sure what to do at this point to try and cancel the service. I would like the visits from 11/21/2022 when I requested the service to be refunded and to be billed the amount to cancel the contract.

      I can not get the company to refund money they took off my card after repeatedly calling and asking them to remove my card from the account as it did not belong to me. They in turn after months finally sent me a check but it was not in my name only as it had the account holder on it as well. After talking with them about the issue that I can not cash a check with someone else’s name on it, I tore the check and threw it away. After days waiting back to hear from them the can not reissue a check and said I need to get the owner of the account to cash it. I was not the owner of account, that person no longer lives in the state which I did inform Aptive of. There is nothing they can do to get me my money back that they charged on my card without authorizing.
