      At 9:40 PM on the Night of Thursday, July 10th a Fox Pest Control representative came onto my property past my No Trespassing & No Solicitation Sign located at the front end of my driveway and proceed to lean his Segway on the side of my truck and continue to approach the front of my house as I was in my Garage.

      I was unaware of whom this individual was and proceeded to close my garage door & look at my security cameras to determine the intent of this individual. This individual from Fox Pest Control upon my closing of my garage door proceeded to bang on my garage door three times and call out to me, to which I opened and noted that it was 9:40 PM at Night well past Normal Business Hours (well past the Penn Township Ordinances for Soliciting which clearly state “A supplier and its agents shall comply with local ordinances regarding door-to-door marketing and sales activities. A supplier shall limit door-to-door marketing or sales activities to the hours between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. during the 6 months beginning October 1 and ending March 31, and to the hours between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. during the months beginning April 1 and ending September 30.”) I informed this representative that I was Not Interested in anything he had to sell and asked him to leave my property.

      This representative refused to leave my property and remove his Segway from leaning against the side of my truck, and proceeded to continue to Solicit business from me. I again, informed this representative of Fox Pest Control that he was trespassing on my property and he had ignored Two (2) No Trespassing & No Solicitation signs on my property.

      I was verbally harassed for another handful of minutes while continuing to instruct this individual that he was Not Welcome & that I was Trespassing him from my property and that if he did not leave I would be contacting local law enforcement to get involved to remove this individual from my property, after which he gathered his Segway and left my property.

      Started service 03/July/2025. Salesman was aggressive and pushy, he came up to me when I was unloading groceries, unsolicited by myself. However, he assured me that they would reduce the insects on my property. The contract and the salesman stated the first service was going to be extensive. The tech came out and was gone in less than 15 minutes and did not perform the services he stated in his report. He did not spray the eaves, treat the deck or treat for mice. I have video evidence of this, on top of which it rained shortly after, nullifying what little he actually-if anything- did. I called the salesman and company line immediately to complain and was met with voicemail. Nobody ever returned my call. I called on Saturday (05/July) first thing within the three day window to cancel. They texted me that my balance was $0 and that my service was cancelled. Later that day, the salesman was back in my neighborhood and tried to engage with me when I was on a walk. Today 07/July, I was billed for the service they did not perform. I called to have that refunded, which it was, however I still had an account balance. I had to call back to get the balance zeroed out and for an official cancellation email to be sent to me. The salesman texted me multiple times accusing me of lying in my review in an extremely unprofessional manner. Even after I blocked him and told him to not contact me, he continued to message me. Buyer Beware!

      An aggressive door to door salesman came to my house, I live in a no soliciting community. I do not want any more visits from this company's salespeople

      No soliciting sign on our door. Salesman knocked anyway. When I opened the door, salesman was staring directly at the no soliciting sign. Instead of stepping off, he continued to solicit.

      A salesman showed up to my house around 6:30 pm on June 2, 2025, he sold me and I subscribed to his sales pitch and he forgot to mention all the fine details in the contract that I discovered. He promised that the Evansville Location was open till 8pm, the official fox pest website says it is open until 8 pm, and that is all false. I tried calling after work at 6 pm and no answer, said it was already closed. Furthermore, the number listed on the fox website for the Evansville location isn’t even working, nor is the number listed on the google page working, nor is the number listed on my contract working.
      To top it all off the technician didn’t even get the whole property which was promised at the late night contract signing. So I didn’t even get the full service I was promised and now I can’t contact anyone about it and it’s been a month.
      Also what the service didn’t even do what it was supposed to. They said pest activity would increase for a couple weeks but it’s been a month and it is way worse now than it has ever been.
      This company has salesmans, technicians, and websites that are full of lies false flags.
      I am seeking to cancel my contract immediately and a refund of my money for a job terribly done.

      I signed a one year service contact for pest control at my residence beginning 5/4/2024. account # *******
      I called in April 2025 to cancel my service before it was renewed for another year.

      Fox Pest control billed my credit card May 1, 2025 for $55.00 (Inv. # ********) and refused to refund the payment saying it was the last payment on my 12 month contract.
      Fox Pest control has attempted to bill my Credit cart twice more:

      This evening, a guy came to my door to sell pest control services. I was interested, because of mice specifically, but I told him very clearly that I do not have a job and that I needed to know exactly how much everything would cost. He told me $99.00 today & then $56.00 a month. I agreed and asked him how they handled cancelations. He said no big deal, you just call our office and we will take care of it. He held up a blank iPad with a signature box and told me to sign. I asked again, this is $99 right? He says yes. So I sign. He then calls someone and asks them to come to my house to do the initial service. He leaves. Once he leaves, the guy performing the service shows up. Once *he* leaves, I get an email with my "contract". He lied. The initial service was not $99. It was $450! I paid $99 but if I cancel the contract, I am responsible for the entire amount. Also, the cancelation policy is you pay a $250 fee if you cancel. I never agreed to either of these things. Nor was I ever told about them. He lied to my face. I want my contract canceled immediately.

      My current issue is, I've been trying to cancel my service for a week now, and I continuously am told that I must speak to a manager to do it. Every time I call the manager is busy, I am told I am on their call list and they will call me back. First it was Monday, then Tuesday, now today.

      No calls at all. I was told Wednesday they tried. My wife and I both had no missed calls and no voicemails so that was clearly a lie.

      The extent of my negative experience with Fox cannot be overstated at this point, and honestly if this does not resolve with this complaint I don't know how much further I'll have to go with it. FTC? Attorneys? Who knows. I just want everything to be cancelled and to never hear from these people again.

      They even charged me again (thankfully just to my account with them and not to my credit card) while I am waiting for this mythical manager to call me back. At this point I suspect their manager must be big foot themselves with how elusive they clearly are.

      I am not even seeking any money back for what I did receive. I just want any cancellation fee to be waived because I am so ridiculously far from satisfied its not even funny, and whatever charge they put on my account to be waived as well.

      On May 10th, a salesperson approached me while I was working in my yard. He was overly aggressive and predatory in his sales approach. He said that Fox services all of my neighbors, particularly the elderly ones and they love their service. I asked my neighbors afterward and no one uses Fox Pest. He flat out lied to convince me. He would not leave until I signed up. My card wouldn't go through and he said that's a common problem and I should call my bank. I called my bank on Monday and they said this company is flagged and they wouldn't allow my payment to go through. A tech came and performed the service and was finished in five minutes. The sales person told me that the first service is the most extensive - he even told me that the techs go 5 feet up under your siding to spray. This did not happen. The tech sprayed around the permeter of my home and he was finished. After weeks of being harassed by them with phone calls, and several of my phone calls that went unanswered, I reluctantly paid the start up fee of $151.20. I felt like I was forced into purchasing this service with predatory sales tactics and now I am stuck. If I want to cancel, I am subject to a $250 cancellation fee. What a scam!
