******** - As a third party utility management and billing company we simply bill you for any charges received from the local utility providers as they are received. While processing your October statement we received 2 bills from *********** **************************. This is why you received 2 water and sewer charges. You can find https://conservice.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409031467291-Understanding-Multiple-Service-Periods-Single-Family-Homes for more information. Per your lease agreement, the utilities should remain in American Homes' name and will be billed along with the rent. If any utilities are taken out of American Homes' name they will be transferred back and there is a utility switch fee charged. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any questions.
