      The technicians are very friendly and Knowledgeable. They call before arrival and they dont waste time. My last REMOVEDdealt with my concern of mice droppings in the garage. He surveyed the evidence and dealt with it. Weve nailed three mice this week.

      I had an excellent experience with Fox Pest Control today. REMOVEDwas the technician who serviced our home, and he was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough in treating all areas and explaining what he was doing along the way.REMOVEDtook the time to answer questions, point out preventative tips, and make sure everything was handled properly. His attention to detail and customer-focused attitude really stood REMOVEDcontinues to impress, and REMOVEDmade this visit exceptional. Highly recommend!

      Fox Pest Control came to my door to sell me pest services. I told him we already had a pest service. He said he could cancel that if I signed up with his company. He took my phone and said that my previous service had been cancelled. This was important to me so I asked him before he left if my previous service had indeed been canceled. He answered that it had been. Approximately three weeks later I received 2 bills for pest control services; one from REMOVEDand one from my previous company. REMOVEDhad not cancelled my services. I emailed the local REMOVEDon November 8, 2025 and told them that I wished to cancel REMOVEDdue to their non-performance of the cancellation. They replied that the only way I could cancel my service was to speak with the local office. I sent them a certified mail cancelation notice on November 10, 2025. No action was taken by the company. They sent me an email on or about November 20, 2025 that they would be performing Pest Control Services on 25 November 2025. I emailed them in return that these services were not wanted and instructed them not to return to my house. I received a phone call from them on November 21, 2005 saying that I had to speak to the branch manager before I could cancel.I did speak to him that afternoon and told him about the promise to cancel my previous service by his representative. He replied that they do not provide that service, and if I wanted to cancel there was a $250 cancellation charge that would have to be paid. This was not a surprise to me as it was clearly in the contract. What was disappointing was that even though I was canceling due to their company's lack of performance, there was no effort to mitigate this charge.Furthermore due to the delay between my first notice to them on November 8, 2005 and November 21, 2025 I had incurred an additional $94 in fees.I paid by credit card on November 23, 2025 the $250 cancellation charge and the additional $94 in fees.
