****** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team and are on the list to have a supervisor call you back. In reviewing your account, I see you are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys water and sewer services as outlined in your lease. The total amount is divided among the residents based on the occupancy and square footage of their unit. These charges can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the local utility providers. We bill according to the occupancy listed with your leasing office. I see this was previously listed as 2 which is why you were billed for 2 occupants on prior statements. However, the occupancy has now been updated to 1 as of 08/28/23. If the occupancy has been 1 since your lease start date, we would be happy to look into making any necessary adjustments to the billing. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for further assistance.

**** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To confirm, bills are sent each month as soon as they are finalized. I am sorry they have arrived later than usual. I see you are opted into Ebills which ensures you receive the statements as soon as they are sent. You can also find your monthly statements online at www.utilitiesinfo.com. Additionally, Conservice processes and pays utility bills as received from the local utility providers. The utility bill amounts are then passed onto the resident. If we do not receive bills for a specific utility, you will not have charges for that utility that month. There may also be months where we receive multiple bills at one time. You can find more information about why this can happen here: *************************************************************************************************************************************. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any further questions.

Called on 08/22/2023 to speak with someone about my high utility bill which totaled almost $600. The lady I spoke to was very rude. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone else. She told me "it does not matter if you speak with someone else, they are going to tell you the same thing I am telling you". She still would not transfer me, and also denied me the right to dispute my bill. I am unsure of what her name was but I will have this information very soon!

Teranikia - I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. We will follow up on this. In reviewing your account, I see you are referring to the 09/01/23 charges which include vacant electric, vacant gas, and vacant service fees. To clarify, Conservice passes along any bills received from the local utility providers. If a utility should be in a resident's name but we receive a bill for it, this typically means the resident does not yet have services in their name which goes against the terms of their lease. This is when vacant charges can occur. Please see ******************************************************************************************************************************* for more information. If the gas and electricity are not yet set up in your own name, please have these transferred to your name as soon as possible to avoid future fees. If these utilities are currently set up in your name and you have overlapping statements, please send those to ****************************************** for further review. Please note, Conservice will continue to bill for the trash and water charges as outlined in your lease. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any further questions.

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A SERVICE. I am a living in ********** ** in a junior studio apartment that isnt even 500 so Ft all by myself. When I moved in I spent $120 on my first month, and the next 6 bills have been $170 for no reason. My apartment manager at Northpark Apts says they cant do anything because this is just how conservice is like. She even referenced that their name has Con in it, and because of their unethical pricing, they literally are a CON SERVICE. This is just so unethical that they would charge a single person that just showers twice a day and doesnt even eat at home 80% of the time. I mean my PGE bill is only $65 a month, so why would my conservice be $170 for no reason???? BBB and other government entities should investigate these scumbags. Conservice- dont even bother responding to me with your pathetic robotic, non-human responses. Im not interested in anything you scammers have to say.

***** - I am happy to clarify. Conservice is a third-party utility management and billing company contracted through your leasing office to handle the billing for your community. We simply bill you as outlined in your lease. Billing methods can be different depending on the property you live at. In reviewing the billing method at Northpark Apartments, I see the residents are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys water services. The total amount is divided among the residents based on their occupancy and square footage. The sewer and water heating are billed in a similar way but are split among each unit equally. These charges can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the local utility providers. Additionally, the trash and pest control charges are flat fees. Please note, you can find a description for each of your utilities on the back of your Conservice statement. Were happy to review your account and confirm information specific to your unit. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for further assistance.

Worst utility company ever our apartment is empty 70% of the week its only 2 of us. The bill has been $80 and higher. The apartment complex credit us back $40 in June. July they said I had to contact con service to have them reread the meter. The representative at ConService told me the apartment complex had to submit a work order ticket that repairs were made. The representative then stated the meters didnt belong to them they would contact the city to reread the meter at that time.

******** - I am sorry for any confusion. To confirm, you are billed according to the individual consumption in your unit. Conservice is responsible for receiving the meter reads and servicing meters if they are not working correctly. However, the process to do this must go through the leasing office directly. If the leasing office finds an issue with a meter, they can work with Conservice to open a work order to have that meter serviced. In reviewing your account, I see we are receiving the meter reads as usual. If you believe there might be a maintenance issue in your unit causing the readings to be higher than usual, you can follow up with your leasing office directly. If they find there is an issue with the meter itself, they can reach out to their direct point of contact at Conservice at that time. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.

****** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team. To confirm, as you stated, you are not billed based on your individual consumption. Rather, you are billed a portion of the overall bill for the communitys water and sewer services as outlined in your lease. This amount is split among all residents using a multiplier based on the number of occupants in their unit. You can find the multiplier for your unit on the back of your Conservice statement. The trash charges are calculated the same way. The gas charge is billed in a similar way but is split among all residents based on the occupancy and square footage of each unit. The drainage charge is split among all units equally. Each of the utility charges can vary from month to month depending on the total amount received from the local utility providers. Please note, a full description of each of your utility charges are available on the back of your Conservice statement for your reference. Complete and total scam. Add fees on top of fees with no justification. They don't read the meter and charge based on averages for the entire complex. They DO NOT go back and adjust the bill when they cant read the meter because THEY DONT! This is completely fraudulent and this company is a disgusting representation of illegal and unethical business works.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Our rental community forces us to use Conservice for utility billing. We have had 0 correct bills the entire calendar year of 2023. Some months have had utilities double billed. Some months they seem to underbill, or post the statement amounts late causing them to be delayed in being posted to our customer portal. Reported a leak to them and they took 4 months to finally decide to issue a credit on it, that we have yet to see two months later. Recently contacted customer service regarding this issue and was told "I assure you this won't happen again. We were on different billing cycles than the utility company and now we have gotten it all taken care of." I have lived in this same property for 5 years, and you just NOW got synced up with the same billing cycle as the company you've been servicing for years. It's nearly criminal. Especially since we don't get a choice but to use your crappy services.

I'm sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Please note, both the provider bills used to calculate your utility charges as well as your Conservice statements are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. Very expensive i was not even home for two weeks and my water and sewer that i pay through conservice we're just as high as all past months. I think this system is a rip off. I manage to keep my water bill reasonably low by shutting it off until I'm ready to rinse off in the shower or ready to rinse dishes. I'm alone all day from 7-4:30 my husband and daughter aren't home during that time and we're in bed by 8pm. But yet my sewer bill is over $50 every month which i don't understand since the water is barely$20 very rare it's gone a little over $20 i fell like I'm getting ripped off and my faucet water is not drinkable it leaves orange rust looking stains in my toilet my sink in kitchen and bathroom. Even in my dish drying rack it's white so you can see the orange color whenever there's wet dishes drip drying. I'm fed up

************** regret to see you have not contacted our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To clarify, at your community, you are billed according to the individual consumption in your unit. Your water and sewer charges are calculated by multiplying your monthly consumption by the average rate of the local utility provider. The rate per gallon is listed on the back of your Conservice statement. In reviewing your account, I see your ********************** charges fluctuate each month depending on the amount of water used. The sewer charge is always generally more expensive due to the wastewater needing to be treated and cleaned. Please note, your meter reads as well as your Conservice statements are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. Additionally, any questions regarding the maintenance of the water can be taken up with your leasing office directly as Conservice only handles the utility billing. I am sorry for any confusion. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.

Writing this review for service from Conservice, although they are such a big corporation and can do what they want.In my case, I live in an apartment complex that Conservice does the monthly billing, My lease clearly states I will pay submeter reads based on actual use. That is not what is happening. They are failing to read the ********* for months at a time and then billing for average/estimates.So, if a person moves out and I have a new lease on the same unit, I am getting an average bill for the same size units and mine plus the previous tenant usage estimates.I live in **, so have filed a complaint with ** Utility commission as well as the local news and looking into Senators as well. This is, in my opinion, fraudulent activity because they are not abiding by my lease document. Conservice admitting to this, but didn't say why. I am guessing to collect more funds that are not supposed to be paid..

******* - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to this. To confirm, at your community, you are billed according to the individual consumption in your unit. However, anytime a meter read is not received, an estimate based on a unit average or property average takes place. In situations like this, an estimate is made to avoid a potentially large bill once we do receive the actual read. Once we receive the actual reading from the meter again, we will evaluate if any overbilling or underbilling has taken place and make any adjustments as necessary at that time. In reviewing your account, I see your meter reads have started checking in again as of July. Going forward, you should continue to be billed based on your actual consumption as long as we continue to receive the actual reading from your meter. Please note, your meter reads are available online at www.utilitesinfo.com for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any further questions.
