      My complex using this service and I know for a fact Im not being billing correctly. Especially since for 2 years there were 2 people living here in my apartment and now just 1. Since the other person moved my bill didnt decrease at all in fact in went up and keeps going up each month. Just another way to make life difficult for everyone. No *** to reply cause I know what I have been charged and how it should have decreased yet increased instead. My last month is the highest bill I have recorded since I moved in here in October 2020. In fact I owe more for this bill than any bill from 2020 to 2022 with 2 occupants.. Ridiculous..

If the occupancy has not yet been updated with the leasing office, please follow up with them directly to ensure this is updated in their system.       Was charged 432 for water, sewage, trash, always under $100..they say i must have a leak. I go down to water company..my bill firectly is $98..CONservice said i must have a leak and to have it checked...no there was no leak if you were wondering..I mean its all in the name right? CONservice..you have no choice but to use them so ur property management company and they can make money doing "admin fees" to save u hassle when they CON you with their SERVICE and the customer gets screwed..im sure ill get an "im sorry and someone will reach out" blah blah blah..they will say whatever they are scripted to say because they have to respond to bad inquiries on here to save face because BBB looks at that ..The real kicker is all of us on here and every other review forum where CONservice has bad reviews, ALL OF US HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO USE THEM TO GET APPROVAL TO RENT!!!

      Conservise is a complete disaster. Their billing system is a joke, and they refuse to take responsibility. My actual water usage doesn't even come close to the outrageous numbers theyre reporting. Ive tracked my readings, and the discrepancies are huge. Despite multiple attempts to get answers, all I get are useless, generic responses. This is theft, plain and simple. Avoid this company at all costs!

The calculation of the water and sewer bill is based on the percentage of water you use compared to the other residents at your community. For example, if you use 5% of the water used by all the residents, then you will be billed for 5% of all the water. With this billing method, your water and sewer costs can potentially go up, even with lower consumption, if a higher percentage of water is used that month.       Dominion changed our utility billing to Conservice. Nothing but problems, over billing and late fees when you try to resolve you get nowhere. I am sending a complaint to our attorney general. Terrible.

      Me estan cobrando agua y drenaje y basura y aparte 125 extras por mes! Jamas en mi vida yo habia visto un cobro asi q pago mas de el doble solo por agua drenaje y basura...Esto es un abuso..he preguntado a otras personas y a ellas no les cobran estos 125 extras p mes mas aparte el agua drenaje y basura..Abusivos y sinverguezas es lo q son..

      If there was an option to give no stars, I would do just that because the unprofessionalism is at a all time high. They don't care about the customers, the person that I spoke with over the phone pretty much did not want to service me because she didn't see a problem wrong with my bill. They're service fee has also gone up. The refuse to help service you but want the payment to be paid.

      I am incredibly frustrated with the abysmal customer service and sheer incompetence of Conservice. They consistently fail to do their job and provide even the most basic level of service. Emails go unanswered, and when you call, you are met with a barrage of disrespect. They often talk over you, immediately adopt a negative attitude, or worse, blatantly hang up on you after finally reaching someone.There is a complete lack of willingness to listen or help resolve issues. Its no surprise they have a one-star rating with the ************************* of Better Business Bureaus, **** I only wish someone would take action against their blatant dishonesty and fraudulent practices. Conservice has added false charges to my account, even after my utility service supervisor and property management confirmed these charges were incorrect. Yet, Conservice chooses to ignore all proof and continue their shady practices. I have been trying to get help for almost two weeks now. This company is a nightmare to deal with, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.

To confirm, if a utility should be in a resident's name but we receive a bill for it, this typically means the resident does not yet have services in their name or do not have services in their name which typically goes against the terms of their lease. This is when vacant charges can occur. The vacant charge is for the utility usage that occurred during that service period and the ************** Fee is a fee charged due to processing the bill when it should have already been in the resident's name.       I was overcharged for my water. I looked at my water usage chart. My water is typically 200 gallons a day. On July 11, it shows my submeter read 1670. When I contacted Conservice about this ****** they said it would have to be solved by maintenance. It's been a month and a half since then and I have not had a ***** like that. There are no leaks in my apartment. They either have faulty equipment, poor data entry, or they're scamming people. Either way, I'm being charged for water that I DID NOT USE. Conservice had no intentions on helping me solve this issue. I shouldn't have to pay an additional $100 a month out of nowhere when my water habits have not changed.

To confirm, for properties that are individually metered, residents are billed according to the consumption as reported by their meter. A day of high consumption could be caused by many reasons. If you have not already, you can have maintenance check your unit and your meter to ensure everything is working properly.       Beware of Conservice if you ever need them to refund you on a charge that was erroneously made!!!They will take forever, they will not trust your work, nor the company, in my case, ***** Company, totally unacceptable! No matter how many documents we submitted or how many emails we exchanged,Until they had a 3-party phone call with me, the ************ and them, they would not admit their mistake!!!When they finally did it, ....they told me I still had to wait another month for them to process the refund, they are so bureaucratic, that they cannot even make an exception to show they are sorry for the ********** a nutshell, they charged me $ 50.- erroneously and I had to spend time on phone calls, emails, and whatnot, for almost 4 months!!!They deserve the worst rating ever for customer service!!!I am very sorry I still have to cope with them because it's the company my complex has hired.Thanks for reading, and please spread the word so they take us, clients into account, with respect!******* ***********

      They are a scam. The amount I am paying for water and sewer is equivalent to owning a 3 bedroom house with a full family. Conservice should be illegal but of course Im sure they lobbied to give them more power over renters. Its funny billing people and then no providing what the actual bill was from the utilities company.
