      Misleading sales tactics. A door to door salesman came to my home last year offering services. I was offered the services but only wanted it for one year. Sales person said they are automatically signing up everyone in the neighborhood who decides to enroll however they said I can cancel after at least a year if I decided to. This is why I did sign up, I was not expecting to cancel after my one year and then be hit with $150 cancelation fee but first I have to give a 30day notice. ( Essentially, your cancellation fee plus one month cost) I am not very impressed with the customer service regarding this situation and I don't think what I had for service improved my situation. It is now July after my initial contact to request Cancelation in the beginning of May and I received another bill with no confirmation of cancellation of services. I am disappointed in the sales tactics and wish I would have had all the facts regarding cancellation instead of being mislead into penalty fees.I hope Fox Pest Control does better in the future with transparency. I give one star because of the policy they hold and consumer entrapment sales tactics.

      I have never went out my way to leave a negative review about a company a day in my life. This one definitely has earned it. I have been paying yearly terminate contract for 3 plus years. Every year they are required to check the traps. After laying fresh mulch a couple weeks ago, I recieved an email saying a tech just came and verified all my traps good to go. Upon looking at the traps all were still under freshly laid mulch and/or under several inches off soil and grass around perimeter (very apparent they have not been disturbed for quite some time). I called a tech to come verify and upon his inspection he required a metal detector to find half of them, a shovel to dig up most of them, and pliers to open the cap on majority of them. He openly admitted the tech that came did not inspect the traps IAW policy and procedure. I waited over a week for a manager to call me and he opted to provide 12 months free termite fee, and 3 months free tick, mosquito, and flea treatments. They came this week to provide 1st month free treatment and I recieved invoice today over drafting my checking account for $169.98 worth of free services. Not only do they lie about what you pay them to do they charge you for what is supposedly free. I have been on hold for 2 plus hours today before someone finally answered the phone to let me know that a manager will call me within the next 30 minutes. She wasn't sure why I recieved a bill since she could see the notes on my account that all future treatments for next 3 months are free of charge. It has been 3 plus hours and no return call yet. I expect based on past experience that one will call me in a week offering more free services that they ultimately will lie about performing or charge you for. I have already contacted my bank to file fraudulent charge and stop payment. This company has the worst customer experience I have ever seen in 41 plus years. Another company trying to make a quick dime. Please due your research before signing.

The traps should have been checked the first time. As for the long wait times, we have been understaffed and are working hard to correct that.       24 visits in less than a year. Still have bugs misdiagnosis what type of bug we had and treated it wrong now its turned into an infestation. Doesnt hold up to the contract I signed. Money back guaranteed is not something they hold up to horrible company then they fired me as a customer because they cant give me what I need

      They must be paying for or having their employees leave good reviews because after paying them $1375 w/ veteran discount for bed bugs job, they sprayed a total of 15 minutes.5 minutes first visit 10 the second, they didnt move anything, cover anything, the absolute minimal effort by this company to do anything other than take your money. They claim to guarantee satisfaction or a free treatment, also not true! Upon letting them know that the bed bugs persisted, they told me their is nothing they can do. The owner likes to go behind these reviews and act as if they will reach out in the future to make things right but also poppycock! Great at lip service. Im actually terrified they have a 4 star rating in the BBB ?? NEVER AGAIN!!!

      Not a reptile company. ***************, ******** Will not allow cancellation of service.June 30th 2023 Please Please do not contract with FOX PEST CONTROL.Note: They do not deserve one star..I can cancel with a 250 cancellation fee.I was already billed $59 with no service!!!They bill every month and deliver service every three months.Watch the VERY VERY fine print of the contract.********

      Terrible I bought into pest control services from Fox on 9/21/19. I hired *** to take care of a mouse problem. I paid an extra $1800 for their exterior/exclusion services in addition to their quarterly service, since according to the sales person the exclusion service came with a guarantee and was more effective than just a "trap and kill" service. Technicians came shortly after to do the exclusion work and set up traps and bait boxes all around the interior of my house to catch the existing mice. After several months, it appeared the exclusion work was not working, since during each quarterly service call the technicians continued to find mice or evidence of mice in my attic. As outlined in the contract, I called within the first year to complain to a general manager that the guaranteed exclusion service was not working, and wanted to be refunded the $1800 I paid for this service. This general manager, and all the subsequent managers, I complained too, said before they could refund my money, they wanted to send out their exclusion technician to do more exclusion work, since some exterior openings might still exist. This exterior/exclusion work has occurred 3 additional times since the initial service (7/8/21, 11/19/2021, 3/22/22) to no avail. Several managers have told me that I never should have been told the service was guaranteed to get rid off mice. "It's impossible" they said. In December 2021, one of the service managers from their *************** said he would refund my money, after he came to my house to inspect the situation. He came to my house, but unfortunately I never heard from him again, despite texts and phone calls. Each quarterly there continues to be evidence of mice in my attic. I am definitely on a trap and kill service which I wanted to avoid. This is beyond frustrating. I am still waiting to be refunded for the guaranteed service I was promised.I feel Fox Pest Controls service of getting rid of mice is sold under false pretenses.

      Signed a two year contact for services to take care of ********* ants and bees. A year later I have property damage. Not worth the money. Their customer services is sub-par. I would not recommend
