****************** regret to see you have not contacted our **************** Team directly in regards to your concerns. To clarify, at your community, you are not billed according to your individual consumption for the utilities. Rather, you are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys utility services as outlined in your lease. The *************** bill amount is split among all units equally for the trash, sewer, gas, common area maintenance, and common area electricity. The water is billed in a similar way but is split based on the occupancy of each unit. Each of these charges can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the local utility providers.Additionally, any rent/lease charges are received from the leasing office directly and are included on your monthly Conservice statement for your reference. Any questions regarding the rent/lease charges can be taken up with your leasing office directly. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any further questions.

CONservice has billled me and my partner incorrectly for the past two months. Are water bill went from a reasonable amount for our apartment to an absurd amount. We were charged for 6/1-7/1 271$ in water and for 7/1-8/1 we were charged 395$ just in water itself the previous months were an average of 80$-130$ a month . Unfortunately they are our apartment complex third billing company and neither my apartment manager or conservice are doing anything about the situation . While speaking to a representative for conservice it was confirmed I was over charged but what did they do NOTHING. I see they are in several class action lawsuits and have over **** reviews with 1 star ratings . It all makes sense as they are truly scammers. My apartment maintenance guys have also came to check for leaks and everything is fine ZERO leaks they also agreed that what I was getting billed was a crazy amount as they are home owners who pay a lot less with pools in their home . I live in Lunaire which is a apartment complex in ******** ******* the manager here ****** she is fighting for us but that is also total BS. For people who are being scammed like me and are reading this get yourself a lawyer document everything and have proof to back things up In court . Conservice is very familiar with being in lawsuits as they can get things right and are known to be scammers.

************* am happy to see you have previously contacted our **************** Team in regards to this. To confirm, you are billed according to the individual consumption in your unit. In reviewing your meter reads, I see your consumption has consistently increased over the last several months with the highest usage at around ****** gallons on the 08/01/23 reading. Consistent high usage such as this typically indicates a possible maintenance or meter issue may be present. The most recent meter reading on 09/01/23 has decreased significantly to around ***** gallons. Since the usage has decreased and since you confirmed there is not a leak in your unit, it is likely this usage is actual. However, I would suggest having your leasing office test the meter to see if it is working properly. If they find there is a possible issue, they can reach out to Conservice directly to schedule a work order to have your meter serviced. If no issues are found, the usage would be considered actual and no adjustments would be made to the billing. Please note, your meter reads are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. You can also find a copy of all of your Conservice statements here as well. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.

***** - To clarify, Conservice is contracted through property management to handle the utility billing for their community. We simply bill residents according to the terms of their lease and follow all state and local regulations for utility billing. We'd be happy to review your account and follow up on any questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any questions.

Ugh. This billing two months later is nonsense! Bill for over $800 for This past June and July due immediately. WHY can we not receive a bill right after services are rendered? Id leave zero stars if I could

      Conservice Utility Management & Billing

******** - To clarify, Conservice passes along any bills received from the local utility providers as they are received. There may be times where we receive more than one bill from a utility provider and you would be billed for multiple service periods. This is done to ensure the service periods being billed are as caught up as possible. You can find ************************************************************************************************************************************* for more information on why this can happen. Please note the service period of the utilities is typically a couple of months behind the due date of the statement. This is typical of all utility companies. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any other questions.

******** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. In reviewing your account, I see you are billed according to the individual consumption in your unit. The meter reads over the last three months have decreased from around **** gallons to (on the most recent bill) around **** gallons. Since the usage is decreasing, it does not appear there are any maintenance issues present in your unit. I am sorry for any confusion.Since it appears no maintenance issues are present and the meter reads are checking in as usual, we can confirm the usage is based on your actual consumption. Due to this, no adjustments will be made to your utility charges. Please note, you can track both your daily and monthly meter reads online at www.utilitiesinfo.com. The meter reads are also listed on your monthly Conservice statement for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.

****** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team and are on the list to have a supervisor call you back. In reviewing your account, I see you are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys water and sewer services as outlined in your lease. The total amount is divided among the residents based on the occupancy and square footage of their unit. These charges can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the local utility providers. We bill according to the occupancy listed with your leasing office. I see this was previously listed as 2 which is why you were billed for 2 occupants on prior statements. However, the occupancy has now been updated to 1 as of 08/28/23. If the occupancy has been 1 since your lease start date, we would be happy to look into making any necessary adjustments to the billing. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for further assistance.

This company is the absolute WORST! They delay billing and can not give you any information on what's due until the end of the month...the ***** and will double bill you because it wasn't posted in time! THAT'S THEIR JOB!!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could! They need to be CLOSED!

**** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To confirm, bills are sent each month as soon as they are finalized. I am sorry they have arrived later than usual. I see you are opted into Ebills which ensures you receive the statements as soon as they are sent. You can also find your monthly statements online at www.utilitiesinfo.com. Additionally, Conservice processes and pays utility bills as received from the local utility providers. The utility bill amounts are then passed onto the resident. If we do not receive bills for a specific utility, you will not have charges for that utility that month. There may also be months where we receive multiple bills at one time. You can find more information about why this can happen here: *************************************************************************************************************************************. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any further questions.

Called on 08/22/2023 to speak with someone about my high utility bill which totaled almost $600. The lady I spoke to was very rude. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone else. She told me "it does not matter if you speak with someone else, they are going to tell you the same thing I am telling you". She still would not transfer me, and also denied me the right to dispute my bill. I am unsure of what her name was but I will have this information very soon!

Teranikia - I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. We will follow up on this. In reviewing your account, I see you are referring to the 09/01/23 charges which include vacant electric, vacant gas, and vacant service fees. To clarify, Conservice passes along any bills received from the local utility providers. If a utility should be in a resident's name but we receive a bill for it, this typically means the resident does not yet have services in their name which goes against the terms of their lease. This is when vacant charges can occur. Please see ******************************************************************************************************************************* for more information. If the gas and electricity are not yet set up in your own name, please have these transferred to your name as soon as possible to avoid future fees. If these utilities are currently set up in your name and you have overlapping statements, please send those to ****************************************** for further review. Please note, Conservice will continue to bill for the trash and water charges as outlined in your lease. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any further questions.

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A SERVICE. I am a living in ********** ** in a junior studio apartment that isnt even 500 so Ft all by myself. When I moved in I spent $120 on my first month, and the next 6 bills have been $170 for no reason. My apartment manager at Northpark Apts says they cant do anything because this is just how conservice is like. She even referenced that their name has Con in it, and because of their unethical pricing, they literally are a CON SERVICE. This is just so unethical that they would charge a single person that just showers twice a day and doesnt even eat at home 80% of the time. I mean my PGE bill is only $65 a month, so why would my conservice be $170 for no reason???? BBB and other government entities should investigate these scumbags. Conservice- dont even bother responding to me with your pathetic robotic, non-human responses. Im not interested in anything you scammers have to say.

***** - I am happy to clarify. Conservice is a third-party utility management and billing company contracted through your leasing office to handle the billing for your community. We simply bill you as outlined in your lease. Billing methods can be different depending on the property you live at. In reviewing the billing method at Northpark Apartments, I see the residents are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys water services. The total amount is divided among the residents based on their occupancy and square footage. The sewer and water heating are billed in a similar way but are split among each unit equally. These charges can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the local utility providers. Additionally, the trash and pest control charges are flat fees. Please note, you can find a description for each of your utilities on the back of your Conservice statement. Were happy to review your account and confirm information specific to your unit. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for further assistance.

Worst utility company ever our apartment is empty 70% of the week its only 2 of us. The bill has been $80 and higher. The apartment complex credit us back $40 in June. July they said I had to contact con service to have them reread the meter. The representative at ConService told me the apartment complex had to submit a work order ticket that repairs were made. The representative then stated the meters didnt belong to them they would contact the city to reread the meter at that time.

******** - I am sorry for any confusion. To confirm, you are billed according to the individual consumption in your unit. Conservice is responsible for receiving the meter reads and servicing meters if they are not working correctly. However, the process to do this must go through the leasing office directly. If the leasing office finds an issue with a meter, they can work with Conservice to open a work order to have that meter serviced. In reviewing your account, I see we are receiving the meter reads as usual. If you believe there might be a maintenance issue in your unit causing the readings to be higher than usual, you can follow up with your leasing office directly. If they find there is an issue with the meter itself, they can reach out to their direct point of contact at Conservice at that time. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.
