      Signed a two year contact for services to take care of ********* ants and bees. A year later I have property damage. Not worth the money. Their customer services is sub-par. I would not recommend

      Terrible customer service! They claim to have same day service but don't treat existing customers the same way. Called for emergency service and it took two weeks to get a technician out - this happened on two separate occasions. We have the same insect and rodent population even with service, so the treatments are also ineffective. Any time I would need to move the service dates it was always a disaster and the dates would be wrong. Tried cancelling service and they refused, just kept repeating the same script over and over. Even provided written notice and they still will not cancel. Their business model seems to be ignorance and intimidation.

      Fox pest control sent an out of state sales person around my neighborhood making up lies to create an emergency so people would by over priced, underperforming pest systems from Fox. The sales people told some people there were termite infestations, poisonous spider issues, rats, etc. Also, I saw an increase in bug activity after using them. This company is dishonest.

      I have asked you to stop the service on April 30th. Violating the contract which requires only 30 days notice, you have notified that you have serviced my house. How can you come to my house without my permission and go around my house after 50 days of notifying you about the "stop service". How could you enter my property without my permission since I cancelled the contract. I called ***** times and waited long times each time I called, none answered my call. Defying my cancellation of the service, you come my home without my permission and claimed that you have serviced my house and charged $154.55. Without any notification you have increased the charges by 50%. You are engaged in unfair and fraudulent business. You better stop this. I will report Better Business Bureau and ***** Attorney General for guidance regarding this matter. VERY POOR SERVICE!

      Every single time we've had an appointment scheduled they never show up even after confirming the appointment and it's almost impossible to get intouch with someone - If our call is returned it's several hours later. We spoke to a manager and she was rude and snippy and acted like she was being bothered and refused to help. I wouldn't recommend this company - Very unprofessional.

      Three out of five scheduled appointments have been missed. The first initial set up they gave me a 4-hour window that they missed so we cancelled the service. The salesman called back and convinced me to give it another try. On their second try the tech said he could not seal up the house or identify where they were entering the house (this was why he came in the first place). A call made about this was not returned. Over the next few months very little changed with our mouse problem as we continued to see droppings just about every day. They are supposed to come out every three months, but the first one was not scheduled so we were not ready for it. The tech did not ring the doorbell or try to call us, just arrived walked around the house and left (we have security cameras that recoded this). A phone call about this was not returned (its hard to get any one to answer their phone.) Today I am trying to cancel the account, spent 45 min waiting for some one to answer, they refused to close the account over the phone. The customer service agent was very rude refusing to listen just repeating her script over and over and when I asked to talk to a manager, she said one would have to call me back, like thats ever going to happen. They have yet to call back when promised. Very shoddy customer service and suspect results for their pest control.

      We had a significant rodent issue that needed immediate attention at our home. I reached out to Fox because my office uses their commercial services and has been happy. Fox fit me in SAME DAY! ***** was on time, professional, explained everything in simple terms and took care of our issues. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns and addressed everything. I am very happy to have met and worked with *****. We were able to move from a very anxious time to resting well knowing the problem was taken care of. We will continue with a contract because I appreciate the responsiveness and professional technicians. It is a comfort knowing I have a great company in my contacts!
