i want to cancel my contract. I have called 4 times and no one will respond. They promise to call back but do not. I am aware of cancellation penalty.Business Response

On May 10th, a salesperson approached me while I was working in my yard. He was overly aggressive and predatory in his sales approach. He said that Fox services all of my neighbors, particularly the elderly ones and they love their service. I asked my neighbors afterward and no one uses Fox Pest. He flat out lied to convince me. He would not leave until I signed up. My card wouldn't go through and he said that's a common problem and I should call my bank. I called my bank on Monday and they said this company is flagged and they wouldn't allow my payment to go through. A tech came and performed the service and was finished in five minutes. The sales person told me that the first service is the most extensive - he even told me that the techs go 5 feet up under your siding to spray. This did not happen. The tech sprayed around the permeter of my home and he was finished. After weeks of being harassed by them with phone calls, and several of my phone calls that went unanswered, I reluctantly paid the start up fee of $151.20. I felt like I was forced into purchasing this service with predatory sales tactics and now I am stuck. If I want to cancel, I am subject to a $250 cancellation fee. What a scam!Business Response

The service she has received is not up to our standards, and we regret the frustration this has caused. Our Service Manager, *******, has been trying to reach **** to address these issues. We encourage her to please return his call so we can make things right. If **** still wishes to discontinue the service after speaking with our manager, we will waive the early termination fee.

We have canceled ******************* as requested and waived the early termination fee due to the miscommunication. Prior to receiving a bill for Termite Services from Fox Pest Control on 4/16 we called them to come remove their traps and to cancel service. They insured us that nothing more was owed. We then get the bill for $2307 from RAC (Rollings Acceptance Company) for the services which is the company they have do the billing for them. On 4/17/25 Fox said I needed to call RAC, but when I did I was informed that RAC could not cancel the contract for me and Fox would have to contact them. I then called FOX to let them know and I was told that the person that answered the phone would have to get with a manager. I called again on 4/22/25 and 4/29/25 to get the same response about FOX needing to get with a manager. I then receive another bill on 5/20 from RAC for the same amount. I called again on 5/21/25 (today) and got the same response about needing to get with a manger. I just want this to be cancelled so this doesn't go to collections and affect my credit at some point.Business Response

I have been paying the company less than 90 days. They have a satisfaction Guarantee on their site. I have been experiancing the same pest activity from the start. I have reached and out been sprayed a total of 3 times and none of it has worked. When reaching out to schedule the next service I was informed the sales rep lied about the services and they are refusing to issue a refund. I have told them they there is still huge activity in fleas and my children are allergic and I have stated every call that the fleas and outside treatment was needed and it took them 3 months to tell me outside is not included. I was informed I would be fogged first session and was not done. I requested the sale call over a week ago and still have yet to receive it. I told the first sales person that stopped by my house from Fox Pest Services that I am not interested in their services. This prompted me to finally put a "NO SOLICITING" sign on my door. Since this time, two MORE salespeople have knocked on my door nearly inches from my NO SOLICITING sign. I can send files from my outdoor camera if you would like them? Please do NOT knock on my door, call me, or email me trying to sell me your services. I am NOT interested!!Business Response
