1 starHorrible communications. Can't reach on any telephone line. Technician has not shown at my house although I was billed for over 3 months work. Requested cancellation of my contract via phone and was assured that it would be cancelled without penalty as they could not prove if anyone did come to my home. I was just charged again for service. Still on phone now, waiting over 1 hr for answer. Dishonest business.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starI have been charged 3 times in a month for services that were not properly done. I still have insects inside and out. I called and scheduled an appointment for today, 48 hours earlier. They requested the afternoon, I had someone scheduled to be at the house to let the technician in, only to receive a call today canceling my appointment. I voiced my concern, and was rudely told it wasn't their problem. I told them, I would no longer use their service, she quickly responded that I would be charged a $250 early cancellation fee. I wasn't aware that I had been signed up for a contract. The fee was charged before, I even finished the conversation. This is ridiculous customer service.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starThis company, for 4 months now, has been told repeatedly by numerous members of the household, that we no longer wish to use their services. We also had to cancel the credit card on file, due to them charging us for service even when we did not receive service. I have been harassed on a regular basis for a balance that doesnt exist, even when provided proof of payment. We have even had them not show up for past service, yet still got charged for it, then was rescheduled without us having any say in the day/time. It has been since February 2023 that we have had non stop problems. They used to be great, and have truly gone down the drain drastically since the end of 2022. Ive NEVER had to file a complaint with the BBB for any business in my life- however- Im at a loss at this point. Over the last 5 months they have on numerous occasions tried to charge us for service, on the card we cancelled, after being told at least every other week, that we no longer wish to utilize their company and its services. Maybe other areas/regions dont have this problem, however this location and region again has gone down the drain, and would Highly recommend any inquiring customers, to run the other way, pending you dont want to be harassed and overcharged. My mother who lives at the residence is going through cancer treatment, as well as heart conditions and surgery, and this harassment has caused numerous issues from the stress and anxiety it has induced in her. Go with another pest control company and save yourself the headache that will surely come about down the line, after they initially provide good service, call it a scam, a con, I dont know- however when theyve done and continue to do this, to customers whove been loyal for YEARS, it is disgusting disappointing and absolutely mind blowing. I could go on much longer, yet, I think Ive made my point.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starThese people lied to me to try to get me to increase my service. They tried to upgrade me the day after my service started. They refused to cancel my service despite several calls and NEVER did a manager call back as promise. Stay awayFox Pest Control HQ

1 starOn 6/24/23 I had a door to door sales rep **** from Fox Pest Control offer me a contract for 4 quarterly payments of $*****When I received the actual contract in an email 2 hrs later it was for $***** a month and a total of over $600.00! I was furious & immediately called the sales rep and cancelled the contract which he agreed too! Well today on 7/24/23 at 11:00 am my credit card was charged ***** for a treatment that did was never done or authorized!! I have made repeated calls to the Fox Pest Control office with no answer & left my phone number with no return call!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!Fox Pest Control HQ

5 starsToday was the 1st time I was not at home when ****** arrived. I missed his smile and pleasant outlook! Regardless of my presence, I know a complete job was done. Out of a 1 to 10 scale, ****** is a 10 in my book. I wish that all customer involved services had folks like ****** ~ professional, diligent, and always attentive to the details. 1 starFeel this company fails to provide customer service does not reply to emails or phone calls. Instead of charging me a monthly charge they charged the entire cost, also, they did not provide detail charges, requested cancellation of this service since it was done within 3 working days and heard nothing back. I know I should have been more pro active in what the total cost would be, but according to ***** the sales rep who came to my house, he said one thing and it turned out not to be accurate. What I thought the entire 4 treatments would be $270 really is almost $900. I am a senior citizen and I should know better, but it was something I wish I was more diligent in this transaction.Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starI called one week ago for services that were to be done that day AND was billed that same day. As of today, 1 week later, after 3 consecutive phone calls to the business, the first 3days of waiting for a technician to come out by the end of each of those days still no phone call, after asking for a refund, later that 3rd day no phone calls, no refund.. being put on hold for different people. THIS IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A DISABLED VETERAN or ANYONE!!! Please DO NOT ALLOW this so-called Company to continue with their negligence and horrible conduct. Unreal!!Fox Pest Control HQ

1 starI needed pest control for my house I contacted Fox Pest Control. they are located at ****************************** ***** ** Phone# ************* first time I spoke to them gave me a price to come right out. They told me they needed my credit cards and signature to come. then they started to charge 65 dollars a month for them doing nothing. I called to cancel they said you signed a contract that says will pay ****** a termination fee and monthly charges of 65 per month if I cancel. they never showed me this or told me when I called them now they won't stop bothering me, this company is very deceitful and take advantage of the senior citizens. They must tell you what you are signing up for and not use l this underhand bad business tactic.Fox Pest Control HQ
