***** - I am happy to clarify. Sewer is associated with the water cost. The water is for anything that comes into the unit through the sink, bathtub, etc., and the sewer is anything that goes down the drain. The sewer cost is typically more expensive due to it needing to be treated and cleaned. Please note, the water and sewer charges can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the water and sewer company. 5 starsThis company is a scam I moved into a property Ive only been there 6 months theyve been double charging me on my utilities my my rent is almost ******* a month I received a message saying I owed ******* so my utility bill itself was almost 800 dollars I paid it but I knew something was off and wasnt right so here it is October 1st 2024 I received a bill saying I owe ******* thats do right now I just paid almost ******* not even two weeks ago so now the utility bill is almost 600 for the month of June to July and they dont send the bill until the last 2 days of the month that has to be paid with the rentConservice Utility Management & Billing

I am sorry they have arrived later than usual. I am happy to see you are opted into Ebills which ensures you receive the statements as soon as they are sent. You can also find your monthly statements online at *********************. Additionally, Conservice processes and pays utility bills as received from the local utility providers. The utility bill amounts are then passed onto the resident. If we do not receive bills for a specific utility, you will not have charges for that utility that month. There may also be months where we receive multiple bills at one time. 1 starMy Bills are constantly late. I've had my trash service revoked and I still have to pay them $9.95 per month. They are a true "CON" and I'm embarrassed that my ************* "Invitation Homes" requires that we use this waste of money. My Water bill shows an extra charge if my bill isn't paid by 8/25/204 but I don't even have the ability to pay my 8/25/24 bill until 10/1/24. Not a good service at all. I'd give it a 0 if I could. If you are not receiving these, you can check your junk or spam folder. All statements are also available online at ********************* for your reference.The monthly service fee covers processing and consolidating your charges onto one billing statement. It is similar to fees other utility or service providers may charge to provide similar services. This fee is applied to all statements sent regardless of the bill amount and is non-removable. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Since all payments are made with your property management, any questions regarding the total balance due or late fees can be taken up with them directly. 1 starThey overcharg me every month. They refuse to come out to the property and look at the meter. My landlord has asked them to come out and they receive pushback. All my utilies are unplugged except for my fridge. I don't use AC in the sweltering heat. To confirm, for units that are individually metered, the residents are billed according to their individual consumption. With this, the utility charges will fluctuate each month depending on the resident's usage. Any concerns with the meter not functioning properly can be taken up with the leasing office directly. However, anytime a meter read is not received, an estimate based on a unit average or property average takes place. Once we receive the actual reading from the meter, we then evaluate if any overbilling or underbilling has taken place and make any adjustments as necessary which is what happened on your current statement. 1 starExtremely shady. They have been exposed by the Texas PUC for not deducting properly before billing water. After this, the water has gone down SOME but other items increased (trash, gas). 1 starConservice is a complete scam. They over charge me for electricity when my husband and I wasn't in the country. How can I pay 2 times the amount for electricity I didn't use? We have solar lights on the outside to avoid turning on outside lights at nights. The only thing that was left on was our cameras and refrigerator. When I called conservice they said they would not be able to refund me without a maintenance request from my leasing office in which the office denied my request stating that was the normal usage in my area. How can my light bill be determined by my neighbors? Shouldn't we have individual meters? Conservice then claim that my usage went up 3 times the amount. People are working hard for their money and can not afford to pay for things they did not use. I will be reaching out to the county for this because the public service commission does not regulate conservice. And I found out they have an ongoing lawsuit in **********, that should tell us everything we need to know.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

*** - I am happy to clarify. Conservice is a third-party utility management and billing company contracted by the leasing office to handle the utility billing for your community. We simply bill according to your lease. We also follow all state and local regulations in regards to utility billing. Billing methods can be different depending on the community you live at. The billing method you are describing is where residents are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys electricity services. With this billing method, the total amount is divided among the residents based on their occupancy and/or square footage. The electric charges can vary month to month depending on the total amount received from the electricity company. Please note, it is typical for electric charges to increase during the summer months due to increased A/C usage.
