1 starFox Pest Control came to my door to sell me pest services. I told him we already had a pest service. He said he could cancel that if I signed up with his company. He took my phone and said that my previous service had been cancelled. This was important to me so I asked him before he left if my previous service had indeed been canceled. He answered that it had been. Approximately three weeks later I received 2 bills for pest control services; one from *** and one from my previous company. *** had not cancelled my services. I emailed the local ********** on November 8, 2025 and told them that I wished to cancel *********** due to their non-performance of the cancellation. They replied that the only way I could cancel my service was to speak with the local office. I sent them a certified mail cancelation notice on November 10, 2025. No action was taken by the company. They sent me an email on or about November 20, 2025 that they would be performing Pest Control Services on 25 November 2025. I emailed them in return that these services were not wanted and instructed them not to return to my house. I received a phone call from them on November 21, 2005 saying that I had to speak to the branch manager before I could cancel.I did speak to him that afternoon and told him about the promise to cancel my previous service by his representative. He replied that they do not provide that service, and if I wanted to cancel there was a $250 cancellation charge that would have to be paid. This was not a surprise to me as it was clearly in the contract. What was disappointing was that even though I was canceling due to their company's lack of performance, there was no effort to mitigate this charge.Furthermore due to the delay between my first notice to them on November 8, 2005 and November 21, 2025 I had incurred an additional $94 in fees.I paid by credit card on November 23, 2025 the $250 cancellation charge and the additional $94 in fees.Review fromRonnie M

5 starsThey do a good job and always try their best to address my concerns. One time between services there was a nest of yellow jackets on my porch and they were dive bombing us when we came up to go inside. I called Fox and ******* the tech came out quickly and took care of it. No extra charge!Review fromJoseph D

5 starsI was truly grateful for ******** willingness to check out the house as we were finding dead yellow jackets throughout a section of the house. He searched thoroughly and found their source and treated for them. He also explained how it would work, the time it would take to kill them, and how it would work when new eggs hatch so there would be no surprises on our end. I also found ants while he was there and he treated for them. He was was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. It has been a great experience with them since we've had them and I recommend anyone to use them. They truly treat you as if you are family. Whether it is a service call or a call into their office, they care about you. I'm truly thankful God led us to use them when we were looking for someone last year.Fox Pest Control HQ

5 starsOne thing that I love when someone called me before they come, and Cool did that he called. I knew he was coming. He did his job very well. 5 starsYour last tech never called or came to the door just sprayed the side of the house and lo. I called and complained and you sent ********* ****, who was awesome he called before he came and spent the time needed to correct the boxelder bug problem. He is the reason for the 5 star rating. I was seriously considering getting rid of your service once our contract was up. This employee is very good and if I still owned a business I would hire him in an instant.Fox Pest Control HQ
