      This utility company seems to be crooks. I live in one of the apartments near *** campus with one other person and our water bill is more than my parents 3 level home. When I call and finally get in, they do not give- any real explanation. I called the *****************. Something needs to be done and done quick and it looks like according to all these reviews, everyone is saying the same. I called the *****************.       I know that you supposedly make these bills with contact from our complexes. The current invoice for **************************** does not appear to fall in line with previous months charges and I am concerned that somebody somewhere is being enriched for no good reason. A billing service without individualized processes for use still does not seem to be a fair way to create bills.

      ************** regret to see that you have not contacted us directly in regards to your concerns. To confirm, you are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys water and sewer services as outlined in your lease. The total amount is divided among the residents based on their occupancy and square footage. The water and sewer charges can vary month to month depending on the total amount received from the water company.
