1 starAfter receiving an email from the leasing office stating there was clearly an issue and that a refund was necessary for 3 months over charge he refused. This is liable for a lawsuit considering the evidence of a broken meter and his refusalConservice Utility Management & Billing

1 starHorrible company, and extremely useless!! If I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately, our leasing company uses this garbage company to manage our water, sewer, and trash bills. They never send the bill out promptly. I am always paying for 2 months of water plus sewer or 2 months of sewer and one water each month. Our average bill for those three items is around $130 a month but I keep getting stuck paying over $260 monthly WHY!!! I have called, chatted, and emailed with this company and talked to my leasing company. I warn you to be prepared to pay outrageous bills if you get forced into using this company.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

****** - I am sorry for the frustration. To clarify, Conservice processes and pays utility bills as received from the local utility providers. The utility bill amounts are then passed onto the resident. If we do not receive bills for a specific utility, you will not have charges for that utility that month. There may also be months where we receive multiple bills at one time. You can find more information about why this can happen here: *************************************************************************************************************************************. We're happy to review your account and confirm information specific to your unit. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.Review fromAntwawn G

1 starConservice is a total rip off. I was double charged. I called to see why and to get I fixed and I was told to contact my leasing office . Leasing office told me to contact Conservice. Back and forth. Then I asked for a breakdown of the bill but got a ledger that they just put together and they couldn't explain charges. They said just pay it and the right amount would be credited but would not answer my questions as to what am I paying I I dnt know what the TRUE BILL is. My bill went from $12 a month for water and sewer to $100 a month for a 1 bedroom with just me in it. Seriously ridiculous. And I can't seem to get help from anyone.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

1 starI just moved into my new apartment and received my first water bill from this company. The bill was for 10 days and was $40.00. I thought that was high based on just being 10 days. It turns out $25.00 of the bill is Conservice's fee for emailing the bill. Their name is correct. They are CON'S. This fee should have been disclosed to me in my lease or prior to moving in. I will contact the ** Attorney General to see if this is legal. I have used other utility billing companies in the past but was never charged more than $5.00. Since they are not reading meters and only doing a simple calculation that excel could do, this should not be this expensive.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

***** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to this. To confirm, Conservices does not charge any fees based on how your statement is delivered to you. The fee from Conservice shown as a monthly service fee which covers processing and consolidating your charges onto one billing statement. It is similar to fees other utility or service providers may charge to provide similar services. The $25 fee on your statement includes an admin fee of $3.75 which includes meter reading, billing, and collecting costs as well as the base charge for water and sewer service. There is a description of this charge as well as all other utility charges on the back of your Conservice statement. Please note, all statements are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.Review fromTonya M

1 starWhat a horrible company. WAY over charged my 20 year old son for gas utilities because RGE kept telling us the account was switched and it wasn't. But RGE charged us $7 for gas for 23 days and Conserve charged us $57 PLUS another $25 admin fee each bill. And when I asked about seeing the usage, I got the run around about it. And absolutely no way to waive the $25 fee even though we had the service switched. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. I will be leaving reviews on every possible outlet I can.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

***** - I am sorry for the frustration. To clarify, if a utility should be in a resident's name but we receive a bill for it, this typically means the resident does not yet have services in their name which goes against the terms of their lease. This is when vacant charges can occur. The vacant charge is for the utility usage that occurred during that service period and the ************** Fee is a fee charged due to processing the bill when it should have already been in the resident's name. Please see ******************************************************************************************************************************* for more information. We're happy to review your Conservice account and confirm information specific to your unit. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for further assistance.Review fromBrianna H

1 starAbsolutely awful practices. Our community switched to Conservice and our bill has TRIPLED. Families are already struggling to get by. Now we are at a loss. I do not understand how this is legal. They will not provide us with a breakdown of the charges, since it is calculated based on the entire community. So basically, if your neighbor has a leaky toilet or takes hour long showers.. everyone has to pay for it. Was also told it is impossible to calculate an accurate bill based on consumption.. when we have been billed based on our meter/ usage for years. This feels like a scam. Yes, our lease says they can switch to an Allocation Formula at any time. Does not make it right. This company is corrupt. What is the incentive to save water? How is this sustainable? Bad for people. Bad for the planet.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

******* - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to this. As you stated, you are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys water and sewer services as outlined in your lease. The total community bill is split among all residents based on the number of occupants and square footage of their unit. These amounts can vary month to month depending on the total amount received from the local utility providers.Since this billing method is based on the total community bill, there is not a way of knowing how much you use individually. However, we do make the billing as specific to each unit as possible by calculating the charges based on their occupancy and square footage. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Please note, conservation tips as well as other account information can be found online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. 1 starWorst utility company I have ever used. The company relies on estimating water usage rather than actually doing their job and charging per actual use. Contacting them to try to get anything done such as submitting support tickets so that you can get a credit for their incorrect billing is like pulling teeth. In addition, they will charge you a hefty service fee for a job they don't do well. If you are searching for a utility management company, look somewhere else. Also, this company is based in ****, so any payments to them send money out of state. I would much rather be able to pay my water to my local county than a outstate entity.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

***** - I am sorry for the frustration. I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To confirm, for communities that are individually metered, residents are billed according to their individual consumption. However, anytime a meter read is not received, an estimate based on a unit average or property average takes place. In situations like this, it could be several months before an actual read is received and if no estimation is made, this could result in a large bill amount. To avoid this, we estimate the consumption until an actual read is received. Once we receive the actual reading from the meter, we evaluate if any overbilling or underbilling has taken place and make any adjustments as necessary at that time.In reviewing your account, I see there are currently two tickets open to review your account and the meter reads further. Once we have an update on these requests, you will be contacted with more information. Thank you for your patience. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.Review fromAmi K

****** - I am sorry for the situation. I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to this. In reviewing your account, I see a ticket was submitted to ensure the issue with the meter is addressed as soon as possible. We have confirmed with the *** that a plumber can work on the meter for your home and this would be the most efficient way to ensure water services are restored. If you have not already, please reach out to your *** for more information regarding this situation. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.
