      Door to door sales guy shows up. We have been having lots of vole issues. So, I ask if they take care of them. “For sure”. Walked him around the backyard.
      He said yep, they are voles. Will take care of of them. But, he said I had to do the full package. Not thrilled, I said ok. He ran through super fast and was out the door.
      Someone from company comes and spends 15min max at house. Three weeks later, they are back. I said the the guy “look, we have more vole, spider and bug issues inside and out than we have r ever had”. He assured me this was normal and to “let the bait take time”. Okay. Three weeks later, try to reschedule a visit and their fancy app shows “no dates available”. They show up, and I tell the guy again…hey. I found 6 black widows around the house. We haven’t had those. More vole activity than we have ever had. “No worry…just wait and they will be gone”.
      I call Aptive last week and ask to cancel. Ii Explained what happened (as noted above). She said they would get someone out. I asked no, and she said if I cancel, it’s $199. Nice. I’ve paid $500-600 to have a company show up and grow bugs. I explained to her that I would file complaints if they charged my card as I didn’t agree to the $199 cancel fee.
      Today it hit my back account. They are savvy, use poor products, and don’t support anything but sucking money fr

      Aptive Environmental sent a "service provider" to my house to spray chemicals and trespass on my property by entering my backyard unauthorized. The service provider left the side gate wide open upon leaving my property. He also left a document with my name and address on it, stating this was a monthly service call.When I called the company to demand why they came to my house unauthorized and trespassed on my property, they stated that I had a year-long contract with them and that I would have to continue it, unless I wanted to pay a cancellation fee of $195.00. I NEVER signed up for this service and told them I would not pay. I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me I had docusigned for service online on August 21, 2024. I told her I had not and demanded to see the docusign. She told me I had to log onto the account on their site to see it, that she would not provide it to me. She also stated she would absolutely not cancel the service, even after I demanded they not trespass on my property again. She also stated that if I wanted to cancel the service, I would have to pay the $195. She did admit that the last four digits of the phone number she had did not match mine.I have checked Docusign and I haven't signed anything in over six months. I also tried to log onto their site and they say I have no account. I have screen shots of both. When I checked online, the complaints against the company are in the hundreds. I want them to admit this contract is illegitimate and to remove me from any of their files permanently. I can provide the screenshots for the Docusign and their account login.

      We signed up for an environmental service, bug spraying around the property and house. We have exterior cameras that verified services was not being provided. The sprayed the first day of service and one additional time. After that is was continual appointment rescheduling, but the payments were still applied every month. Then we called to cancel and they charged an additional $199 just to discontinue the service. And no refund to the $72 monthly fee charged since June 2024. They did offer to apply our most resent payment to the cancellation fee. There were only two visits per our outside cameras all other appointments were continually rescheduled multiple times. I firmly believe were were scammed and owed the $199 as a refund, we should get all $415 paid, but they did complete two treatments so $199 at a minimum should be refunded. Also I was forced to agree to authorize the payment and I indicated that I only agree because you are forcing me to pay additional funds to cancel the service.

      Aptive approached me in a high-pressure door-to-door solicitation. After several attempts to decline or offer to consider it and get back to them, they persisted. The sales person explained to me that there would be services every month and that it would address "all bugs" on the property. After every service, I continued to see bugs and my dog came in the house several times with ticks attached. The entire point was to avoid ticks on him. We also observed on home security video that they wouldn't stay more than 5 minutes and didn't seem to do very much at all while on the property. After 12 months of this, I cancelled the service (on June 7, 2024). They tried to keep me as a customer, but I declined and they finally agreed to cancel. They said nothing about a fee due to early cancellation and I didn't get any notice that I owed them anything until it was with a collection agency for $199.

      Fraudulent contracts. I signed a PRO contract for 18 months or 9 services. They have provided me with the BASIC level of services while I have paid a PRO level price. None of the additional items in the PRO package have ever been provided even after mentioning that they were needed. We still have rodents outside and flies everywhere, both of which are covered in the PRO level contract. I signed my contract on 6/20/23 and they claim that the contract was downgraded to the basic plan on 6/18/23, two days before I had ever heard of this company. I will be filing a claim with small claims to get all my money back hopefully. Do yourself a favor any close the door when they ring your doorbell.

      Aptive Environmental has sent an invoice for $228.00. Until now, I have never heard of Aptive nor have I ever contracted or spoken with ******* one was authorized to work on my home or to perform services on this property.The 'account number' they list is *******. This is clearly a fraudulent attempt to scam a senior adult and is being forwarded to the State's Attorney General.

      On June 16,2024 a salesman for Aptive came to my door selling yard and house treatments to rid us of bugs and moles. After some "dickering" he told me the initial treatment would cost me $49. I told him that I didn't want another treatment until the fall, when the bugs start coming. He told me that "we can do that." He never once said anything about a 12 month subscription. So, to help him out, I signed up. I would never have signed up if I had known it was a 12 month subscription. I expected to be billed after each treatment. I was placed on a monthly payment plan, which no one asked me about and I would not have agreed to. In July I got an email notification of a treatment date and it said I really needed two treatments to be affective. So I took the treatment for July and figured I wouldn't see them again until Oct. or Nov., and I paid for June and July. Then in Aug. I got a text message on my cell phone that another treatment was going to take place. I did not go online or call to cancel it before it took place. Then I got another text message that I was getting another treatment on Sept. 24, 2024. This time I called before that date and rescheduled it to Nov.1, but I got a bill for that month anyway. Each month costs $55.00. So I called the company to get the month of Sept. removed and that's when I learned about the 12 month subscription and that I had to pay for Sept. and Oct. even if I didn't get the treatments. The experience of calling to get this taken care of was appalling; each time I waited for a "supervisor" for up to 10 minutes, and no one ever came to the phone. And the person I initially talked to told me I could not cancel my subscription without paying $199.00, for nothiing. I am willing to pay the$55.00 for the August treatment, but nothing more. I believe the salesperson who represented the company was dishonest, therefore the company is dishonest. They should cancel my subscription and I should pay only the $55.00

      When the technicians come to the house to spray, they spend no more than 5 minutes and I still have all kinds of spiders. Cobwebs everywhere. I want to cancel service and go back to my old provider but am locked into a 2 year contract for a service that doesn't do what it's supposed to.

      I asked no one to come on site 9/9/2024 because I was out of town. I first called and told support to move my date to the next week. Then I received a text saying the tech was going to arrive. I told the tech the service was rescheduled and to not come on site, and he asked me to call the support again to get a confirmation number. I told him I was unable to do this due to being at the airport. He still proceeded to spray the house, going into the back yard and spraying. The main issue with this is I have two dogs and a doggy door so they can go in and out when needed. The back yard gate was not properly secured when the tech left, so when i got home later that night, the gate was open and 1 of the dogs got out. Luckily I was able to find her the next day, but this is unacceptable. The dog was let out of the yard after being told to move the service, and and both dogs were exposed to harmful chemicals. I called and cancelled my service because of this and was charged a $200 cancelation fee on top of the $133 service fee.

      I had a scheduled Appointment for 9/5/2024 which was re-scheduled for 9/16/2024 by Aptive.We received an e-mail Aptive would be coming on 9/16/2024. No time was ******** wife and I waited all day no one showed.I sent Aptive an e-mail i was not happy with there service and i wanted to cancel my service because they no showed on day of service. At this time they told me there is a ****** cancelation fee. This was never discussed when we signed contract.I don't agree with them charging me $******. when they could not deliver service.
