1 starHorrible 3rd party service!!! They need no stars at all. Not even worth a dam star!! All these unexplained fees and no one knows nothing. I have been paying so much money since I moved in This house through invitation homes. Had to call conservice last month because they billed me twice for a vacant fee and electric bill that was ***** paid for. They had to credit my acct back $74! If you dont pay attention to your statements every month this company will keep getting over on you. Now I have a charge billing me for 2/1/24 3/2/24 and we not even in the month of February yet!!! I called and he had no explanation for the charges so now Im waiting for a supervisor to call me back! Cant wait until my lease is up in july!!!!!!!!Conservice Utility Management & Billing

Sommi - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To confirm, Conservice processes and pays utility bills as received from the local utility providers. We then pass along any bills received to the resident's as necessary. In reviewing your account, I see we received a corrected bill from the electricity company showing the charges previously passed along were no longer accurate. This is why a credit was issued on your Conservice account. Additionally, the charge from 02/01/24-03/02/24 is for the trash services. Anytime a bill is received from the local utility providers, that statement is passed along to the resident the next post month in order to stay up to date with what is being received from the utility company. I am sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Please note, all provider bills as well as the Conservice statements are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.Review fromTyler K

1 starI would like to request for an explanation for our daily consumption usage for electricity. I've been keeping track of my electricity rebill amount and it does not match our daily consumption. I've been conserving electricity usage by doing laundry at my parents house for months now, not really cooking, barely use the dishwasher and if I do it's on the 1 hour setting, and consuming less in general. Most importantly we are not home most of the time, and the central AC is off during the day, and if it is on it's set on ***** degrees only at night. Our electricity bill is still increasing. When I compare it to the first few months we moved here when we actually used as much electricity as we wanted, it does not make sense that our electric bill is higher now than back then. Please help explain this and resolve the issue. I believe that there have been discrepancies and weve been over paying for almost a year now. I have contacted Conservice as well as our landlord but no one is trying to resolve this.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

************** regret to see you have not contacted our **************** Team directly in regards to your concerns. To clarify, at your community, you are billed according to your individual consumption for the electricity. In reviewing your account, I see the electricity consumption did increase around the summer months and has remained consistent since then. This is typical due to the air conditioning being used during this time of year. Please note, both the monthly and daily meter reads are available online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. Since the electricity consumption has remained consistent, it does not appear that any maintenance issues are present. However, if you are concerned there may be a maintenance issue affecting the usage, you can reach out to your leasing office to have your unit checked for any potential issues. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.Review fromAnn D

1 starIve reached out to conservice several times throughout the months of me living in this house through invitation homes, I also reached out to invitation homes which conservice told me to do and no one never contacted me back regarding these bills thats been clearly falsified, I received a bill from conservice but the bill was from the *********************** meaning they get the bill from *********************** and falsify the water in a sewer part making them higher. The only thing that I see the normal is the $17.81 on a half of the trash. Nobody has the answers but what Im not gonna do is pay these charges thats falsely being prepared. I have the proof of the wrong doings. I always lived in *************** and I never in life experienced these type of problems at all never dealt with a 3 party who falsely prepare bills to rob people not doing it .. if this means going into court over these fees I will I would need that actual bill *********************** send out to conservice monthly and its an bill cause I got a copy one month its really sad the business invitation homes out here doing. We still living throughout pandemic days and they robbing peoples .Conservice Utility Management & Billing

***** - I am happy to see you have previously been in contact with our **************** Team in regards to your concerns. To confirm, Conservice is contracted through your leasing office to manage the utilities for your community. We process and pay utility bills as received from the local utility providers. The utility bill amounts are then passed onto the resident as listed on the bill from the provider. The only additional fee added to the Conservice statement is a monthly service fee. This fee covers processing and consolidating your charges onto one billing statement. It is similar to fees other utility or service providers may charge to provide similar services. In reviewing your account, I see all utilities that have been passed along match what is listed on the provider bills. However, if there is an error, we would be happy to look into this and make any adjustments as necessary. Please note, all provider bills as well as your Conservice statements are available online at www.utilitiiesinfo.com for your reference. 1 starOur water meter is faulty and the water usage is 4 times higher than last year's average. We requested Conservice to send a technician to check the meter, they say it will take months to get this done. This is insane and I need to pay for the water I did not use for several months. Really bad customer service and technical support.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

******* - I am sorry for the frustration. To confirm, typically any requests regarding the maintenance or meter checks can be taken up with the leasing office directly. The leasing office can request a technician visit if any issues are found. Technician visits can sometimes take several months to complete depending on technician and equipment availability. If any issues are found, they will need to be fixed and then we would be happy to review the billing for any possible adjustments as necessary at that time. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.Review fromAlex U

1 starthis place absolutely *****. Poor management of billing. there is no reason i should be Aug/Sept bill in Dec then get a double bill in January. every month I pay, I am paying for a bill from two months prior. Instead of using these types of 3rd party utility service, that charge you extra fees by the way, it should just be charged through the Municipality. If there is any way to avoid this c*** company, please do soConservice Utility Management & Billing

1 starThis company is horrible, they charge multiple amounts of money to your utility bill and when you call they say its nothing they can do. Its no reason I should be getting billed 3 different times for one month alone. If you can avoid conservice please do. And guess what Im not paying 3 separate bills for one month. If I could give it less than 1 star I wouldConservice Utility Management & Billing

1 starInexplicable and unexplained increases in cost. Lack of breakdown of costs for utilities covered to clearly recognize what can reduce your bill or otherwise manage water, garbage, electricity. They provide virtually no analytics - just the cost for the month. The ever-growing cost. The unexplained, fast-growing cost!Awful service that ought be avoided at all costs - unless you have to use them for an apartment complex don't use them. If you do live in an apartment complex using them pay close attention to your water bill. Numerous lawsuits have been filed against Conservice for illegal pricing. Just what you want in your next front-end utility provider.Conservice Utility Management & Billing

1 starHorrible I went from having about a 25 dollar water bill to suddenly be charged 171 dollars when I called customer service about why this has happened they said they were unable to read my meter for 3 months (me nor property management were notified) so I was charged at what they assumed my usage was for those 3 months and refused to come out and read the meter as those were holiday months and they say there is no real way of knowing what my usage really was. I wasn't even home most days during those months. They have also refused to have the meter replaced to ensure me this wouldn't happen again. So they have takenConservice Utility Management & Billing

******** - I am happy to see you have been in contact with our **************** Team. To confirm, at your community, you are billed according to the individual consumption in your unit. In reviewing your account, I do not see that we did not receive a reading from your meter. Rather, the reading we received was significantly higher than usual and you were not charged for water on the bill due 12/01/23. However, the next bill showed the consumption decreased and you were charged for your actual consumption. Typically high consumption can mean there may be a maintenance issue in the unit. If no maintenance issues are found, you can reach out to the leasing office to have the meter checked as well. Please note, you can find your monthly and daily meter reads online at www.utilitiesinfo.com for your reference. I also see you are currently on the list to have a supervisor contact you regarding your account. They should be reaching out to you within the next business day. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.Review fromSofia N.

1 starWhen I moved into my building many years ago, our utility meters used to be read separately per each unit. Since the building was sold almost 2 years ago, they started pooling the utilities. Now, almost 2 years later, the bill has gone up from an average of $50 to $250!! They refuse to come out and do meter readings, saying that they are "unable to access" the meters for proper readings. I have contacted them many times, and they refuse to come out and are just sending us "estimated" meter readings, which just average out for the entire building. Not to note that MOST of the units in here are empty since the sales and angry tenants are moving out or just straight up leaving the units. I have contacted the city and am currently finding ways to not only require them to come out and do proper readings in order to REFUND me for overpaying but also investigate a lawsuit for the management and new building owners themselves, as we have not had essential things working. I haven't been able to use my AC/Heat unit in over a year, yet utilities are 5x more?? Make it make sense!! If you ever move into a building and they say they use this service, RUN!Conservice Utility Management & Billing

***** - To clarify, billing methods can vary depending on the property a resident lives at. For properties that are billed according to their individual consumption, we simply bill according to the meter reading received. However, if a reading is not received from the meter, the consumption is estimated based on a property or unit average. In situations like this, an estimate is made to avoid a potentially large bill once we do receive the actual read. Once we receive the actual reading from the meter, we typically evaluate if any overbilling or underbilling has taken place and make any adjustments as necessary at that time. Please note, any questions regarding maintenance issues or having the meter checked can be taken up with the leasing office directly. I am sorry for any confusion. We're happy to review your account and confirm information specific to your unit. Please feel free to reach out to us online at www.utilitiesinfo.com with any additional questions.
