****** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team. To confirm, as you stated, you are not billed based on your individual consumption. Rather, you are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys water and sewer services as outlined in your lease. This amount is split among all residents using a multiplier based on the number of occupants in their unit. You can find the multiplier for your unit on the back of your Conservice statement. The trash charges are calculated the same way. The gas charge is billed in a similar way but is split among all residents based on the occupancy and square footage of each unit. The drainage charge is split among all units equally. Each of the utility charges can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the local utility providers. Please note, a full description of each of your utility charges are available on the back of your Conservice statement for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.

Complete and total scam. Add fees on top of fees with no justification. They don't read the meter and charge based on averages for the entire complex. They DO NOT go back and adjust the bill when they cant read the meter because THEY DONT! This is completely fraudulent and this company is a disgusting representation of illegal and unethical business works.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Our rental community forces us to use Conservice for utility billing. We have had 0 correct bills the entire calendar year of 2023. Some months have had utilities double billed. Some months they seem to underbill, or post the statement amounts late causing them to be delayed in being posted to our customer portal. Reported a leak to them and they took 4 months to finally decide to issue a credit on it, that we have yet to see two months later. Recently contacted customer service regarding this issue and was told "I assure you this won't happen again. We were on different billing cycles than the utility company and now we have gotten it all taken care of." I have lived in this same property for 5 years, and you just NOW got synced up with the same billing cycle as the company you've been servicing for years. It's nearly criminal. Especially since we don't get a choice but to use your crappy services.

******* - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team. To confirm, ********************** processes and pays utility bills as received from the local utility providers. The utility bill amounts are then passed onto the resident. If we do not receive bills for a specific utility, you will not have charges for that utility that month. There may also be months where we receive multiple bills at one time. You can find more information about why this can happen here: **************************************************************************************************************************************** reviewing your account, I see while we were calculating your 09/01/23 statement, we received and processed multiple statements from the electricity company. Utilities are typically billed one month at a time, but we have billed for multiple service periods on this statement to ensure there are no further delays in the service periods being billed. I'm sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Please note, both the provider bills used to calculate your utility charges as well as your Conservice statements are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. Additionally, I see the credit for the leak should be reflected in your portal with your property management company. Please follow up with your leasing office directly regarding this credit. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.

Very expensive i was not even home for two weeks and my water and sewer that i pay through conservice we're just as high as all past months. I think this system is a rip off. I manage to keep my water bill reasonably low by shutting it off until I'm ready to rinse off in the shower or ready to rinse dishes. I'm alone all day from 7-4:30 my husband and daughter aren't home during that time and we're in bed by 8pm. But yet my sewer bill is over $50 every month which i don't understand since the water is barely$20 very rare it's gone a little over $20 i fell like I'm getting ripped off and my faucet water is not drinkable it leaves orange rust looking stains in my toilet my sink in kitchen and bathroom. Even in my dish drying rack it's white so you can see the orange color whenever there's wet dishes drip drying. I'm fed up

************** regret to see you have not contacted our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To clarify, at your community, you are billed according to the individual consumption in your unit. Your water and sewer charges are calculated by multiplying your monthly consumption by the average rate of the local utility provider. The rate per gallon is listed on the back of your Conservice statement. In reviewing your account, I see your ********************** charges fluctuate each month depending on the amount of water used. The sewer charge is always generally more expensive due to the wastewater needing to be treated and cleaned. Please note, your meter reads as well as your Conservice statements are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. Additionally, any questions regarding the maintenance of the water can be taken up with your leasing office directly as Conservice only handles the utility billing. I am sorry for any confusion. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.

Writing this review for service from Conservice, although they are such a big corporation and can do what they want.In my case, I live in an apartment complex that Conservice does the monthly billing, My lease clearly states I will pay submeter reads based on actual use. That is not what is happening. They are failing to read the ********* for months at a time and then billing for average/estimates.So, if a person moves out and I have a new lease on the same unit, I am getting an average bill for the same size units and mine plus the previous tenant usage estimates.I live in **, so have filed a complaint with ** Utility commission as well as the local news and looking into Senators as well. This is, in my opinion, fraudulent activity because they are not abiding by my lease document. Conservice admitting to this, but didn't say why. I am guessing to collect more funds that are not supposed to be paid..

******* - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to this. To confirm, at your community, you are billed according to the individual consumption in your unit. However, anytime a meter read is not received, an estimate based on a unit average or property average takes place. In situations like this, an estimate is made to avoid a potentially large bill once we do receive the actual read. Once we receive the actual reading from the meter again, we will evaluate if any overbilling or underbilling has taken place and make any adjustments as necessary at that time. In reviewing your account, I see your meter reads have started checking in again as of July. Going forward, you should continue to be billed based on your actual consumption as long as we continue to receive the actual reading from your meter. Please note, your meter reads are available online at www.utilitesinfo.com for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any further questions.

Its now months of unresolved billing errors. So I am currently filing many complaints against Conservice ************* with the **** BBB and Consumer Affairs. Additionally one of my board of trustees who works for local media will air our complaints next month. Since our management where I live (luxury complex) cannot get any resolution and/or stop Conservice ************* from erroneous billing. So exposing the Conservice ************* will hopefully initiate a class action *** once investigation exposes their criminal business practices thats ripping off consumers monies their do not owe. Hopefully this can rectified a resolution with a credit and or refund from Conservice ************* to their consumers they ripped off! Ultimately ensuring Conservice ************* receives regulations by the State or Government; along with major fines to help cure their unethical business practices in their erroneous billing of greed.

******* regret to see you have not contacted our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To clarify, Conservice is a third-party utility billing company contracted through your leasing office to manage the utilities for your community. Conservice simply handles the billing while the water and sewer services are provided by the water and sewer provider. In reviewing your account, I see you are billed according to your individual consumption. We calculate your bill by multiplying your consumption by the average rate of the local utility provider. The rate at which you are billed is listed on the back of your Conservice statement. I do not see any billing errors on your Conservice account at this time. We would be happy to follow up on any concerns or questions you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any further questions.

This company needs be monitored and they should certainly be ashamed of themselves. They impose fees on residents that they don't use or need. They request supporting documentation for services and when those documents are received they ignore them. They deny you the right to escalate to a supervisor who might actually know more about tenants rights and responsibilities. I will be filing a complaint against them. Take a look, at all of the complaints received in the last year alone! This is predatory renting.

Deb * I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To confirm, Conservice is contracted through your leasing office to calculate and manage the utilities for your community. We simply bill according to the terms of your lease. In reviewing your account, I see we received your documentation and followed up on 07/25/23 but there was no answer so a voicemail was left. It was confirmed the bills provided were for your previous address. In order to dispute the vacant charges, we would need any overlapping statements you have showing the correct service address, meter number, and your name. Once these are received, we would be happy to review your account further.Additionally, supervisors are available upon request and typically follow up within 1*2 business days. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any further questions.

I am being charged for double occupancy although my husband is here usually not more than two weeks every other month. In addition, this is not clearly explained at the onset of the lease but buried I. The Minutia. You should not be charged for energy you do not use. It has been the hottest Summer on record and yet I seldom use the air conditioner but am charged more than a hundred a month for utilities for a studio. We pay less than that for a home. Who do we contact for an audit of this practice? I am about to find out.

T - I regret to see you have not contacted our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To clarify, at your community, you are not billed according to your individual consumption. You are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys electricity services as outlined in your lease. This amount is split among all residents based on the number of occupants and square footage of their unit. This amount can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the electricity company. Please note, this is the most accurate way to conduct the billing for this community as we do not have a way of measuring your individual usage. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Additionally, Conservice bills according to the occupancy and square footage listed by the leasing office. If either of these is incorrect, the necessary changes would need to be made with your leasing office directly. You can find a full description of all of your utilities on the back of your Conservice statement. All statements are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. **** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to this. To confirm, you are billed according to your individual consumption for the water and sewer usage. In reviewing your account, I see from 02/01/23-04/01/23, we did not receive a read from your meter which resulted in estimations taking place on your account. We then received a meter read in May and have billed for actual consumption since then. However, it does look like there may be an error in the meter reads from 05/01/23-06/01/23 causing the high consumption and high bill amount. We would be happy to follow up on this and review your account further. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for further assistance.

The apartment complex cancelled the contract with Conservice. I received 2 "final bills" in excess of $300 when I had never paid more than $65 monthly. The apartment didn't care and neither did Conservice. Would never recommend anyone do business with Conservice.

**** - I am sorry for any confusion. In reviewing your account, I see one final bill was issued with a final amount due of $184.09. This amount includes the charges for services from 05/02/23-06/02/23 and 06/03/23-07/31/23. The final amount is higher than usual since it is covering 3 months of charges. Please note, you can find a copy of the final statement as well as all other Conservice statements online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. Since your Conservice account is now closed, any questions regarding the current balance due can be taken up with your leasing office directly. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.
